Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to a wax-like hair cosmetic, particularly a hair styling agent, which is excellent in hair styling performance and usability.
Background
Among hair styling cosmetics, as hair styling agents (hair styling agents) for which hair styling properties are particularly important, there have been known a type using oils and fats in a solid, semisolid, or viscous liquid form, a type using a polymer resin, and a type using a moisturizing agent having viscosity. A hair styling agent called "pomade" is a hair styling agent which uses the hair styling power and luster of solid oil and has natural hair styling power and hair restyling capability.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a hair wax containing (a) carnauba wax and (B) candelilla wax as a main component as a solid oil component, and further containing (C) a nonionic surfactant of a fatty acid ester type, (D) a specific fatty acid and/or fatty acid ester, and (E) a volatile oil agent, and it is considered that the emulsion stability is improved without impairing the hair-styling properties of carnauba wax.
Patent document 2 discloses a hair cosmetic composition containing specific amounts of (a) polyacrylic acid Na and/or high-polymerization polyethylene glycol, (B) a semi-solid oil derived from a plant and/or vegetable oil, and (C) candelilla wax, and (D) a liquid oil containing a nonvolatile oil (D1) and a volatile oil (D2), and having a mass ratio of (C) to (D) within a specific range, which is considered to have good spreadability when applied to hair, less sticky feeling, non-greasy, natural luster-imparting properties, and excellent hair-styling properties.
Patent document 3 discloses an oil-in-water emulsion type hair conditioner comprising (a) a specific long-chain acyl sulfonate type anionic surfactant, (b) a higher aliphatic alcohol, (c) (c-1) a wax having a melting point of 55 ℃ or higher and/or (c-2) a specific hair setting resin, (c-3) silicic anhydride, (d) water, and (e) a liquid oil, which is considered to be excellent in spreadability, non-sticky feeling, hair styling ability, and non-coarse feeling.
Patent document 4 discloses an emulsion type hair styling agent containing (a) a semisolid oil component derived from a plant and/or a vegetable oil, and (B) candelilla wax, (C) an oil component which is liquid at ordinary temperature, and (D) a complex of a specific amphoteric surfactant and/or semipolar surfactant (D1) and a higher fatty acid (D2), which is considered to have good spreadability during application, less sticky feeling, no greasy feeling, and excellent hair styling performance and hair style retention.
Patent document 5 discloses a hair styling cosmetic composition containing (a) Fischer-Tropsch wax, (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) water, (D) a higher fatty acid, (E) a volatile oil agent, and (F) a powder, and describes that the composition is stable without aggregation and precipitation with time, and has good affinity or spreadability on hair.
As described above, various attempts have been made in the industry to improve the usability of hair wax, and in order to improve the hair styling performance (setting ability), when the solid oil is added, the spreadability during application is deteriorated, and drying is fast, and thus it is difficult for general consumers to perform sufficient hair styling, and when the liquid oil is added, and the spreadability is improved, although sufficient hair styling can be performed, drying is slow, and thus there is a problem that hair styling is not decided, and stickiness due to the oil is felt.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized by containing:
(A) volatile oil component
(B) Non-volatile oil component
(C) Solid oil (excluding higher alcohols),
the mass ratio (A/B) of the volatile oil (A) to the nonvolatile oil (B) is 1.0 to 3.0, the total amount (A + B) of the volatile oil (A) and the nonvolatile oil (B) is 24.0 mass% or more and less than 40.0 mass%, and the volatile oil (A) does not contain a volatile silicone oil.
Volatile oil component (A)
As the volatile oil component (a component) to be incorporated in the cosmetic of the present invention, a volatile hydrocarbon oil is preferably used.
The volatile hydrocarbon oil is not particularly limited as long as it is a hydrocarbon oil that is volatile at normal temperature (25 ℃) which has been conventionally used in cosmetics and the like (for example, a hydrocarbon oil having a boiling point at normal pressure of 250 ℃ or lower). Specific examples thereof include: C8-C16 isoalkanes such as isododecane, isohexadecane, and hydrogenated polyisobutene.
The volatile oil component (component a) in the hair cosmetic of the present invention preferably does not contain volatile silicone oil such as cyclopentasiloxane. The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized in that it exhibits appropriate drying properties by the aid of a volatile oil and can adequately style hair, because the volatile silicone oil volatilizes for a longer time than the volatile hydrocarbon oil and the time taken for drying after application to hair becomes too long. In addition, when volatile silicone oil is evaporated by using a blower or the like, a trouble is reported in a lamp oil heater located nearby. Therefore, the hair cosmetic of the present invention includes a mode not containing volatile silicone oil, in which the above-described problems do not occur.
(A) The amount of the volatile oil is preferably 5.0 to 30.0% by mass, more preferably 10.0 to 27.0% by mass, and still more preferably 15.0 to 24.0% by mass.
