Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
In this embodiment, a replaceable secondary grouting anchor foundation with adjustable anchoring length is shown in fig. 1-2, and includes a concrete foundation 1, a secondary grouting layer 7, and a plurality of sets of replaceable anchor assemblies; the replaceable anchor bolt assembly comprises a steel skeleton 2, an anchor cylinder 3, an anchor rod 4, a sealing assembly and a nut assembly.
The steel skeleton 2 comprises a supporting plate and a plurality of supporting columns, the supporting columns are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the supporting plate, and the number of the supporting columns can be designed according to actual conditions.
The anchor barrel 3 comprises an anchor barrel end section 31, an anchor barrel middle end section 33, an anchor barrel top end section 34 and an anchor barrel connecting member 32. The number of end segments 33 in the anchor shaft is one segment. The anchor cylinder tail end section 31, the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 and the anchor cylinder top end section 34 are all of cylindrical structures and have the same outer diameter.
The anchor barrel top section 34 includes integrally formed upper and lower barrels. The inner diameter of the upper cylinder body is larger than that of the lower cylinder body, so that a step surface A is formed at the junction of the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body. A cavity formed on the inner side wall of the upper cylinder body is of a regular octagonal prism structure; the cavity that lower barrel inner wall formed is the cylinder structure, and lower barrel inner wall has the helicitic texture. As shown in fig. 3, the upper end surface of the cylinder body on the anchor cylinder top end section 34 is also provided with an annular groove II.
The inside walls of the anchor cylinder tail end section 31 and the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 are provided with thread structures, and the inner diameters of the anchor cylinder tail end section 31 and the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 are the same as the inner diameter of the lower cylinder body of the anchor cylinder top end section 34. A counter bore II is formed in the upper end face of the anchor cylinder tail end section 31, counter bores III are formed in the upper end face and the lower end face of the anchor cylinder middle end section 33, a counter bore IV is formed in the lower cylinder body lower end face of the anchor cylinder top end section 31, and the counter bores II, the counter bores III and the counter bores IV are the same in aperture and depth.
The anchor barrel connecting piece 32 is of a cylindrical structure, the outer diameter of the anchor barrel connecting piece 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the anchor barrel tail end section 31 (an anchor barrel middle end section 33/an anchor barrel top end section 34), and the inner diameter of the anchor barrel connecting piece 32 is the same as the bore diameter of the counter bore II (a counter bore III/a counter bore IV). Counter bores I are formed in the upper end face and the lower end face of the anchor cylinder connecting piece 32, and the depth of the counter bores II, the depth of the counter bores III and the depth of the counter bores IV are larger than that of the counter bores I. A plurality of anchor bars 12 are uniformly welded on the outer side walls of the anchor cylinder tail end section 31, the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 and the anchor cylinder top end section 34, and the number of the anchor bars 12 can be designed according to actual conditions.
The anchor rod 4 comprises an upper thread section, a middle section and a lower thread section which are coaxial from top to bottom. The diameters of the upper thread section and the lower thread section are the same, and the diameter of the middle section is slightly larger than that of the upper thread section and the lower thread section, so that a step surface B is formed at the junction of the upper thread section and the middle section, and a step surface C is formed at the junction of the lower thread section and the middle section. The middle section is in a regular octagonal prism structure. The height of the middle section of the anchor rod 4 is larger than that of the cylinder body on the anchor cylinder top section 34. As shown in fig. 4, the B step surface of the anchor rod 4 is also provided with an annular groove i.
The seal assembly comprises a liner 5 and a seal ring 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the bushing 5 is a regular octagonal prism hollow structure as a whole, the cavity formed by the inner side wall of the bushing 5 is also a regular octagonal prism structure, and the upper end of the outer side wall of the bushing 5 is radially convex to form an annular flange. The height of the bush 5 is equal to the height of the middle section of the anchor rod 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the sealing ring 6 is an annular structure, the upper and lower ends of the inner sidewall of the sealing ring 6 are respectively protruded inward in the radial direction to form an upper ring body and a lower ring body, the inner diameter of the upper ring body is smaller than that of the lower ring body, and the lower side surface of the upper ring body and the upper side surface of the lower ring body and the sealing ring 6 body together form a ring groove. The downside of the last ring body of sealing washer 6 is provided with the annular bulge I with I adaptation of annular groove. The downside of the lower ring body of sealing washer 6 is provided with the annular bulge II with II adaptations of annular groove. In this embodiment, the seal ring 6 is a rubber seal ring. The inner diameter of the upper ring body is slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper thread section of the anchor rod 4, so that the upper ring body is in interference fit with the anchor rod 4 during assembly. The inner diameter of the lower ring is slightly larger than the diameter of the bushing 5.
The nut assembly comprises a flat washer 8, a spring washer 9 and a nut 10.
The anchor cylinder tail end section 31, the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 and the anchor cylinder top end section 34 are arranged from bottom to top, and the upper end part of the anchor cylinder tail end section 31, the upper end part and the lower end part of the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 and the lower end part of the anchor cylinder top end section 34 are respectively inserted into the counter bores I of the anchor cylinder connecting pieces 33 adjacent to the counter bores and are in clearance fit with the anchor cylinder connecting pieces. The anchor cylinder tail end section, the anchor cylinder middle end section and the anchor cylinder top end section are connected with the anchor cylinder connecting piece 33 in a welding mode. The upper end surface of the anchor cylinder end section 31 is higher than the upper surface of the concrete foundation 1, and the upper surface of the concrete foundation 1 is a horizontal plane. The anchor rod 4 is installed in the anchor cylinder 3, the lower spiral section of the anchor rod 4 is in threaded connection with the anchor cylinder tail end section 31, the anchor cylinder middle end section 33 and the anchor cylinder top end section 34, the step surface C of the anchor rod 4 is in contact with the step surface A of the anchor cylinder top end section 34, and the step surface B of the anchor rod 4 is arranged on the upper end face of the cylinder body on the anchor cylinder top end section 34. The upper ring body of the seal ring 6 is pressed and sleeved on the anchor rod 4, the lower ring body is pressed and sleeved on the lining 5, and the flange of the lining 5 is clamped in the annular groove of the seal ring 6; annular protrusion I is clamped in annular groove I, and annular protrusion II is clamped in annular groove II. The bottom plate 7 of the workpiece to be fixed is sleeved on the upper end part of the upper thread section of the anchor rod 4, the secondary grouting layer 7 is poured between the bottom plate 7 of the workpiece to be fixed and the concrete foundation 1, and the flat washer 8, the spring washer 9 and the nut 10 are sequentially sleeved on the upper thread section of the anchor rod 4 to fix the workpiece to be fixed.
Example 2
In this embodiment, a replacement construction method of a replaceable secondary grouting anchor bolt foundation with adjustable anchoring length includes the following steps:
firstly, sequentially taking down a nut 10, a spring washer 9 and a flat washer 8, moving away a bottom plate 7 of a workpiece to be fixed, removing a secondary grouting layer 11, sequentially taking down a sealing ring 6 and a lining 5, screwing and taking out a damaged anchor rod 4;
inserting a new anchor rod 4 into the anchor barrel 3, screwing the anchor rod 4 to enable the lower thread section of the anchor rod 4 to be in threaded connection with the tail end section 31 of the anchor barrel, the middle end section 33 of the anchor barrel and the top end section 34 of the anchor barrel so as to form a whole, and simultaneously enabling the step surface C of the anchor rod 4 to be in contact with the step surface A of the top end section 34 of the anchor barrel;
the flange of the bush 5 is clamped in the annular groove of the seal ring 6, the bush 5 is provided with the seal ring 6 to be embedded into a gap between the upper cylinder body of the anchor cylinder and the middle section of the anchor rod, the upper end surface of the bush 5 is flush with the step surface B of the anchor rod 4, the upper ring body of the seal ring 6 is sleeved on the anchor rod 4 in a pressing mode, the lower ring body is sleeved on the bush 5 in a pressing mode, the annular bulge I is clamped in the annular groove I, and the annular bulge II is clamped in the annular groove II;
fourthly, the bottom plate 7 of the workpiece to be fixed is sleeved on the upper thread section of the anchor rod 4 again, a certain distance is reserved between the bottom plate 7 and the upper surface of the concrete foundation 1, the flat washer 8, the spring washer 9 and the nut 10 are sequentially sleeved on the upper thread section of the anchor rod 4 to tightly press the bottom plate 7, the bottom plate 7 is adjusted, the secondary grouting layer 11 is poured in a gap between the bottom plate 7 and the concrete foundation 1, and after the secondary grouting layer 11 reaches the specified strength, replacement and installation are completed.

