本发明公开了一种防水保温砖及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域,包括砖本体,所述砖本体内部设置有空腔,所述空腔内部填充有保温材料,所述砖本体靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层,所述纤维网层的外层设置有防火层;所述防火层的外层设置有防水层。本发明的有益效果是本发明通过在内部设置保温层能够起到保温的效果,在外层设置防火层和防水层,提高砖的防火和防水效果,同时还设置纤维网层,提高砖的抗开裂性能和抗腐蚀性能,避免砖开裂,提高砖的耐久性。

一种防水保温砖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种防水保温砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
砖是建筑用的人造小型块材,分烧结砖(主要指粘土砖)和非烧结砖(灰砂砖、粉煤灰砖等),俗称砖头。粘土砖以粘土(包括页岩、煤矸石等粉料)为主要原料,经泥料处理、成型、干燥和焙烧而成。中国在春秋战国时期陆续创制了方形和长形砖,秦汉时期制砖的技术和生产规模、质量和花式品种都有显著发展,世称“秦砖汉瓦”。
随着建筑节能的推广和人们对居住环境舒适性需求的不断提高,保温材料越来越受到人们的广泛重视。现有的保温型复合砖或砌块主要有镶嵌保温材料、设置保温夹层或保温孔、沟等多种形式。作为房屋保温材料之一的常温免烧发泡砖,由于其保温、隔音、防火、强度优于传统保温材料,越来越受到人们的欢迎。然而现有市场上的发泡砖存在着抗冲击性差,耐久性相对差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种防水保温砖及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,包括砖本体,所述砖本体内部设置有空腔,所述空腔内部填充有保温材料,所述砖本体靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层,所述纤维网层的外层设置有防火层;所述防火层的外层设置有防水层;
所述砖本体以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:水泥45-60份、建筑废弃土30-40份、陶粒20-30份、石灰4-8份、珍珠岩6-12份、硼酸钙1.2-2份、玉米秸秆粉末1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份、减水剂1.5-2.5份、发泡剂0.2-0.8份、发泡调节剂0.2-0.6份、催化剂0.1-0.3份、交联剂0.3-0.6份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、乙二醛20-30份、水240-300份。
优选地,所述纤维网层中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
优选地,所述防火层的厚度为1-5cm。
优选地,所述防水层为防水卷材或聚合物混凝土。
优选地,所述保温材料为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。
一种防水保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、砖本体制备:将水泥、建筑废弃土、陶粒、石灰、珍珠岩混合,在转速为200-400r/min下搅拌均匀后,制得混合液一;将硼酸钙、玉米秸秆粉末、、羧甲基纤维素、减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂和稳泡剂在转速为60-100r/min下搅拌2-3h,制得得混合液二;将混合液二加入混合液一中,在转速为150-200r/min下搅拌均匀,煅烧,制得砖本体;
S2、将纤维网层铺设在砖本体外表面,干燥;
S3、将防火层铺设在纤维网层外表面,干燥;
S4、将防水层铺设在防火层外表面,干燥;制得保温砖。
本发明至少具有以下有益效果之一:本发明通过在内部设置保温层能够起到保温的效果,在外层设置防火层和防水层,提高砖的防火和防水效果,同时还设置纤维网层,提高砖的抗开裂性能和抗腐蚀性能,避免砖开裂,提高砖的耐久性。

所述砖本体1以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:水泥45-60份、建筑废弃土30-40份、陶粒20-30份、石灰4-8份、珍珠岩6-12份、硼酸钙1.2-2份、玉米秸秆粉末1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份、减水剂1.5-2.5份、发泡剂0.2-0.8份、发泡调节剂0.2-0.6份、催化剂0.1-0.3份、交联剂0.3-0.6份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、乙二醛20-30份、水240-300份。
本实施例中,所述纤维网层3中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
本实施例中,所述防火层4的厚度为1-5cm。
本实施例中,所述防水层为防水卷材或聚合物混凝土。
本实施例中,所述保温材料为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。
一种防水保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、砖本体制备:将水泥、建筑废弃土、陶粒、石灰、珍珠岩混合,在转速为200-400r/min下搅拌均匀后,制得混合液一;将硼酸钙、玉米秸秆粉末、、羧甲基纤维素、减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂和稳泡剂在转速为60-100r/min下搅拌2-3h,制得得混合液二;将混合液二加入混合液一中,在转速为150-200r/min下搅拌均匀,煅烧,制得砖本体;
S2、将纤维网层(2)铺设在砖本体外表面,干燥;
S3、将防火层(3)铺设在纤维网层(2)外表面,干燥;
S4、将防水层铺设在防火层(3)外表面,干燥;制得保温砖。

1.一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,包括砖本体(1),所述砖本体(1)内部设置有碳纤维粒(2),所述砖本体(1)靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层(3),所述纤维网层(3)的外层设置有防火层(4),所述防火层(4)的外层设置有防水层(5);
所述砖本体(1)以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:水泥45-60份、建筑废弃土30-40份、陶粒20-30份、石灰4-8份、珍珠岩6-12份、硼酸钙1.2-2份、玉米秸秆粉末1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份、减水剂1.5-2.5份、发泡剂0.2-0.8份、发泡调节剂0.2-0.6份、催化剂0.1-0.3份、交联剂0.3-0.6份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、乙二醛20-30份、水240-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,所述纤维网层(3)中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,所述防火层(4)的厚度为1-5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,所述防水层为防水卷材或聚合物混凝土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保温砖,其特征在于,所述保温材料为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。
6.一种防水保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、砖本体制备:将水泥、建筑废弃土、陶粒、石灰、珍珠岩混合,在转速为200-400r/min下搅拌均匀后,制得混合液一;将硼酸钙、玉米秸秆粉末、、羧甲基纤维素、减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂和稳泡剂在转速为60-100r/min下搅拌2-3h,制得得混合液二;将混合液二加入混合液一中,在转速为150-200r/min下搅拌均匀,煅烧,制得砖本体;
S2、将纤维网层(2)铺设在砖本体外表面,干燥;
S3、将防火层(3)铺设在纤维网层(2)外表面,干燥;
S4、将防水层铺设在防火层(3)外表面,干燥;制得保温砖。