Non-volatile oil component (B)
The nonvolatile oil component (component B) used in the present invention is an oil component which does not exhibit volatility at normal temperature (25 ℃) and normal pressure (1 atm) (for example, an oil component having a boiling point of about 250 ℃ or higher at normal pressure), and means a liquid oil component which exhibits fluidity at normal temperature and normal pressure.
The nonvolatile liquid oil component includes, for example, liquid oils and fats such as hydrocarbon oils and animal and vegetable oils, ester oils, and high-molecular-weight polyoxyalkylene glycols. Specific examples thereof include: linseed oil, camellia oil, macadamia nut oil, corn oil, olive oil, avocado oil, camellia oil, castor oil, safflower oil, almond oil, cinnamon oil, jojoba oil, grape oil, almond oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, wheat germ oil, rice bran oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, tea seed oil, evening primrose oil, egg yolk oil, liver oil and other animal and vegetable oils, triglycerin, tricaprylin, triisopalmitin and other liquid oils; octanoates such as cetyl ethylhexanoate, isooctanoates such as glycerol tri-2-ethylhexanoate and pentaerythritol tetra-2-ethylhexanoate, laurates such as hexyl laurate, myristates such as isopropyl myristate and octyldodecyl myristate, palmitates such as octyl palmitate, stearates such as isocetyl stearate, isostearates such as isopropyl isostearate, isopalmitate such as octyl isopalmitate, oleates such as isodecyl oleate, adipates such as diisopropyl adipate, sebacates such as diethyl sebacate, and ester oils such as diisostearyl malate; hydrocarbon oils such as mineral oil, liquid paraffin, and squalane; polyoxybutylene polyoxypropylene glycol, and the like. As the nonvolatile silicone oil, there may be mentioned: methylpolysiloxane, high molecular weight dimethylpolysiloxane (e.g., 6cS), and the like. Among them, mineral oil, pentaerythritol tetra-2-ethylhexanoate, and cetyl ethylhexanoate can be suitably used. These nonvolatile oil components may be used singly, but in terms of emulsion stability (compatibility), two or more are preferably used in combination.
(B) The amount of the nonvolatile oil is preferably 5.0 to 30.0% by mass, more preferably 6.0 to 25.0% by mass, and still more preferably 7.0 to 20.0% by mass.
In the present invention, the required characteristics are exhibited by setting the mass ratio (A/B) of the (A) volatile oil to the (B) nonvolatile oil to be in the range of 1.0 to 3.0. The mass ratio (A/B) is more preferably 1.0 to 2.0, and particularly preferably 1.0 to 1.5. If the A/B ratio is less than 1.0, the drying rate becomes slow, the spreadability during application becomes poor, and a slightly sticky feeling is produced. When A/B exceeds 3.0, drying tends to be too rapid.
In the present invention, the total amount (a + B) of the volatile oil (a) and the nonvolatile oil (B) needs to be 24.0 mass% or more and less than 40.0 mass%. The total amount is more preferably 25.0 mass% or more and less than 38.0 mass%, and particularly preferably 26.0 mass% or more and less than 36.0 mass%. When the total amount (a + B) of the volatile oil (a) and the nonvolatile oil (B) is less than 24.0 mass%, the paint spread property is poor, the drying is insufficient, and a sticky feeling is generated. When the content is 40.0% by mass or more, the drying tends to be poor.
Solid oil component (C)
The solid oil component (C) used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an oily component that is solid or semisolid at normal temperature (25 ℃), and examples thereof include: paraffin Wax, microcrystalline Wax, ozokerite, beeswax, white Wax, polyethylene Wax, silicone Wax, carnauba Wax, beeswax, candelilla Wax, jojoba Wax, lanolin, Shellac Wax (Shellac Wax), spermaceti Wax, wood Wax, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, behenic acid, 12-hydroxystearic acid, cocoa butter, hydrogenated castor oil, hydrogenated palm oil, hydrogenated coconut oil, polyethylene powder, vaseline, various hydrogenated animal and vegetable fats, lanolin alcohol esters of fatty acids monocarboxylic acid, and the like. Paraffin, microcrystalline wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax may be particularly suitably used. The solid oil can be used in the present invention alone in 1 or in combination with 2 or more. For example, candelilla wax and microcrystalline wax are included, and further, at least one of paraffin wax and carnauba wax is particularly preferably included.
Although the higher alcohol that is solid at room temperature, such as stearyl alcohol or behenyl alcohol, is usually classified as a solid oil, the higher alcohol is not contained in the solid oil that is component (C) in the present invention. The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention does not contain (C) a solid oil component containing a higher alcohol as an essential component, and does not exclude a higher alcohol as any other component.
(C) The amount of the solid oil is preferably 5.0 to 30.0% by mass, more preferably 6.0 to 25.0% by mass, and still more preferably 7.0 to 20.0% by mass.
