The working process is as follows:

Claims (10)
1. A serpentine spring mounting apparatus for furniture, comprising:
the transportation device (1) comprises a mounting frame (11) and a moving assembly (12), wherein the mounting frame (11) is arranged in a rotary manner; a plurality of groups of moving assemblies (12) move along the path of the mounting rack (11), wherein each moving assembly (12) comprises two groups of moving blocks (121) which are symmetrically arranged and can be arranged in a vertically sliding manner and a rotating plate (122) which is rotatably arranged between the two groups of moving blocks (121);
the fixing device (2) comprises a transverse moving assembly (21) arranged on the rotating plate (122) in a left-right sliding mode, two groups of square holes (22) symmetrically formed in the length direction of the rotating plate (122) and used for placing iron sheets, an adjusting assembly (23) rotatably installed in the rotating plate (122) and capable of entering the corresponding square holes (22), and a pressing assembly (24) rotatably installed on the adjusting assembly (23) and in power connection with the adjusting assembly (23); the adjusting assembly (23) is in power connection with the traversing assembly (21);
the feeding device (3) comprises a serpentine spring feeding box (31) erected above the mounting frame (11), a material baffle plate (32) correspondingly installed on the moving block (121) and arranged right opposite to the rotating plate (122), and a limiting component (33) which is arranged at a discharge port at the bottom of the serpentine spring feeding box (31) in a sliding mode and can be abutted to the transverse moving component (21);

A serpentine spring mounting device for furniture according to claim 1, wherein the traverse assembly (21) includes a sliding frame (211) slidably disposed in the pivotal plate (122) in an elastic manner, two sets of stoppers (212) slidably disposed above the pivotal plate (122) and fixedly connected to the sliding frame (211), a guide rod (213) fixedly mounted below the sliding frame (211) and extending out of the pivotal plate (122), and a guide groove (214) extending in a forward direction of the moving assembly (12); the guide groove (214) is provided in a wave shape and the guide bar (213) is movable along the guide groove (214).

A serpentine spring mounting device for furniture according to claim 4, wherein the adjustment member (23) includes a mounting seat (231) fixedly installed in the rotation plate (122), a rotation lever (232) rotatably installed on the mounting seat (231) by a torsion spring, a support plate (233) fixedly installed at an end of the rotation lever (232) and capable of being fitted into the square hole (22), a stopper (234) erected above the mounting seat (231) and capable of being abutted against the rotation lever (232), a gear b (235) fixedly provided coaxially with a rotation shaft of the rotation lever (232), and a rack b (236) fixedly connected with the sliding frame (211) and engaged with the gear b (235).

A serpentine spring mounting device for furniture according to claim 5, wherein the pressing member (24) includes a right-angle plate (241) rotatably mounted on the end of the support plate (233) near the rotating plate (122) through a torsion spring, a sliding rod (242) slidably disposed at the bottom of the support plate (233) and capable of abutting against the right-angle plate (241), a rack c (243) fixedly mounted below the sliding rod (242), a gear c (244) rotatably mounted on the rotating rod (232) and engaged with the rack c (243), and a gear d (245) coaxially and fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft of the rotating rod (232) and engaged with the gear c (244).

The serpentine spring installation device for furniture according to claim 4, wherein the limiting component (33) comprises two sets of limiting bars (331) vertically fixed in the serpentine spring feeding box (31) and alignable with the two sets of limiting blocks (212), two sets of cross bars (332) symmetrically arranged and transversely slidably arranged at the bottom ends of the limiting bars (2321), an arc-shaped plate (333) correspondingly fixedly arranged at the end of the cross bar (332) and abuttable against the serpentine spring, a boss (334) fixedly arranged on the limiting block (212), and a limiting rod (335) vertically slidably arranged at the bottom of the limiting bar (331) and abuttable against the boss (334), wherein the limiting rod (335) comprises a protrusion (3351) and a fitting part (3352) vertically arranged and abuttable against the cross bar (332).

A serpentine spring mounting device for furniture according to claim 1, wherein the nail gun assembly (42) includes a cross plate (421) fixedly connected to the power output end of the lifting device (41), and nail guns (422) fixedly installed at both ends of the length direction of the cross plate (421) and extending into the interior of the pivotal plate (122).

A serpentine spring mounting device for furniture according to claim 9, wherein said power unit (54) comprises a rotation shaft (541) rotatably mounted at a middle position of a mounting plate (532), two sets of gears e (542) symmetrically and rotatably mounted at two sides of said mounting plate (532), two sets of pulley units (543) correspondingly and drivingly connected with said rotation shaft (541) and said gears e (542), a gear f (544) coaxially and fixedly mounted at a middle position of said rotation shaft (541), two sets of racks d (545) correspondingly and fixedly connected with said clamp plate (533) and meshed with said gear f (544), and two sets of racks e (546) fixedly connected with said cross plate (421) and respectively meshed with two adjacent gears e (542) of two said mounting plates (532) which are continuously transported; and a ratchet wheel assembly (5421) is arranged in the gear e (542).
