The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the kitchen waste is put into the feeding hopper 4 from the top opening, so that the kitchen waste slides downwards along the liquid leaking plate 34, liquid in the kitchen waste flows downwards from the through hole 35 while sliding downwards, the liquid flows into the inner side position of the feeding port 16 along the inner side bottom surface of the feeding hopper 4, then the liquid enters the inner water receiving tank 6 of the processing main tank 1 along the feeding port 16 to be collected, the liquid and solid in the kitchen waste are subjected to preliminary separation, the separated solid slides downwards along the liquid leaking plate 34 and enters the top surface position of the lower conveying belt 21 under the guide of the guide plate 17, the conveying motor 14 is rotated under the arrangement and control of the control panel 10 to drive the conveying shaft 19 to rotate, so that the kitchen waste on the top surface of the lower conveying belt 21 is conveyed to the other end, and residual liquid in the kitchen waste drops downwards to the top surface of the guide plate 22 while conveying, under the guide of the bottom guide plate 22, liquid enters the inside of the water receiving tank 6, then under the transmission of the lower transmission belt 21, kitchen waste enters the bottom surface position of the upper transmission belt 20, the transported kitchen waste is extruded by the extrusion roller 24, so that the liquid inside is extruded out, meanwhile, after the heating pipe 38 inside the heating box body 25 is set to a specified temperature, the kitchen waste is extruded and simultaneously subjected to high-temperature drying, double-sided heating and drying are adopted, so that the kitchen waste is more rapid and efficient, the dried kitchen waste enters the inside of the feeding pipe 27 under the transmission of the lower transmission belt 21, the kitchen waste enters the inside of the crushing tank 26 along the feeding hole 39 under the guide of the feeding pipe 27, and the rotation of the crushing stirring rod 41 under the rotation of the crushing motor 28 performs the crushing action on the entered kitchen waste, the smashed kitchen waste enters the lower position from the material leakage hole 43, the material pushing plate 42 pushes the smashed kitchen waste to the material outlet hole 44 under the pushing of the pushing cylinder 29, the sealing plate 32 slides in the extending groove 31 under the pulling of the pulling cylinder 36 to open the material outlet hole 30, the smashed kitchen waste enters the material outlet hole 12 from the material outlet hole 44 and the material outlet hole 30 to be discharged and collected, and the dried kitchen waste can be divided into materials to be fermented into fertilizers to be reused.
