Optionally, when a pixel area corresponding to a rented virtual room is clicked, the interface displays basic information of the room and displays an inquiry button of renting and selling information of the virtual room beside the room, when the inquiry button of renting and selling information of the virtual room is clicked, the display device jumps to the login interface, after a login account and a password input by an inquirer are received and login is successful, the interface displays renting and selling information of the corresponding virtual room, wherein different inquirer identity information corresponds to different inquiry authorities, for example, when the inquirer is a basic room salesman, only renting and selling time information and renting user information can be viewed, and when the inquirer is a room salesman, a renting report and other information can be viewed.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the display device of the building three-dimensional model displays the prompt information of the virtual room corresponding to the instruction according to the received query instruction, and displays different prompt information according to the renting and selling states of the room, and the identity levels of different inquirers correspond to different query authorities when inquiring the information. Therefore, the display equipment of the building three-dimensional model can accurately display the corresponding prompt information according to the renting and selling states of the rooms and the identity information of the inquirers, and the effect of conveniently inquiring the prompt information of the rooms and simultaneously ensuring the safety of the room information is achieved.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a display program of a three-dimensional model of a building, which when executed by a processor implements the display method of the three-dimensional model of the building as described above.

Claims (10)

1. A display method of a building three-dimensional model is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring building design information, wherein the building design information comprises building structure information and building position information;
establishing a three-dimensional simulation environment corresponding to the buildings according to the building design information;
acquiring the renting and selling states of all rooms in all buildings, wherein the renting and selling states comprise rented states and vacant states;
and displaying the rooms in the building in a distinguishing manner in the three-dimensional simulation environment corresponding to the building according to the renting and selling states, wherein the displaying parameters of the rooms are different when the renting and selling states of the rooms are different.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of establishing a three-dimensional simulation environment corresponding to the building according to the building design information comprises:
generating a three-dimensional simulation model of the building according to the structural information corresponding to each building;
acquiring the relative position of each building according to the building position information of each building;
and displaying each three-dimensional simulation model according to the relative position to obtain the three-dimensional simulation environment.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of generating the three-dimensional simulation model of the building based on the structural information corresponding to each building comprises:
acquiring a preset scaling;
adjusting the structural information corresponding to the building according to the scaling;
and generating a three-dimensional simulation model of the building according to the adjusted structure information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the display parameters include at least one of color parameters and identification information.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of displaying the rooms in the building in the three-dimensional simulation environment according to the rental status further comprises:
acquiring the room type;
and displaying the rooms in the building in a distinguishing manner in the three-dimensional simulation environment corresponding to the building according to the room types and the renting and selling states of the rooms, wherein different room types in the same renting and selling state correspond to different display parameters.

The method for displaying a building three-dimensional model as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the step of displaying the rooms in the building differently in the three-dimensional simulation environment corresponding to the building according to the rental and sales information, the method for displaying a building three-dimensional model further comprises:
receiving a query instruction triggered by a virtual room in a virtual room model in the three-dimensional simulation environment;
and displaying prompt information at the position of the virtual room of the three-dimensional simulation environment, wherein the prompt information comprises the renting and selling state of the room and the basic information of the room, and the basic information comprises the floor, the room number, the area and the internal structure information of the room.
7. The method for displaying the building three-dimensional model as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step of displaying the prompt message at the position where the virtual room of the three-dimensional simulation environment is located comprises:
when a query instruction triggered by a virtual room in a virtual room model in the three-dimensional simulation environment is received, acquiring a room renting and selling state corresponding to the display query instruction;
when the renting and selling state of the room is vacant, basic information of the room is displayed;
and when the renting and selling state of the room is rented, displaying basic information and renting and selling information of the room, wherein the renting and selling information comprises renting and selling time information, renting user information and renting report information.
8. The method for displaying the building three-dimensional model as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step of displaying the basic information and the rental and sales information of the room when the rental and sales status of the room is rented further comprises:
when the renting and selling state of the room is rented, acquiring the identity information of an inquirer corresponding to the inquiry instruction;
and determining and displaying the prompt information according to the identity information of the inquirer, wherein the inquiry authorities corresponding to different identity information are different.
9. A display device for a three-dimensional model of a building, the device comprising a memory, a processor, and a display program for a three-dimensional model of a building stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the display program for a three-dimensional model of a building when executed by the processor implementing a display method for a three-dimensional model of a building as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a display program of a three-dimensional model of a building, which when executed by a processor implements the display method of the three-dimensional model of the building as recited in any one of claims 1 to 8.
