Abstract
The invention discloses a handle forming method, which comprises the following steps: processing paper to form an integrated sheet body, wherein the sheet body comprises a handle part and connecting parts positioned at two ends of the handle part, the connecting parts comprise two limiting parts which are disconnected along a disconnecting line and a through hole which penetrates through the connecting parts from top to bottom, and the disconnecting line is far away from an end opening of the main body part from the connecting parts and is communicated with the through hole; folding the two connecting parts towards the upper side of the handle part to enable the limiting part to be located on the upper side of the handle part, wherein the openings of the broken lines are oppositely arranged; and the limiting part is turned to the lower side of the handle part through the disconnecting line, so that the handle part penetrates through the through hole to form a handle. The handle forming method is simple, reduces the production cost and is beneficial to the sustainable development of the environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a handle in the field of packaging boxes, in particular to a handle forming method.
Background
The lifting handle can be arranged on the existing packing box of the product, so that the packing box can be conveniently and integrally extracted. However, the handles of the existing packaging boxes for electronic products and the like are made of plastic parts, and comprise a plurality of parts, and the plurality of parts are assembled in the packaging boxes. Each part needs to be subjected to independent mold opening design, the production is complex, the cost is high, a large amount of white pollution is generated, and the environment is damaged. This may be contrary to the product production philosophy of the enterprise using the package. For packaging box manufacturers, the sales volume is greatly reduced.

folding the two connecting parts towards the upper side of the handle part to enable the limiting part to be located on the upper side of the handle part, wherein the openings of the broken lines are oppositely arranged;
and the limiting part is turned to the lower side of the handle part through the disconnecting line, so that the handle part penetrates through the through hole to form a handle.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the invention, the paper is cut, folded and the like to form the integrally formed handle with the handle part and the connecting part which are mutually buckled, the processing mode of the handle reduces the operations of opening the mould and the like of each part, and the processing technology is simplified; and paper is used as a raw material of the handle, so that the production cost is reduced, the environment is protected, and the development concept of a client company is met.

The first embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 5, a handle includes a handle portion 2 and a connecting portion 3 disposed at two ends of the handle portion 2 and integrally connected to the handle portion 2.
The connecting part 3 comprises two limiting parts 5 which are disconnected along a disconnecting line 4 and a through hole 6 which penetrates through the connecting part 3 from top to bottom, and the disconnecting line 4 is communicated with the through hole 6 from the connecting part 3 to an end opening 7 facing to the center of the handle part 2; the handle part 2 is arranged in the through hole 6 in a penetrating mode, and the opening 7 of the disconnecting line 4 is arranged oppositely.
In a preferred embodiment, the break line 4 is located on the center line of the handle portion 2. The two limiting parts 5 disconnected along the disconnection line 4 are symmetrically arranged.
The connecting part 3 is a connecting unit 8 or at least comprises two connecting units 8 which are arranged in an overlapping mode. Each connecting unit 8 is provided with two limiting parts 5 which are disconnected along the disconnection line 4 and the through hole 6 which penetrates through the connecting unit 8 from top to bottom.
When the connecting part 3 is a connecting unit 8, the handle 1 is unfolded as shown in fig. 3, and the break line 4 is communicated with the through hole 6 along the end opening 7 of the connecting part 3 far away from the handle part 2. When the connecting portion 3 is folded by a side portion 9 including two connecting units 8 connected in the extending direction of the handle portion 2, the handle 1 is unfolded as shown in fig. 4. The side part 9 may also comprise more connected connection units 8. A second folding line 10 is arranged between the adjacent connecting units 8, and the adjacent connecting units 8 are symmetrically arranged relative to the second folding line 10 between the two connecting units. The side portion 9 may be folded along the second fold line 10 to overlap all the connecting units 8 included in the side portion 9 in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the length of the connection unit 8 in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the handle portion 2 is greater than the width of the handle portion 2. When the handle 1 is mounted on the packing box 16, the connecting part 3 is contacted with the inner side of the top plate of the packing box 16, so that the handle part 2 is limited in the handle hole 11 of the packing box 16.
The handle part 2 can be directly cut from paper. Further preferably, the handle portion 2 may be formed by folding a body portion 13 including a plurality of first folding lines 12 in order to reinforce the strength of the handle portion 2. Specifically, the main body 13 includes at least one first folding line 12, the first folding line 12 is disposed along an extending direction of the main body 13, and the handle 2 is formed by folding the main body 13 along the first folding line 12 on the main body 13. Preferably, the main body 13 is provided with two first folding lines 12, and the two first folding lines 12 are symmetrically arranged with respect to a center line of the main body 13. When the main body 13 is folded, the side portions 9 of the main body 13 can be folded toward the same side of the main body 13.
In a preferred embodiment, the paper material may be corrugated paper or other material. Specifically, the weight of the product to be placed in the packing box 16 is selected. Through the test, when the handle 1 formed by folding the corrugated paper, the handle part 2 of the handle and the corrugated paper in the connecting part 3 are double-layer, the weight born by the handle is 15 jin-25 jin, and the package of electronic products such as a notebook computer and the like can be completely satisfied.

