Alternatively, if it is desired to take an item from a target location, the smart service device closest to the target location may be selected, and so on. The device management server can store electronic map data in the hotel for calculating the distance. In addition, the intelligent service device may be determined or selected according to information of the associated target item, for example, the task information may specifically include an item identifier to be fetched and delivered and quantity information, and the intelligent service device may further store information such as a volume corresponding to each specific item identifier, so that after receiving a specific query message, the intelligent service device that can accept the task may be selected from devices in an idle state and the like by determining the required volume information according to the item identifier and the quantity information. Of course, in the specific implementation, the target intelligent service device may be determined by combining various information such as the state and the position of the intelligent service device and the volume information required by the target object.
If the intelligent service equipment capable of bearing the current task exists, information such as the identification of the target position can be provided for the intelligent service equipment, and therefore the intelligent service equipment can go to the target position for service. In addition, the equipment management server can also return a response to the work order server to inform the work order server that the intelligent service equipment completes the service task. If the specific service task is a task of fetching and delivering objects, the device management server can also determine the information of the associated target object under the condition that the intelligent service device capable of bearing the current task exists, and can inform the intelligent service device to the target position after loading the objects in the intelligent container or unload the objects from the target position to the intelligent container according to the pre-stored related information of the intelligent container, or whether the target object is located in the intelligent container or not, or whether the target object can be stored in the intelligent container. In addition, to better realize the automatic docking of the intelligent container and the intelligent service device, the device management server 130 may further notify the intelligent container to load the target item into the target intelligent service device or unload the target item retrieved by the intelligent service device into the intelligent container when the target intelligent service device arrives at the intelligent container.
In addition, the work order server 120 may also store related information of the intelligent container, and after receiving a specific request, it may also determine whether the task can be completed by the intelligent container, and if not, that is, the intelligent container is abnormal (the target item associated with the request is not stored in the intelligent container, or the intelligent container is not used to store the target item currently requested to be retrieved from the target location, etc.), the work order server 120 may also generate a manual loading/unloading task. If there are more than one manual loading/unloading location, one of them may be determined and its location information may be sent to the equipment management server 130. In this way, the equipment management server 130 may notify the target intelligent service equipment to the manual loading/unloading location for loading/unloading.
Whether the loading to the target intelligent service device is completed by automatic docking with the intelligent container device or by manual loading, the device management server 130 may generate the pickup code information and provide the pickup code information to the work order server 120 after the loading of the object to the target intelligent service device is completed; the pick code can be used for taking out an article from the target intelligent service equipment; in this way, the work order server 120 may further provide the pick-up code information to the client, so that when a specific intelligent service device reaches a target location, a specific user may open a door of the intelligent service device by inputting the received pick-up code into the specific intelligent service device, and pick up an article transported therein.
In a specific implementation, the intelligent service device may be further configured to report the state, the position, and/or the expected arrival time information of the intelligent service device to the device management server 130 in real time during the process of executing the task, so that the device management server 130 may further send the state, the position, and/or the expected arrival time information of the intelligent service device to the work order server 120. The work order server 120 may provide the status, location, and/or estimated time of arrival information of the intelligent service device to the client associated with the corresponding pick-up task. Therefore, the consumer user can inquire the state information of the specific task through the client at any time, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, if an abnormality occurs in the target smart service device during the task, for example, no human response occurs in a room, the smart service device acts abnormally on a floor/elevator, the pickup of goods fails, etc., the smart service device may report the abnormality information to the device management server 130, and the device management server 130 may provide the abnormality information to the work order server 120. The specific abnormal information may include an ID and other identifiers of the specific intelligent service device, a task ID and other identifiers, a location of the intelligent service device, and information of the abnormal description. In this way, after receiving the abnormal information, the work order server 120 may further generate a manual service task and/or a maintenance task according to the abnormal information. That is, when the intelligent service device is abnormal in the task execution process so that the current service task cannot be completed, the work order server can generate the manual service task in time and distribute the manual service task to specific staff, so that delay of the user requirement is avoided.
In addition, in practical applications, after receiving a task, there may be a case where no intelligent service device can take over the current task, for example, the current intelligent service devices are all in the task state, or the volume of the related item exceeds the maximum volume that can be provided by the intelligent service device, and so on, the device management server 130 may further notify the work order server 120. At this time, the work order server 120 may also generate a manual service task in time, and may also allocate the task to a specific employee, so as to ensure that the customer user can obtain a corresponding service in time.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the application, a consumer user can directly initiate a service request through a client, receive the request through a work order server, generate a corresponding service task, and then determine an intelligent service device capable of carrying the task through a device management server, and schedule the intelligent service device to a specific target position to complete service. Therefore, the automation of the service process can be realized, the links of manual intervention are reduced, and the labor cost is favorably reduced.
