the display module is used for displaying and updating the stock and the price of the purchased commodity in real time, wherein the price comprises a selling price and a stocking price;
the housekeeper terminal comprises a receiving module and a feedback module;
the receiving module is used for receiving order placing data and distributing distribution service according to the order placing data manager; and the feedback module follows up and finishes the result state feedback of distribution according to the order placing data.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: the method comprises the steps that basic house information is input through a background management end, member membership information is established, and member binding authority is granted according to the membership information; the background management end binds accounts by taking account membership as a unit; the house with basic unit as 'set' is used to establish membership information and bind family members, all the members can make orders in small program to buy specified commodity and complete payment. The invention binds members through household register, facilitates the management of the community, avoids illegal registration of individual users, reduces the management cost, enables users in the community to intuitively feel the service value of the community by disclosing purchase price in the selling stage and showing the service concept of 'zero profit', and can effectively enhance the recognition degree of the users in the community to the management party and facilitate the management party to provide more services for the users in the community.

and account binding is carried out by taking account membership as a unit.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
performing one-key ordering on the commodities, checking the inventory quantity of the commodities and checking the distribution state of the commodities at the price;
and confirming the goods returned after sale and the price according to the member order information obtained by the goods required by the member information order.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
initiating and displaying commodity inventory, prices and new member categories to a community public electronic display screen according to member requirements;
and estimating the consumption of each category of consumption history data of each member in the community by using a big data function, and adjusting the commodity stock, the price and the initiation of new categories of members in time.
