In the device, the upper pressing knives and the rotating blades are matched in structure arrangement, the upper pressing knives and the rotating blades are provided with forward upper pressing knife heads, forward pressing and bending of a workpiece can be realized, the side surfaces of the upper pressing knives are also provided with side lateral pressing knife heads on the side surfaces, and avoidance grooves are arranged; in the device, because the positions of the upper pressing knives can be adjusted, the side positions of each upper pressing knife are provided with the avoidance grooves and the lateral pressing knife heads, so that when the lower pressing knives are integrally stacked for use, the upper pressing knife heads at the front ends cannot influence forward bending, and the side pressing function of any lower pressing knife can be ensured no matter which lower pressing knife is adjusted to be the most side.