In order to further increase the intelligence of the whole system, an intelligent container device may be provided for storing articles that may need to be sent to a specific room, or retrieving articles waiting for further processing from a specific room, when the specific required service is a service for taking and sending articles. Therefore, after specific intelligent service equipment receives specific tasks, loading or unloading of articles can be realized through automatic butt joint with the intelligent container equipment, so that manual operation in loading and unloading links is replaced in an automatic mode, and full process automation of the system is further realized.
In addition, interconnection and intercommunication on information can be achieved among the client, the work order server, the equipment management server, the intelligent service equipment and the like in the embodiment of the application, so that information such as states, positions, expected arrival time and the like in a specific task execution process can be transmitted to the client of the consumer user in real time, and the consumer user can inquire task execution states corresponding to requests initiated by the consumer user at any time. In addition, in the task execution process, once the intelligent service equipment is abnormal, the work order server can timely acquire the information and timely generate corresponding manual tasks and the like, so that the task can be continuously completed, and the requirement of a user is prevented from being delayed.
Moreover, if the intelligent service equipment capable of carrying the current task does not exist, the work order server can timely acquire the information, and the requirements of the user can be met in a manual mode through a mode of generating the manual service task.
It should be noted that the solution provided in the embodiment of the present application may have a variety of specific application scenarios, and a variety of specific corresponding service places may also be provided, for example, the foregoing hotel scenario is most typical, and the corresponding service place is the hotel place, and the specific service may be provided by the intelligent service device according to a service request initiated by a specific guest, and the intelligent container device may also be used to realize docking with the intelligent service device, so as to save labor cost. In another scenario, a specific service location may also be a medical location, and since the above-mentioned location usually has a plurality of different rooms, a patient may need to have a meal or send a medicine to a specific ward during a hospital stay, and at this time, an intelligent service may be implemented by the intelligent service device, the intelligent container device, and the like provided in the embodiments of the present application. Similarly, a nursing place, a school place, and the like can be included, and the specific implementation process is similar to that in a hotel scenario and is not described in detail here. In addition, the target location according to the embodiment of the present application may be a target room divided in the service location, and in general, the service location may provide services for the user in units of rooms, for example, allocating a guest room for a guest who enters a hotel, allocating a patient room for a patient who enters a hospital, and the like. The most typical application scenario of the embodiment of the application is that services such as article taking and delivering are provided between a lobby, a foreground and the like of a service place and a room where a specific user is located through intelligent service equipment, and in the taking and delivering process, automatic article loading or unloading butt joint can be achieved through intelligent container equipment, so that the labor cost is saved.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation, if there are multiple floors in the service place, the intelligent service device may also involve interaction with the intelligent elevator device during the process of taking and delivering the goods. At this time, the intelligent elevator equipment in the service place can also be used as one of various intelligent equipment in the service place, and can be uniformly managed by the equipment management server. For example, when finding that a certain intelligent service device travels to a certain elevator according to a planned route, the device management server can notify the intelligent elevator device and provide the floor information of the target position in the associated task to the intelligent elevator device, the intelligent elevator device can open the elevator door, after the intelligent service device enters, the intelligent elevator device automatically sets the target floor, transports the intelligent service device to the corresponding floor, and then the intelligent service device continues to travel to the target position according to the planned route.

Thus, after receiving the request, it may first be determined whether the intelligent container device supports the current service task according to the information of the intelligent container device; if the intelligent service equipment is not supported, manual loading or unloading task information can be generated and distributed to the corresponding service staff client, and the equipment management server is informed to schedule the intelligent service equipment to a manual loading or unloading position to carry out loading or unloading processing.
In addition, the work order server can also receive goods taking code information returned by the equipment management server; and providing the goods taking code information to the client.
Furthermore, the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment provided by the equipment management server in the task execution process can be received; providing the status, location and/or expected time of arrival information to the client.
The abnormal information of the intelligent service equipment which is provided by the equipment management server and is abnormal in the process of executing the task can be received; and generating a manual service task and/or a maintenance task according to the abnormal information.
The abnormal information comprises an identifier of the intelligent service equipment, a related task identifier, abnormal description information and position information of the intelligent service equipment.