folding the two connecting parts 3 towards the upper side of the handle part 2 to enable the limiting part 5 to be positioned on the upper side of the handle part 2, wherein the openings 7 of the broken lines 4 are oppositely arranged;
the limiting part 5 is turned to the lower side of the handle part 2 through the broken line 4, so that the handle part 2 penetrates through the through hole 6 to form the handle 1.
The handle part 2 and the connecting part 3 can be directly cut from paper; one of the handle part 2 or the connecting part 3 can be directly cut, and the other can be cut and folded; or two of them are cut and folded at the same time.
When the handle part 2 and the connecting part 3 are formed by cutting and folding a plurality of parts, the 'sheet body 14 which is integrally formed by processing paper' comprises:
cutting paper into preset sheet bodies 15, wherein the preset sheet bodies 15 comprise main body parts 13 and side parts 9 positioned at two ends of the main body parts 13; the main body part 13 is provided with at least one first folding line 12 along the extending direction of the main body part 13; the side part 9 comprises at least two connecting units 8 positioned at two ends of the main body part 13, a second folding line 10 is arranged between the adjacent connecting units 8, and the adjacent connecting units 8 are symmetrically arranged relative to the second folding line 10 between the two connecting units 8;
folding the main body portion 13 along the first folding line 12 to the handle portion 2;
the connecting elements 8 comprised by the side portions 9 are folded to the connecting portions 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the folded connecting units 8 and the folded main body 13 are bonded together with an adhesive.
A combination method of a handle and a packing box is provided, wherein the handle 1 is formed by processing paper, and comprises a handle part 2 and a connecting part 3 which is oppositely arranged at two ends of the handle part 2 and is integrally connected with the handle part 2, and the combination method comprises the following steps:
folding the clamping part of the connecting part 3 towards the handle part 2 to form an inlet end;
inserting the hole-entering end into the packing case 16 through a handle hole 11 on the packing case 16, wherein the width of the handle part 2 is matched with the width of the handle hole 11, and the length of the connecting part 3 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the handle part 2 is larger than the width of the handle hole 11;
and unfolding the clamping part on the hole inlet end in the packing box 16, so that the connecting part 3 is attached to the inner side of the top plate of the packing box 16 in the packing box 16, and the handle part 2 is limited in the handle hole 11.
In a preferred embodiment, "folding the clip portion of the connecting portion 3 toward the handle portion 2 to form the hole-entering end" is specifically: the clamping parts which are relatively positioned at two sides of the extending direction of the handle part 2 are folded towards the lower side of the main body part 13, so that the width of the hole inlet end is the same as that of the handle part 2.
The clamping portion faces the handle portion 2, an included angle formed between the clamping portion and the handle portion 2 after the handle portion is folded is alpha, and alpha is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 15 degrees. Preferably, the clamping portion is folded towards the handle portion 2, and an included angle α formed between the clamping portion and the handle portion 2 is 10 °. Preferably, the adhesive may be a double-sided tape, and the double-sided tape is disposed on a side of the unfolded connecting portion 3 facing the top plate, so that the connecting portion 3 is adhered to the top plate.

processing paper to form an integrated sheet body, wherein the sheet body comprises a handle part and connecting parts positioned at two ends of the handle part, the connecting parts comprise two limiting parts which are disconnected along a disconnecting line and a through hole which penetrates through the connecting parts from top to bottom, and the disconnecting line is far away from an end opening of the handle part from the connecting parts and is communicated with the through hole;
folding the two connecting parts towards the upper side of the handle part to enable the limiting part to be located on the upper side of the handle part, wherein the openings of the broken lines are oppositely arranged;
and the limiting part is turned to the lower side of the handle part through the disconnecting line, so that the handle part penetrates through the through hole to form a handle.
2. The method of forming a handle according to claim 1, wherein: "processing paper to form a unitary sheet" includes:
cutting paper into preset sheet bodies, wherein the preset sheet bodies comprise main body parts and side parts positioned at two ends of the main body parts; the main body part is provided with at least one first fold line along the extension direction of the main body part; the side part comprises at least two connecting units positioned at two ends of the main body part, a second fold line is arranged between the adjacent connecting units, and the adjacent connecting units are symmetrically arranged relative to the second fold line between the adjacent connecting units;
folding the body portion along the first fold line into the handle portion;
folding the connection unit included in the side portion into the connection portion.
3. The method of forming a handle according to claim 2, wherein: the main body part is provided with two first folding lines along the extending direction of the main body part, and the two first folding lines are symmetrically arranged relative to the central line of the main body part.
4. The method of forming a handle according to claim 2, wherein: the side portion includes at least two of the connection units connected in an extending direction of the handle portion.
5. The method of forming a handle according to claim 4, wherein: each connecting unit is provided with two limiting parts which are disconnected along the disconnection line and the through hole which penetrates through the connecting unit from top to bottom.
6. The method of forming a handle according to claim 2, wherein: the length of the connecting unit in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the handle part is larger than the width of the handle part.
7. The method of forming a handle according to claim 1, wherein: the paper is corrugated paper.
