Abstract
The invention relates to a sectional turning-over rabbet protecting device which structurally comprises a clamping component and a protecting component, wherein the protecting component is fixed on one side of the clamping component and is in a tubular curved surface; the clamping part comprises a clamping main body, a seat plate and a clamping rod, the cross section of the clamping main body is L-shaped, the seat plate is vertically fixed on one side of the clamping main body, the seat plate is parallel to the other side of the clamping main body, a clamping opening is formed between the seat plate and the clamping main body, and the clamping rod is screwed and penetrates through the seat plate. The turnover rabbet protection tool is small in appearance and light in weight, can be installed in place by being lifted manually during field operation, and can be installed by screwing up the clamping rod, so that the turnover rabbet protection tool is very convenient; the invention solves the problems of rabbet protection, assembly and disassembly efficiency and the like of turning over the segments, effectively protects the hoisting steel wire rope from being damaged by rabbet edges, and is beneficial to segment precision control and improvement of the safety of hoisting operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship construction, in particular to a segmented turning rabbet protection device and a using method thereof.
Background
In the shipbuilding process, the segments are generally manufactured and transported by taking flat parts such as deck (platform) or bulkhead plates as base planes, so that the construction efficiency is high and the transportation safety is good. However, in the dock stage, a large number of segments need to be turned over into normal before assembly or carrying, and protective measures need to be arranged on the rabbet when the segments are turned over. The conventional protective measures are that channel steel or steel pipes and other profiles are directly welded and fixed with sections, parent metal is easily damaged in gas cutting welding line operation during disassembly, electric welding repair and polishing are needed after the welding line is cut off, labor and time are wasted, and product quality is affected.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a sectional turning rabbet protection device and a using method thereof, wherein the device is fixed with a section in a non-welding mode, the rabbet is protected, meanwhile, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the base metal of a ship body cannot be damaged, and the product quality is ensured, and the technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a protection device for a tongue-and-groove of a sectional turning-over body structurally comprises a clamping component and a protection component, wherein the protection component is fixed on one side of the clamping component and is in a tubular curved surface; the clamping part comprises a clamping main body, a seat plate and a clamping rod, the cross section of the clamping main body is L-shaped, the seat plate is vertically fixed on one side of the clamping main body, the seat plate is parallel to the other side of the clamping main body, a clamping opening is formed between the seat plate and the clamping main body, and the clamping rod is screwed and penetrates through the seat plate.
Furthermore, a backing plate is arranged at one end of the clamping rod, which penetrates through the seat plate, is positioned in the clamping opening, and the contact area between the backing plate and the tongue-and-groove is increased, so that the indentation caused to the tongue-and-groove is reduced.
Furthermore, a toggle plate is arranged on one side of the seat plate and is triangular, one side of the toggle plate is connected with the fixed seat plate, and the other side of the toggle plate is connected with the fixed clamping main body.
A use method of the segmented turning tongue-and-groove protection device comprises the following steps:
s1, determining the position of a tongue-and-groove protection device for turning the sections according to the direction of the steel wire rope in the turning process;
s2, mounting the segment turning-over rabbet protection device at the rabbet position of the segment, so that the segment rabbet is inserted into the clamping opening, and rotating the clamping rod to make one end of the backing plate abut against the segment rabbet;
s3, welding and fixing a hanging ring on the segment, fixing a steel wire rope on the hanging ring, connecting and fixing the hanging ring at one end of the steel wire rope, and connecting the other end of the steel wire rope with hoisting equipment after bypassing the protection part;
s4, after the turning over is finished, the clamping rods are rotated to separate the backing plate from the segment rabbet, and the segment turning-over rabbet protection device is removed.
Compared with the prior art, the turnover rabbet protection tool has the advantages that the turnover rabbet protection tool is small in appearance and light in weight, can be installed in place by being manually lifted during field operation, and can be installed by screwing up the clamping rod, so that the turnover rabbet protection tool is very convenient; the invention solves the problems of rabbet protection, assembly and disassembly efficiency and the like of turning over the segments, effectively protects the hoisting steel wire rope from being damaged by rabbet edges, and is beneficial to segment precision control and improvement of the safety of hoisting operation.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments:
a segment turning-over rabbet protection device is shown in figure 1, and structurally comprises a clamping component and a protection component 1, wherein the protection component 1 is formed by cutting a round steel pipe, and an open slot is cut at one side of the round steel pipe; the clamping part comprises a clamping main body 2, a seat plate 3, a clamping rod 4 and a base plate 5, the cross section of the clamping main body 2 is L-shaped, angle steel can be adopted for replacement, the folded angle of the L-shaped clamping main body 2 is inserted into an open slot, and the protection part 1 is welded and fixed on one side of the clamping main body 2. A seat plate 3 is vertically welded and fixed on one side of an L-shaped clamping main body 2, the seat plate 3 is parallel to the other side of the L-shaped clamping main body 2, and a clamping opening 11 is formed between the seat plate 3 and the other side of the clamping main body 2 and used for clamping at a segmented tongue-and-groove position. s2, mounting the segment turning-over rabbet protection device at the rabbet position of the segment, so that the segment rabbet is inserted into the clamping opening, and rotating the clamping rod to make one end of the backing plate abut against the segmented rabbet 8;
s3, welding and fixing a hanging ring 9 on the segment 10, fixing a steel wire rope 7 on the hanging ring 9, connecting and fixing the hanging ring 9 at one end of the steel wire rope 7, and connecting the other end of the steel wire rope 7 with hoisting equipment after bypassing the protective part 1;
s4, after the turning over is finished, the clamping rod 4 is rotated to separate the backing plate 5 from the sectional rabbet 8, and the sectional turning-over rabbet protection device is removed.

s3, welding and fixing a hanging ring on the segment, fixing a steel wire rope on the hanging ring, connecting and fixing the hanging ring at one end of the steel wire rope, and connecting the other end of the steel wire rope with hoisting equipment after bypassing the protection part;
s4, after the turning over is finished, the clamping rods are rotated to separate the backing plate from the segment rabbet, and the segment turning-over rabbet protection device is removed.
