Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a super-smooth porous surface for lubricating oil perfusion of a medical catheter, which can be applied to the technical fields of transfusion, dialysis, catheterization and the like.
Background
Medical catheters, such as urinary catheters, hemodialysis catheters, venous catheters, drainage tubes, etc., are indispensable components of medical devices, which usually require direct contact with living organisms or physiological fluids. Once a medical catheter becomes contaminated or clogged, the patient is at a serious risk of infection and even life threatening. Therefore, there is a need to develop new catheter materials with good biocompatibility, anticoagulant, antibacterial and anti-adhesion capabilities.
The development of interface science has injected new viability into the development of medical catheters. Researchers have prepared many medical catheters with super-wetting properties, such as super-hydrophobicity, by modifying the surface topography and chemical composition of medical catheters by physical or chemical means. However, these medical catheters are susceptible to deterioration of their super-wetting properties and short service lives. The lubricating liquid-filled ultra-smooth porous surface becomes an ideal material for constructing the medical catheter due to the excellent liquid repellency, certain self-repairing performance, good light transmittance and the like.
Therefore, the invention provides a preparation method of the lubricating oil-filled super-smooth porous surface for the medical catheter, which can be used for infusion, catheterization and the like and has good stability and self-repairing performance.