1. The replaceable secondary grouting anchor bolt foundation with adjustable anchoring length is characterized by comprising a concrete foundation (1), a secondary grouting layer (11) and a plurality of groups of replaceable anchor bolt assemblies; the replaceable anchor bolt assembly comprises a steel skeleton (2), an anchor cylinder (3), an anchor rod (4), a sealing assembly and a nut assembly; (ii) a
The anchor cylinder (3) comprises an anchor cylinder tail end section (31), a plurality of anchor cylinder middle end sections (33), an anchor cylinder top end section (34) and a plurality of anchor cylinder connecting pieces (32), wherein the anchor cylinder tail end section (31), the anchor cylinder middle end section (33) and the anchor cylinder top end section (34) are all in a cylindrical structure and have the same outer diameter; the anchor cylinder top end section (34) comprises an upper cylinder body and a lower cylinder body which are integrally formed, the inner diameter of the upper cylinder body is larger than that of the lower cylinder body, so that a step surface A is formed at the junction of the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body, a cavity formed in the inner side wall of the upper cylinder body is of a regular polygon prism structure, and the inner side wall of the lower cylinder body is of a thread structure; the inner side walls of the anchor cylinder tail end section (31) and the anchor cylinder middle end section (33) are respectively provided with a thread structure, and the inner diameters of the anchor cylinder tail end section (31) and the anchor cylinder middle end section (33) are the same as the inner diameter of the lower cylinder body of the anchor cylinder top end section (34); the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32) is of a cylindrical structure and is used for connecting an anchor cylinder tail end section (31), an anchor cylinder middle end section (33) and an anchor cylinder top end section (34), the outer diameter of the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32) is larger than that of the anchor cylinder tail end section (31), the inner diameter of the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32) is between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the anchor cylinder tail end section (31), and counter bores I are formed in the upper end face and the lower end face of the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32);

