The invention relates to the field of waterproof rolls, in particular to a high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof roll comprises an asphalt sizing material layer, high-molecular sheets and isolating membranes, wherein the high-molecular sheets and the isolating membranes are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the asphalt sizing material layer, and the asphalt sizing material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of asphalt; 2-10 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS); 2-10 parts of a plasticizer; 5-10 parts of tackifier; 5-15 parts of a filling agent; 1-5 parts of polyamide wax; 2-10 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 1-5 parts of nano zeolite. pumping the asphalt into a batching tank, stirring, and adding a plasticizer when the temperature is raised to 160 +/-5 ℃; adding styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) when the temperature rises to 180 +/-5 ℃, stirring for 1-2 hours, controlling the temperature at 185-200 ℃, and grinding for 1-2 hours by using a colloid mill while stirring; adding the tackifier into a stirring tank, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, adding the filler, the polyamide wax, the nano-silica and the nano-zeolite when the temperature is raised to 175-180 ℃, stirring for 10-30 minutes, and cooling to 150 +/-5 ℃ to obtain an asphalt sizing material;
preparing an asphalt sizing material layer by taking asphalt sizing material as a raw material, respectively covering a high polymer sheet and an isolation film on the upper side and the lower side of the asphalt sizing material layer, curling and packaging to obtain the waterproof coiled material.

according to the coil forming process, the prepared asphalt sizing material is used for the waterproof coil, the upper surface and the lower surface of the asphalt sizing material are respectively covered with a polymer sheet (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) and an isolating film, and the polymer self-adhesive waterproof coil is obtained by curling and packaging.

30kg of No. 10 asphalt and 55kg of No. 100 asphalt are put into a batching tank to be stirred, and 10kg of naphthenic oil is added when the temperature is raised to 160 +/-5 ℃; adding 5kg of SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) adhesive when the temperature is increased to 180 +/-5 ℃, stirring for 1.5 hours, controlling the temperature to be 185-200 ℃, and grinding for 1.5 hours by using a colloid mill while stirring; adding 5kg of rosin into a stirring tank, stirring for 0.5 hour, adding 10kg of heavy calcium powder, 2kg of polyamide wax, 8kg of nano silicon dioxide and 1kg of nano zeolite when the temperature is raised to 175-180 ℃, stirring for 25 minutes, fully stirring, cooling, and cooling to 150 +/-5 ℃ to obtain an asphalt sizing material;
according to the coil forming process, the prepared asphalt sizing material is used for the waterproof coil, the upper surface and the lower surface of the asphalt sizing material are respectively covered with a polymer sheet (polyvinyl chloride) and an isolating film, and the polymer self-adhesive waterproof coil is obtained by curling and packaging.
Comparative example 1
