When the first roller 25 is replaced, the positioning bolt 42 is unscrewed, the side plate 3 is pulled downwards, the side plate 3 is separated from the top plate 43, the required side plate 3 is replaced, and then the first roller 25 is replaced. When the punching plate is replaced, the stress frame 12 is pulled outwards, the plug 36 is separated from the inner part of the mounting hole 24, and the punching plate is detached. When the punching press board was installed with carriage 2, inserted the inside of mounting hole 24 with plug 36, the flexible post 35 of elasticity promoted push pedal 37 and mounting hole 24's inner wall butt for plug 36 is more firm at the internally mounted of mounting hole 24, and difficult emergence is rocked.