In addition, if the task type is an article fetching and delivering task, the task information comprises associated target article information; at this time, the equipment management server can also store the information of the intelligent container equipment, and the information of the intelligent container equipment comprises: the intelligent container is positioned, and information of articles stored in the intelligent container and capable of being sent to a room and information of articles received and taken back from the room are received; after receiving the task information, determining whether the intelligent container equipment supports the current service task according to the information of the intelligent container equipment; if so, informing the target intelligent service device to load/unload at the intelligent container device, and informing the intelligent container device to load the target item into the target intelligent service device or receive the target item retrieved by the target intelligent service device when the target intelligent service device arrives at the intelligent container.
And if the intelligent container equipment does not support the current service task, receiving the position information of manual loading/unloading provided by the work order server, and informing the target intelligent service equipment.
In addition, after the goods loading to the target intelligent service equipment is finished, goods taking code information is generated and provided for the work order server; the goods taking code is used for taking out goods from the target intelligent service equipment.
In the process of executing the task by the specific intelligent service equipment, the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment in the process of executing the task can be obtained; and sending the state, position and/or estimated arrival time information to the work order server so as to provide the work order server to a client.
And if the intelligent service equipment capable of bearing the task does not exist, notifying the work order server so that the work order server can generate the manual service task.

The multimedia component 1208 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1200 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). Audio component 1210 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio assembly 1210 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when device 1200 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1204 or transmitted via the communication component 1216. In some embodiments, audio assembly 1210 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1212 provides an interface between the processing component 1202 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1214 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 1200. For example, the sensor assembly 1214 may detect an open/closed state of the device 1200, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the device 1200, the sensor assembly 1214 may also detect a change in the position of the device 1200 or a component of the device 1200, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 1200, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 1200, and a change in the temperature of the device 1200. The sensor assembly 1214 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1214 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1214 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communications component 1216 is configured to facilitate communications between device 1200 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1200 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1216 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1216 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the device 1200 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as memory 1204 comprising instructions, executable by processor 1220 of device 1200 to perform the methods provided by the present disclosure is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, the system or system embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments and therefore are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for related points. The above-described system and system embodiments are only illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The service method, device and system provided by the present application are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation of the present application, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, the specific embodiments and the application range may be changed. In view of the above, the description should not be taken as limiting the application.

Claims (47)

1. A service system, comprising:
a client for submitting service request information related to a target location within a service site;
the work order server is used for generating a service task according to the request information and sending task information to the equipment management server;
the equipment management server is used for determining target intelligent service equipment according to the task information and the information of the intelligent service equipment and sending the task information to the target intelligent service equipment;
and the intelligent service equipment is used for executing the task according to the received task information.
2. The system of claim 1,
the service request includes: an item pickup request;
the system further comprises:
and the intelligent container equipment is used for storing the goods to be sent to the target position or retrieving the goods from the target position and automatically docking loading or unloading operation with the target intelligent service equipment.
3. The system of claim 2,
the article to be delivered to the target location includes: items to be shipped to a destination location provided within the service location.
4. The system of claim 2,
the article to be delivered to the target location includes: and the non-standardized goods are delivered to the intelligent container equipment in the service place from the outside of the service place, stored and wait for being sent to the target position.

the article to be delivered to the target location includes: non-standardized goods ordered from the service location or associated other service locations awaiting delivery to a target location.

the intelligent container apparatus is further configured to: receiving a request for storing non-standardized articles and identification information of associated target positions, storing the non-standardized articles into a storage unit in intelligent container equipment, storing the corresponding relation between the storage unit identification and the target position identification, and determining the corresponding non-standardized articles according to the target position identification associated with the task of the intelligent service equipment when the intelligent service equipment is in butt joint with the intelligent service equipment.
7. The system of claim 2,
the article to be delivered to the target location includes: items that are booked in advance by a user and are sent to a destination location after a contracted time is reached.
8. The system of claim 2,
the item retrieved from the target location includes: and the articles needing to be returned after being sent to the target position comprise the articles needing to be returned to the service place or the articles needing to be returned to a merchant outside the service place.

the device management server is further configured to notify the target intelligent service device to load/unload the target intelligent service device to/from the intelligent container device, and notify the intelligent container device to load the target item into the target intelligent service device or receive the target item retrieved by the target intelligent service device when the target intelligent service device arrives at the intelligent container.
10. The system of claim 2,
the work order server is also used for generating a manual loading/unloading task if the intelligent container equipment is abnormal;
the equipment management server is further used for informing the target intelligent service equipment to load/unload the goods at the position of the manual loading/unloading.
11. The system of claim 2,
the equipment management server is also used for generating goods taking code information after the goods loading to the target intelligent service equipment is finished and providing the goods taking code information to the work order server; the goods taking code is used for taking out goods from the target intelligent service equipment;
the work order server is further used for providing the goods taking code information to the client.