the anchor cylinder tail end section (31), the anchor cylinder middle end section (33) and the anchor cylinder top end section (34) are arranged from bottom to top, the end parts of the anchor cylinder tail end section are respectively inserted into counter bores I on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32) adjacent to the anchor cylinder tail end section and fixedly connected with the anchor cylinder connecting piece (32), the lower end surface of the anchor cylinder tail end section (31) is fixedly connected with the steel skeleton (2), the anchor cylinder (3) and the steel skeleton (2) are pre-buried in the concrete foundation (1), and the upper end surface of the anchor cylinder top end section (34) is higher than the upper surface of the concrete foundation (1); the anchor rod (4) is arranged in the anchor cylinder (3), the lower spiral section of the anchor rod (4) is in threaded connection with the anchor cylinder (3), the step surface C of the anchor rod (4) is in contact with the step surface A of the top section (34) of the anchor cylinder, and the middle section of the anchor rod (4) is higher than the upper cylinder body of the top section (34) of the anchor cylinder; the sealing assembly is embedded between the middle section of the anchor rod (4) and the upper barrel body of the anchor barrel top end section (34); the bottom plate (7) of the workpiece to be fixed is sleeved at the upper end part of the upper thread section of the anchor rod (4), the secondary grouting layer (11) is poured between the bottom plate (7) of the workpiece to be fixed and the concrete foundation (1), and the nut component is installed on the upper thread section of the anchor rod (4) to fix the workpiece to be fixed.
2. The replaceable secondary grouting anchor foundation of claim 1, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a bushing (5) and a sealing ring (6);
the bushing (5) is of a regular polygonal column hollow structure, a cavity formed by the inner side wall of the bushing (5) is of a regular polygonal column structure, and the upper end of the outer side wall of the bushing (5) protrudes outwards in the radial direction to form an annular flange;
the sealing ring (6) is of an annular structure, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side wall of the sealing ring (6) are respectively inwards protruded in the radial direction to form an upper ring body and a lower ring body, the inner diameter of the upper ring body is smaller than that of the lower ring body, and the lower side surface of the upper ring body and the upper side surface of the lower ring body and the sealing ring (6) body jointly form an annular groove;
the bushing (5) is embedded between the middle section of the anchor rod (4) and the upper barrel body of the anchor barrel top end section (34), and the upper end surface of the bushing (5) is flush with the step surface B of the anchor rod (4); the upper ring body and the lower ring body of the sealing ring (6) are respectively pressed and sleeved on the anchor rod (4) and the lining (5), and the flange of the lining (5) is clamped in the annular groove of the sealing ring (6).

The replaceable secondary grouting anchor bolt foundation with adjustable anchoring length as claimed in claim 2, wherein an annular groove I is formed on the step surface B of the anchor bolt (4), and an annular protrusion I adapted to the annular groove I is formed on the lower side surface of the upper ring body of the sealing ring (6); the upper end face of the upper cylinder body of the anchor cylinder top section (34) is provided with an annular groove II, and the lower side face of the lower ring body of the sealing ring (6) is provided with an annular bulge II matched with the annular groove II.

The replaceable secondary grouting anchor bolt foundation with adjustable anchoring length as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper end face of the anchor barrel end section (31) is provided with a counter bore II, the upper and lower end faces of the anchor barrel middle end section (33) are both provided with counter bores III, and the lower end face of the lower barrel body of the anchor barrel top end section (34) is provided with a counter bore IV; the depth of the counter bore II, the depth of the counter bore III and the depth of the counter bore IV are the same and are all larger than the depth of the counter bore I.

10. A replacement construction method of a replaceable secondary grouting anchor foundation with adjustable anchoring length according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
removing the nut assembly, removing a bottom plate of a workpiece to be fixed, removing a secondary grouting layer, removing the sealing assembly, screwing and taking out the damaged anchor rod;
inserting a new anchor rod into the anchor cylinder, screwing the anchor rod to enable the lower thread section of the anchor rod to be in threaded connection with the anchor cylinder, and enabling the step surface C of the anchor rod to be in contact with the step surface A of the top section of the anchor cylinder;
embedding a sealing assembly between the middle section of the anchor rod and the upper cylinder body of the top end section of the anchor cylinder to ensure the sealing property between the middle section of the anchor rod and the upper cylinder body of the top end section of the anchor cylinder;
and fourthly, sleeving the bottom plate of the workpiece to be fixed on the upper thread section of the anchor rod again, reserving a set distance between the bottom plate and the upper surface of the concrete foundation, pressing the bottom plate tightly through the nut assembly, adjusting the bottom plate, pouring a secondary grouting layer in a gap between the bottom plate and the concrete foundation, and replacing and installing the secondary grouting layer after the secondary grouting layer reaches the specified strength.
