The invention also discloses a washing method based on the water washing system after chemical cleaning and passivation of the boiler, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, equipment assembly: firstly, putting a water receiving box 42, an overflow box 43 and a filter box 44 well, then putting a boiler on the top of the water receiving box 42, the overflow box 43 and the filter box 44 by using equipment such as a forklift, unfolding eight telescopic pipe assemblies 25 of a washing assembly 1, sleeving an inserted rod 28 on the telescopic pipe assembly 25 by using a positioning ring 29, screwing a bolt on the inserted rod 28 to limit the positioning ring 29, then connecting corresponding pipelines well, screwing threaded heads 33 at two ends of a brush rack 31 between rotating shafts 26 of a rack assembly 2, adjusting the direction of hard bristles 32 towards the inner wall of the boiler, finally putting a rack assembly 2 into the boiler, screwing a threaded end of a telescopic pull rod 7 on a threaded sleeve 6 at the right side of a U-shaped rack 5 (after the telescopic pull rod 7 is installed, screwing a threaded fastener on the telescopic pull rod to an appropriate length according to the length of the boiler, then screwing the threaded fastener, the length of the telescopic pull rod 7 is limited), and then the installation is completed;
step two, washing: clean water is poured into the water receiving box 42, the water flows into the overflow box 43 and the filter box 44 through the connecting pipe 45, then the water pump is started, the water pump pumps water from the water receiving box 42 through the water pumping pipe 46 and discharges the water into the hard support pipe 22 through the water supply pipe 41, then the water enters the two adapter cylinders 21 and is sprayed out of the spray heads 13 through the water inlet pipe 14 and the three-way pipe 12, the inner wall of the boiler is washed, the reaction force generated by the water sprayed out of the deflected spray heads 13 pushes the whole rack assembly 2 to rotate, the boiler is washed annually and comprehensively, meanwhile, the washing assembly 3 rotates to wash the inner wall of the boiler, and at the moment, a worker needs to push and pull the telescopic pull rod 7 externally to enable the rack assembly 2 to carry the washing assembly 1 to move in the boiler;
step three, water circulation: the sewage generated after washing flows out of the two sides of the boiler into the water receiving box 42, then enters the overflow box 43 through the connecting pipe 45, is filtered for the first time by the overflow filter plate 433 in the overflow box, then enters the filter box 44 through the connecting pipe 45, is filtered for the second time by the filter plate 443, and finally is pumped out by the water pump for circular washing;
step four, fine washing: and in the later stage of cleaning, the water pump is suspended, the water pumping pipe 46 is taken down from the filter box 44 and connected with the water pouring out, the purified water is pumped to wash the inner wall of the boiler, the water pump is closed after the washing is finished, the rack assembly 2 is taken out, then the boiler is taken down, and the sewage in the water receiving box 42, the overflow box 43 and the filter box 44 is poured out and cleaned.
Meanwhile, the contents which are not described in detail in the specification belong to the prior art which is known by the person skilled in the art, and the model parameters of each electric appliance are not particularly limited, and conventional equipment can be used.

step four, fine washing: the water pump is suspended in the later stage of cleaning, the water pumping pipe (46) is taken down from the filter box (44) and connected with water pouring and purifying water, the purified water is extracted to wash the inner wall of the boiler, the water pump is closed after the washing is finished, the rack assembly (2) is taken out, then the boiler is taken down, and the sewage in the water receiving box (42), the overflow box (43) and the filter box (44) is poured out and cleaned.