12. The system of claim 1,
the intelligent service equipment is also used for reporting the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information to the equipment management server in real time in the process of executing the task;
the equipment management server is also used for sending the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment to the work order server;
and the work order server is also used for providing the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment to the corresponding client associated with the fetching and sending task.
13. The system of claim 1,
the equipment management server is also used for providing abnormal information to the work order server if the target intelligent service equipment is abnormal in the process of executing the task;
and the work order server is also used for generating a manual service task and/or a maintenance task according to the abnormal information.
14. The system of claim 1,
the equipment management server is also used for notifying the work order server if target intelligent service equipment capable of bearing the task does not exist;
and the work order server is also used for generating a manual service task.
15. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 14,
the service places comprise hotel places, medical places, nursing places, school places or market places; the target location includes a target room provided within the service premises.
16. A method of servicing, comprising:
the client receives service request information related to the target position;
and submitting the service request to a work order server so as to generate a service task, and distributing the service task to a target intelligent service device to be executed through a device management server.
17. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
and if the service request is a request for sending a target article to the target position, receiving goods taking code information returned by the work order server so as to take out the target article from the target intelligent service equipment.
18. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
and receiving the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information of the target intelligent service equipment provided by the work order server in the process of executing the task.
19. A method of servicing, comprising:
the work order server receives service request information which is submitted by a client and related to a target position;
generating a service task according to the request information;
and sending the task information to an equipment management server so that the equipment management server can execute the task by scheduling the intelligent service equipment.
20. The method of claim 19,
the service request comprises an item pickup request;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the information to intelligent packing cupboard equipment is preserved, the information of intelligent packing cupboard equipment includes: the intelligent container is positioned, and information of articles stored in the intelligent container and capable of being sent to a room and information of articles received and taken back from the room are received;
after receiving the request, determining whether the intelligent container equipment supports the current service task according to the information of the intelligent container equipment;
and if the intelligent service equipment is not supported, generating manual loading or unloading task information, distributing the information to a corresponding service staff client, and informing the equipment management server to dispatch the intelligent service equipment to a position for manual loading or unloading for loading or unloading.
21. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
receiving goods taking code information returned by the equipment management server;
and providing the goods taking code information to the client.
22. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
receiving the state, position and/or predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment provided by the equipment management server in the task execution process;
providing the status, location and/or expected time of arrival information to the client.
23. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
receiving abnormal information which is provided by the equipment management server and is abnormal in the process of executing the task by the intelligent service equipment;
and generating a manual service task and/or a maintenance task according to the abnormal information.
24. The method of claim 23,
the abnormal information comprises the identification of the intelligent service equipment, the associated task identification, the abnormal description information and the position information of the intelligent service equipment.
25. A method of servicing, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that an equipment management server receives task information sent by a work order server, wherein the task information is generated by the work order server according to received service request information related to a target position;
determining target intelligent service equipment according to the task information and the intelligent service equipment information;
and sending the task information to the target intelligent service equipment so that the target intelligent service equipment can execute the task.
26. The method of claim 25,
the task information comprises information of a related target position and/or task type information;
the intelligent service equipment information comprises the state and/or position information of the intelligent service equipment.
27. The method of claim 26,
the task type comprises an article fetching and delivering task;
the task information also comprises information of the associated target object;
the intelligent service equipment information also comprises volume information of the intelligent service equipment;
the determining the target intelligent service equipment according to the task information and the intelligent service equipment information comprises the following steps:
determining a required volume according to the information of the target object;
and selecting the target intelligent service equipment according to the volume information.
28. The method of claim 26,
the task type comprises an article picking and delivering task, and the task information comprises associated target article information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the information to intelligent packing cupboard equipment is preserved, the information of intelligent packing cupboard equipment includes: the intelligent container is positioned, and information of articles stored in the intelligent container and capable of being sent to a room and information of articles received and taken back from the room are received;
after receiving the task information, determining whether the intelligent container equipment supports the current service task according to the information of the intelligent container equipment;
if so, informing the target intelligent service device to load/unload at the intelligent container device, and informing the intelligent container device to load the target item into the target intelligent service device or receive the target item retrieved by the target intelligent service device when the target intelligent service device arrives at the intelligent container.
29. The method of claim 28, further comprising:
and if the intelligent container equipment does not support the current service task, receiving the position information of manual loading/unloading provided by the work order server, and informing the target intelligent service equipment.
