Abstract
The invention provides a ship deck rabbet protection device and a using method thereof, wherein the protection device comprises an end protection mechanism and a plurality of end protection mechanisms which are used in a combined mode, the end protection mechanism is arranged at the end part of a connection protection mechanism, the end protection mechanism and the connection protection mechanism respectively comprise semicircular protection round steel, a compound plate and a fixing mechanism, the compound plate is arranged on one side of the opening end of the semicircular protection round steel, the compound plate and the semicircular protection round steel form an annular closed structure, the fixing mechanism is arranged on the compound plate, the connection protection mechanism further comprises a nesting interface, the nesting interface is arranged at one end of the semicircular protection round steel, and the nesting interface is inserted into the interior of the adjacent semicircular protection round steel. The semicircular protective round steel can prevent a rope from damaging a deck, reduces damage to the rope, ensures the structural stability of the device, and prolongs the service life of the device.

According to the preferable technical scheme, the fixing mechanism comprises a buckle, a fixing bolt and an anti-skid gasket, a clamping opening is formed between the buckle and the composite plate, the fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the buckle, one end of the fixing bolt extends into the clamping opening, and the anti-skid gasket is installed at one end, located in the clamping opening, of the fixing bolt.

4. The ship deck rabbet protection device of claim 1, wherein the connection between the semicircular protection round steel and the compound plate and the connection between the compound plate and the fixing mechanism are welded.
5. A ship deck rebate protection according to claim 1, wherein at least two said securing means are provided on said doubler plate.
6. A use method of a ship deck rabbet protection device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, determining the number of required connection protection mechanisms according to the length of a free end of a deck;
step two, mounting the end part protection mechanism at the rabbet of the free end of the deck through a fixing mechanism;
and step three, sequentially installing a connecting protection mechanism, and arranging the nested interfaces in the adjacent protection round steel.
7. The use method of the ship deck rabbet protection device of claim 6, wherein in the third step, if the rabbet of the free end of the deck is linear, a plurality of end protection mechanisms are arranged in parallel.