In the present invention, the mass ratio (B/C) of the nonvolatile oil (B) to the solid oil (C) is preferably 0.5 to 1.5. More preferably 0.6 to 1.4, and particularly preferably 0.7 to 1.3. If the mass ratio (B/C) is less than 0.5, the setting force can be obtained, but a sticky feeling is present, and the spreadability and drying properties are insufficient. If the mass ratio exceeds 1.5, the setting force becomes insufficient.
In the present invention, the total amount (B + C) of the nonvolatile oil (B) and the solid oil (C) is preferably 20.0% by mass or more and 30.0% by mass or less, more preferably 21.0% by mass or more and 29.0% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 22.0% by mass or more and 28.0% by mass or less. If the total amount of the nonvolatile oil (B) and the solid oil (C) (B + C) is less than 20.0 mass%, a sufficient setting force cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 30.0 mass%, a sticky feeling may be generated and drying may be poor.
In the present invention, the total amount (a + B + C) of the volatile oil (a), the nonvolatile oil (B), and the solid oil (C) is preferably 35.0 mass% or more and 50.0 mass% or less, more preferably 36.0 mass% or more and 46.0 mass% or less, and particularly preferably 37.0 mass% or more and 42.0 mass% or less. If the total amount (a + B + C) of the volatile oil (a), the nonvolatile oil (B), and the solid oil (C) is less than 35.0 mass%, there may be problems such as insufficient setting ability, poor drying, and sticky feeling.
(D) Powder of
The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain a powder to maintain natural hair texture and improve setting power. Examples thereof include silica, kaolin, clay minerals and the like. (D) The amount of the powder is 0.1 to 10.0% by mass, preferably 0.5 to 7.0% by mass, and more preferably 1.0 to 5.0% by mass. If the amount of the powder (D) is less than 0.1 mass%, the effect of the powder blend cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 10.0 mass%, the matte feeling tends to be enhanced and the gloss tends to be lowered.
In the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, components generally used in hair cosmetic compositions, particularly hair conditioners, may be optionally blended in addition to the above components within a range not to impair the effects of the present invention. Examples of such optional components include: higher alcohol, surfactant, humectant, dispersant, antiseptic, medicament, ultraviolet absorbent, thickener, etc.
The hair cosmetic of the present invention can be suitably applied to the form of hair wax, hair cream, etc., and the effects of the present invention are exhibited most when it is used in the form of a wax-like hair styling agent (hair styling agent).
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The amount to be blended is expressed in mass% unless otherwise specified.
Before the description of the examples, the effect test method used in the present invention will be described.

In examples 1 to 8 shown in tables 1 and 2, the hair cosmetic compositions of the present invention, which were blended so that the mass ratio (a/B) of the volatile oil component (a) to the nonvolatile oil component (B) and the total blending amount (a + B) of the volatile oil component (a) and the nonvolatile oil component (B) were within specific ranges, exhibited good spreadability, setting ability, dryness and sticky feeling of hair upon application.
As is clear from the results shown in table 3, the drying after application was insufficient in comparative example 1 in which only the silicone oil was blended as the volatile oil component (a), and a sticky feeling of hair was generated. A hair cosmetic in which the mass ratio (a/B) of (a) volatile oil component(s) to (B) nonvolatile oil component(s) is less than 1.0 had poor spreadability during application, a sticky feeling of hair was generated, and drying after application was insufficient (comparative example 2). When the total amount (a + B) of the volatile oil (a) and the nonvolatile oil (B) is less than 24.0 mass%, the setting force is good, but the spreadability during application, the dryness after application, and the sticky feeling of the hair are not sufficiently suppressed (comparative example 3). On the other hand, in the hair cosmetic composition in which the mass ratio (a/B) of the volatile oil component (a) to the non-volatile oil component (B) is more than 3.0, the sticky feeling of the hair is increased, and the drying after application is insufficient (comparative example 4). When the total amount (a + B) of the volatile oil (a) and the nonvolatile oil (B) was 40.0 mass% or more, a sticky feeling was generated in the hair, and drying after application was insufficient (comparative example 5).
From the results shown in table 4, when the mass ratio (B/C) of the nonvolatile oil (B) to the solid oil (C) was less than 0.5, the setting power increased, but the drying after application decreased, and the target hair style tended not to be produced quickly (comparative example 6). On the other hand, when the mass ratio (B/C) of the nonvolatile oil (B) to the solid oil (C) exceeds 1.5, the fixing power may be insufficient (comparative example 7). If the total amount (B + C) of the nonvolatile oil (B) and the solid oil (C) is less than 20.0 mass%, the setting force decreases (comparative example 8), and if it exceeds 30.0 mass%, drying after application may be insufficient, resulting in sticky hair feeling (comparative example 9).