30. The method of claim 28 or 29, further comprising:
after the goods loading to the target intelligent service equipment is finished, goods taking code information is generated and provided for the work order server; the goods taking code is used for taking out goods from the target intelligent service equipment.
31. The method of claim 25, further comprising:
acquiring the state, position and/or predicted arrival time information of the intelligent service equipment in the task execution process;
and sending the state, position and/or estimated arrival time information to the work order server so as to provide the work order server to a client.
32. The method of claim 25, further comprising:
and if the intelligent service equipment capable of bearing the task does not exist, notifying the work order server so that the work order server can generate the manual service task.
33. A method of servicing, comprising:
the intelligent service equipment receives task information distributed by the equipment management server; the task information is generated by the work order server according to a service request related to a target position;
and executing the task according to the task information.
34. The method of claim 33,
the tasks include: an article pick-and-place task; the task information comprises associated target item information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the intelligent container equipment supports the target object, driving to the position of the intelligent container for loading/unloading according to the first notification information sent by the equipment management server.
35. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
and if the intelligent container equipment does not support the target article, driving to a position for manual loading/unloading according to second notification information sent by the equipment management server to load/unload the target article, wherein the position information for manual loading/unloading is provided by a worksheet server.
36. The method of claim 33, further comprising:
and providing the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information to the equipment management server during the task execution process so as to provide the state, the position and/or the predicted arrival time information to a request initiator user through the work order server.
37. The method of claim 33, further comprising:
and if abnormity occurs in the task execution process, submitting abnormity information to the equipment association server so as to generate a manual service task and/or an equipment maintenance task aiming at the abnormity information through a work order server.
38. A method of servicing, comprising:
the intelligent container equipment receives notification information provided by an equipment management server, wherein the notification information comprises: the target intelligent service equipment arrives at the intelligent container equipment, and associated target article information;
and carrying out automatic loading/unloading docking with the target intelligent service equipment according to the notification information.
39. The method of claim 38,
the associated item information comprises a non-standardized item customized in the service place or a non-standardized item ordered from outside the service place;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when receiving a non-standardized article put into the intelligent container equipment, obtaining target position identification information associated with the non-standardized article, and storing a corresponding relation between a storage unit identification for storing the non-standardized article and the target position identification;
and after receiving the notification information, determining target position identification information associated in the task associated with the target intelligent service equipment so as to take out the non-standardized article from the storage unit according to the target position identification and carry out automatic docking with the target intelligent service equipment.
40. A service device, applied to a client, includes:
a request receiving unit for receiving service request information related to a target location;
and the request submitting unit is used for submitting the service request to the work order server so as to generate a service task, and distributing the service task to the target intelligent service equipment through the equipment management server for execution.
41. A service device is applied to a work order server and comprises the following components:
the request receiving unit is used for receiving service request information which is submitted by a client and is related to a target position;
the task generating unit is used for generating a service task according to the request information;
and the task information sending unit is used for sending the task information to the equipment management server so that the equipment management server can execute the task by scheduling the intelligent service equipment.
42. A service apparatus, applied to a device management server, includes:
the task information receiving unit is used for receiving task information sent by a work order server, and the task information is generated by the work order server according to the received service request information related to the target position;
the target intelligent service equipment determining unit is used for determining target intelligent service equipment according to the task information and the intelligent service equipment information;
and the task information sending unit is used for sending the task information to the target intelligent service equipment so that the target intelligent service equipment can execute the task.
43. An intelligent service device, comprising:
a task information receiving unit for receiving task information distributed by the device management server; the task information is generated by the work order server according to a service request related to a target position;
and the task execution unit is used for executing the task according to the task information.
44. An intelligent container apparatus, comprising:
a notification information receiving unit configured to receive notification information provided by a device management server, the notification information including: the target intelligent service equipment arrives at the intelligent container equipment, and associated target article information;
and the automatic docking unit is used for carrying out automatic loading/unloading docking with the target intelligent service equipment according to the notification information.
45. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
receiving service request information related to a target location;
and submitting the service request to a work order server so as to generate a service task, and distributing the service task to a target intelligent service device to be executed through a device management server.
46. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
receiving service request information which is submitted by a client and is related to a target position;
generating a service task according to the request information;
and sending the task information to an equipment management server so that the equipment management server can execute the task by scheduling the intelligent service equipment.
47. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
receiving task information sent by a work order server, wherein the task information is generated by the work order server according to the received service request information related to the target position;
determining target intelligent service equipment according to the task information and the intelligent service equipment information;
and sending the task information to the target intelligent service equipment so that the target intelligent service equipment can execute the task.
