The traditional Chinese patent with publication number CN103638079A discloses a processing method of American ginseng, which comprises the following process steps of 1, taking American ginseng, cleaning, drying in the shade, and crushing into large blocks for later use. 2. Heating an iron pot to 150-: salt: the mass ratio of the vanilla is 20: 1: 0.5, after smoking, adding large pieces of American ginseng into the iron pan, and rapidly turning over for 20-30 s to wait for the surface of the American ginseng. The light yellow color was removed and the salt and herbs were screened off. 3. Grinding radix Panacis Quinquefolii, and sieving with 100-200 mesh sieve.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventors believe that the above-mentioned processing method of american ginseng can weaken the heat of american ginseng and better retain the nutritional ingredients, but the American ginseng usually needs to be cleaned and moistened in the processing process, which is convenient for the subsequent slicing treatment of the American ginseng.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to realize the automation of cleaning and moistening American ginseng and improve the processing efficiency of cleaning and moistening American ginseng, the application provides American ginseng processing equipment and a processing technology thereof.

By adopting the technical scheme, the processing of the American ginseng is completed by sequentially cleaning, moistening, slicing and drying the American ginseng, the automation of cleaning and moistening of the American ginseng is realized by optimizing processing equipment for cleaning and moistening, and the cleaning and moistening processing efficiency of the American ginseng is improved.

1. an operator places American ginseng to be cleaned at a feed inlet of a cleaning roller, starts a cleaning motor, drives the cleaning roller to rotate through the rotation of the cleaning motor, further overturns and transports the American ginseng in the cleaning roller, simultaneously, high-pressure water in the cleaning pipe is sprayed into the cleaning roller through a cleaning spray head to clean the American ginseng, the high-pressure water washes soil on the American ginseng and flows out through a cleaning hole, a conveyor belt moves to drive a placing disc to move, the placing disc is placed below a discharge outlet of the cleaning roller, the cleaned American ginseng falls into the placing disc, further, the American ginseng is transported to a moistening station, the operator covers wet cloth on the American ginseng, the high-pressure water in the moistening pipe is sprayed to the wet cloth through a moistening spray head to complete the moistening preparation of the American ginseng, and two processing stations of cleaning and moistening of the American ginseng are connected together, the automation of the cleaning and moistening of the American ginseng is realized, and the cleaning and moistening processing efficiency of the American ginseng is improved;
2. the cleaned American ginseng is stacked in the placing tray, the placing tray is clamped by the clamping device at the moment, the connecting plate is driven to slide in a reciprocating manner along the direction of the transverse slide rail through the mutual matching between the transverse air cylinder and the transverse slide rail, then the connecting plate is driven to slide in a reciprocating manner along the direction of the longitudinal slide rail through the mutual matching between the longitudinal air cylinder and the longitudinal slide rail, the American ginseng stacked in the placing tray is shaken to be flat through the staggered movement of the transverse air cylinder and the longitudinal air cylinder, the integral flatness of the American ginseng placed in the placing tray is improved, and further the American ginseng is better moistened and processed later;

Referring to fig. 2, the inside wall of the cleaning roller 2 is fixedly provided with a spiral guide plate 22, when the American ginseng is placed in the cleaning roller 2, the guide plate 22 rotates along with the rotation of the cleaning roller 2, and the spiral guide plate 22 plays a role in guiding the motion direction of the American ginseng, so that the transportation effect of the American ginseng in the cleaning roller 2 is further improved.

