The invention relates to a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and a production process thereof, belonging to the field of building materials, wherein rubber oil has the characteristics of improving the elasticity, flexibility, easy processability and easy mixing property of rubber; the styrene thermoplastic elastomer can change the viscosity, rigidity, softening temperature and cohesive bonding strength of the material in a strict control manner; the talcum powder has excellent physical and chemical properties such as lubricity, fire resistance, acid resistance, insulativity, high melting point, chemical inactiveness, good covering power, softness, good luster, strong adsorption power and the like; finally, construction of the waterproof coiled material is facilitated, and meanwhile the bonding effect and the high-temperature resistance of the waterproof coiled material are improved.

Technical Field

The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a rolled flexible building material product which can resist external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, plays a vital role in the whole engineering, is divided into a non-carcass coiled material and a carcass coiled material according to the difference of carcasses, and is required to have good water resistance, stability to temperature change, certain mechanical strength, extensibility and fracture resistance, certain flexibility, ageing resistance and the like. The asphalt waterproof coiled material is a curlable sheet waterproof material prepared by dip-coating asphalt on a base tire and then spreading powdery or sheet isolating material on the surface; the construction of the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material does not need to use open fire, the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is an environment-friendly waterproof material and is widely applied to waterproof engineering of various civil and industrial buildings, the common self-adhesive coiled material does not have heat insulation performance and cannot be applied to the exposed self-adhesive coiled material, when the self-adhesive coiled material is exposed and exposed to the sun, the internal temperature of the coiled material exceeds 20 ℃ of the ambient temperature, the ageing, hollowing and skinning are very easy, the current means is to apply a protective layer after the construction is finished, the protective layer can cause difficulty in later maintenance, if a leakage point occurs, the protective layer needs to be shoveled firstly and then the waterproof layer is processed, the maintenance time is long, the maintenance cost is very high, and the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is not suitable for being used as a cement protective layer on some special roofs, such as metal roofs, roofs which cannot; the common adhesive has poor bonding effect on polyolefin materials difficult to bond and has poor high-temperature resistance.

the first step is as follows: firstly, melting asphalt, then weighing and metering the asphalt, and taking 4000 kg;
a second part: then 1200kg of rubber oil, 400kg of styrene thermoplastic elastomer, 200kg of styrene butadiene rubber, 1350kg of tire rubber powder and 2850kg of talcum powder are weighed, then the weighed materials and the melted asphalt are ground and stirred to obtain an SBS mixture, and then the SBS mixture obtained by stirring is inspected;
the third step: meanwhile, the polyester tire is unrolled and then stored;
a fourth step of: then drying the polyester tire, and then pre-dipping the polyester tire;
the fifth step: coating the SBS mixture obtained in the second step on a polyester tire;
and a sixth step: extruding and shaping the polyester tire coated with the SBS mixture by using a shaping roller;
the seventh step: sanding and laminating the material obtained in the sixth step, and then cooling the material;
eighth step: rolling and storing the cooled polyester tire coated with the SBS mixture, and then inspecting the polyester tire;
the ninth step: and finally, rolling and packaging the coiled materials into a warehouse.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the rubber oil has the characteristics of improving the elasticity, flexibility, easy processability and easy mixing property of rubber; the styrene thermoplastic elastomer can change the viscosity, rigidity, softening temperature and cohesive bonding strength of the material in a strict control manner; the styrene butadiene rubber has the characteristics of wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and better vulcanization speed than natural rubber; the talcum powder has excellent physical and chemical properties such as lubricity, fire resistance, acid resistance, insulativity, high melting point, chemical inactiveness, good covering power, softness, good luster, strong adsorption power and the like; finally, construction of the waterproof coiled material is facilitated, and meanwhile the bonding effect and the high-temperature resistance of the waterproof coiled material are improved.
