s5: pressing the pressing plate (38) until the partition plate (39) moves to the bottom end of the interior of the adsorption pipe (34), releasing the pressing plate (38), generating large negative pressure in the interior of the adsorption pipe (34), and adsorbing the reinforcing mechanism (33) on the inner wall of the drinking trough;
s6: the device is started by an external power supply electrically connected with a device lead, and the liquid in the drinking water tank is heated by the heating wire (22) after the heater (11) is started;
after the transmission motor (3) is started, the turbine conduction piece (7) and the heater (11) are driven to move horizontally and vertically in the horizontal movement process, and liquid in the fixed support (1) is stirred and heated.