Referring to fig. 2, a placing frame 9 is placed at one end, close to a discharge port of a cleaning roller 2, of a cleaning frame 1, a horizontal conveying belt 10 is installed on the placing frame 9, a square placing disc 11 is placed on the conveying belt 10, and the discharge port of the cleaning roller 2 is placed right above the placing disc 11. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a transverse slide rail 14 is fixedly arranged on the placing frame 9, a longitudinal slide rail 16 connected with the transverse slide rail 14 is connected to the end portion of one side of the transverse slide rail 14, the transverse slide rail is perpendicular to the longitudinal slide rail 16, and the transverse slide rail 14 and the longitudinal slide rail 16 are in a shape of a "T". The placing frame 9 is provided with a connecting plate 13 arranged above the placing disc 11, the connecting plate 13 is horizontal, and the connecting plate 13 is arranged in the transverse slide rail 14 and the longitudinal slide rail 16 to slide. Referring to fig. 3, a holding device 18 is mounted below the connecting plate 13 and above the placing tray 11, and the holding device 18 is connected to the placing tray 11. The washed American ginseng is stacked in the placing tray 11, the placing tray 11 is clamped by the clamping device 18, and the American ginseng stacked in the placing tray 11 is shaken through the staggered movement of the transverse cylinder 15 and the longitudinal cylinder 17, so that the integral flatness of the American ginseng placed in the placing tray 11 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the clamping device 18 includes vertical lift cylinder 181, and lift cylinder 181 fixed connection is in the bottom of connecting plate 13, and the output shaft of lift cylinder 181 has set firmly clamping frame 182, has set firmly horizontally centre gripping cylinder 183 in the clamping frame 182, and the output shaft at centre gripping cylinder 183 both ends has set firmly clamping part 184 respectively, and two clamping parts 184 are arranged in respectively and are put the both ends of dish 11 and contradict with putting dish 11. Referring to fig. 3, two adjusting screws 186 are threadedly connected to the clamping frame 182, the two adjusting screws 186 are respectively disposed at the sides of the two baffles 185 away from each other, the length direction of the adjusting screws 186 is consistent with the sliding direction of the baffles 185, and the ends of the adjusting screws 186 are rotatably connected to the baffles 185. When the size of the placing tray 11 changes, the operator rotates the two adjusting screws 186, and then adjusts the position of the baffle 185 by the threaded connection between the adjusting screws 186 and the baffle 185, so as to adjust the distance between the two baffles 185 to be equal to the size of the placing tray 11, so that the baffle 185 is suitable for placing trays 11 of various sizes.
Referring to fig. 1, a moistening pipe 12 disposed above the placing tray 11 is fixedly disposed at one end of the placing frame 9 far away from the cleaning drum 2, the moistening pipe 12 is horizontal, a plurality of moistening nozzles 121 are disposed on the moistening pipe 12, and the moistening nozzles 121 are uniformly distributed on the moistening pipe 12. The washed American ginseng falls into the placing disc 11, the American ginseng is conveyed to a moistening station through the conveying belt 10, an operator covers wet cloth on the American ginseng, high-pressure water in the moistening pipe 12 is sprayed to the wet cloth through the moistening nozzle 121 to finish the moistening preparation of the American ginseng, and the washing and moistening processing stations of the American ginseng are connected together to realize the automation of the washing and moistening of the American ginseng.
The implementation principle of the American ginseng processing equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: an operator firstly rotates the supporting screw 7, adjusts the integral gradient of the cleaning frame 1 and the cleaning roller 2, then rotates the adjusting screw 186 according to the size of the placing disc 11, adjusts the positions of the two baffles 185, then puts American ginseng to be cleaned into the cleaning roller 2 from the feeding end of the cleaning roller 2, cleans and transports the American ginseng through the rotation of the cleaning motor 4 and the high-pressure water spraying of the cleaning spray head 31, the cleaned American ginseng falls on the placing disc 11, then swings and levels the American ginseng in the placing disc 11 through the clamping of the clamping device 18 and the matching movement of the transverse cylinder 15 and the longitudinal cylinder 17, then puts the placing disc 11 on the conveyor belt 10, covers the wet cloth, and simultaneously sprays water through the moistening spray head 121 to moisten the American ginseng covered with the wet cloth, thereby completing the process of automatically cleaning and moistening the American ginseng.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a processing technology of American ginseng, which adopts the following technical scheme:
s1 adding the unwashed American ginseng into the cleaning roller 2 from the feed inlet of the cleaning roller 2, and cleaning the American ginseng by the rotation of the cleaning roller 2 and the high-pressure spraying of the cleaning nozzle 31 to remove impurities such as soil attached to the surface of the American ginseng;
s2 transporting the cleaned American ginseng to the placing tray 11 by the rolling transportation of the cleaning roller 2, clamping the placing tray 11 by the clamping device 18, placing the American ginseng in the placing tray 11 by the matching movement of the transverse cylinder 15 and the longitudinal cylinder 17, covering with wet cloth, and moistening by the spraying of the moistening nozzle 121;
s3 cutting the American ginseng by a slicer, and slicing the American ginseng into slices;
s4 placing the cut American ginseng slices in a drying room, and drying the American ginseng slices.
