Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an ice making system and an ice making device with the same. An ice making system comprising: a fan adapted to draw outside air; the first condensing device is used for condensing moisture in the outside air extracted by the fan into ice blocks; the first containing device is arranged at the first condensing device and is used for containing ice blocks. The invention realizes the collection of moisture in the air by using the fan and the first condensing device and carries out ice making treatment on the collected moisture. Compared with the prior art that the ice blocks are prepared by adopting the water in the water tank, the ice making machine saves water resources, does not need complex water supply equipment, and can realize automatic water supply and ice making.

Background
The ice cube is the indispensable consumer goods in hot summer, and common ice maker need set up the water tank usually, and condensing equipment makes into the water in the water tank into the ice that the user needs, and when the ice maker used a period of time, required user's self to supply water in the water tank, the operation is complicated.
In the prior art, an automatic water supply device is added at a water port of a water tank, but the method causes the structure of the ice maker to be complicated, and water resource saving cannot be realized.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an ice making system comprising: a fan adapted to draw outside air; the first condensing device is used for condensing moisture in the outside air extracted by the fan into ice blocks; the first accommodating device is arranged at the first condensing device and used for accommodating the ice blocks.
Optionally, the air conditioner further comprises a second condensing device, the second condensing device is used for condensing moisture in the outside air drawn by the fan into liquid water, and a second accommodating device connected to the second condensing device and used for accommodating the liquid water.
Optionally, the water purifier further comprises a water purifying device and a power pump for pumping the liquid water in the second accommodating device into the water purifying device.
Optionally, the water purification device comprises any one or more of a PP filter element, an RO membrane filter element and an activated carbon filter element.
Optionally, the water outlet end of the water purifying device is connected to the first condensing device, and the first condensing device is used for condensing liquid water from the water purifying device into solid ice cubes.
Optionally, the first condensing device and the second condensing device include a compressor and a condenser connected to the compressor.
Optionally, the condenser in the first condensing device and the condenser in the second condensing device share one compressor.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the ice making system provided for the present embodiment includes: a fan 1 adapted to draw outside air; the first condensing device 2 is used for condensing moisture in the outside air extracted by the fan 1 into ice blocks; the first containing device 3 is arranged at the first condensing device 2 and is used for containing ice blocks.
The fan 1 in this embodiment may be a common axial fan, a corresponding air duct is constructed between the first condensing device 2 and the fan 1, and air flowing through the air duct is cooled by the first condensing device 2, so as to collect moisture in the air. By controlling the condensation temperature of the first condensation device 2, the moisture in the air can be prepared into liquid water or solid ice.
It should be noted that the ice making system in this embodiment is preferably used in a region with high humidity, or may be selectively used according to different seasons or time periods in the same region, so as to improve the efficiency of collecting moisture in air and making ice, and achieve energy saving. Compared with the south and the north in China, the use effect in the south is better. The same southern area has better use effect in summer when the rainy season is plum.
The first condensing device 2 in this embodiment adopts a refrigeration system composed of a common compressor 8 and a common condenser 4, and the refrigeration system is common refrigerant refrigeration and has the same refrigeration principle as that of common air conditioners and other devices, and if the first condensing device further includes some evaporators and valve body structures, the first condensing device is common technology of those skilled in the art, and is not described herein any more.
The embodiment also comprises a control module 9, wherein the control module 9 is mainly used for controlling the work of the whole system, such as the working state of a fan, the working state of a compressor and the like, so that the automatic control of the whole ice making system is realized, and the manual operation is reduced.
The first container 3 in this embodiment is also disposed near the condenser 4, and the moisture in the air is condensed and then directly enters the first container 3 to be gradually condensed into ice cubes, which is similar to the box structure in the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the fan and the first condensing device are used for collecting moisture in the air and carrying out ice making treatment on the collected moisture. Compared with the prior art that the ice blocks are prepared by adopting the water in the water tank, the ice making machine saves water resources, does not need complex water supply equipment, and can realize automatic water supply and ice making.
Example 2
In this embodiment, a second condensing device 5 is further added on the basis of embodiment 1, the second condensing device 5 is used for condensing moisture in the outside air drawn by the fan 1 into liquid water, and a second accommodating device 6 is connected to the second condensing device 5, and the second accommodating device 6 is used for accommodating the liquid water.
In the ice making system in this embodiment, the air coming out of the fan is split, and a part of the air enters the first condensing device 2 through the air duct, and a part of the air enters the second condensing device 5 through the air duct. The moisture in the air entering the second condensing device 3 is condensed into liquid water to meet the daily requirement of daily users for daily water use, such as flushing toilets, mopping floors, and the like. At this moment, the control module 9 is needed to control the condensation temperature in the second condensation device 5 to be slightly higher, and the problem of liquefaction of gaseous water molecules is solved. The liquid water treated by the second condensing device 5 is guided to flow into the second containing device 6 to be collected. The collected liquid water can be pumped to a kitchen, a toilet and the like by installing a water pump and the like on the second containing device 6.
Further, can set up liquid level switch in second container 6, through liquid level switch's detection function, the operating condition of control water pump, when the liquid level was less than predetermined liquid level, liquid level switch detected no signal, and the control water pump is closed, prevents the idle running of water pump. When the liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level, the liquid level switch detects a signal, and the water pump can work normally.
Example 3
In this embodiment, a pipeline is connected to the second container 6, and the liquid water collected in the second container 6 is pumped to the water purifier 7 by the power pump 10. The water purifying device 7 in this embodiment includes a PP filter element, an RO membrane filter element, and the like, and in other embodiments, may further include an activated carbon filter element. In this embodiment, the water purifying device 7 can be a water purifying device commonly used in home.
Further, the water outlet end of the water purifying device 7 in this embodiment is directly connected to the first condensing device 2, and the first condensing device 2 is used for condensing the liquid water from the water purifying device 7 into solid ice cubes. The ice blocks formed after the purification effect of the purification device 7 have high sanitary degree, can meet the requirement of conventional ice blocks on food freezing and meet the requirement of users on food-grade ice blocks.
Further, the condenser 4 of the first condensing device 2 and the second condensing device 5 shares the same compressor 8, so that the structure of the whole ice making system can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.

This embodiment provides an ice making device including the ice making system described in embodiment 3 above, which has all the technical advantages, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.

1. An ice making system, comprising:
a fan (1) adapted to draw outside air;
the first condensing device (2) is used for condensing moisture in the outside air drawn by the fan (1) into ice blocks;
the first accommodating device (3) is arranged at the first condensing device (2) and is used for accommodating the ice blocks.
2. The ice making system according to claim 1, further comprising a second condensing means (5), the second condensing means (5) being configured to condense moisture in the outside air drawn by the fan (1) into liquid water;
and a second containing device (6) connected to the second condensing device (5), the second containing device (6) being used for containing the liquid water.
3. The ice making system according to claim 2, further comprising a water purifying device (7) and a power pump (10) for pumping the liquid water in the second housing device (6) to the water purifying device (7).
4. The ice making system according to claim 3, wherein the water purifier (7) comprises any one or more of a PP filter element, an RO membrane filter element and an activated carbon filter element.
5. The ice making system according to claim 4, wherein the water outlet of the water purifying device (7) is connected to the first condensing device (2), and the first condensing device (2) is used for condensing the liquid water from the water purifying device (7) into solid ice cubes.
6. Ice making system according to any of claims 2-5, characterized in that the first and second condensation devices (2, 5) each comprise a compressor (8) and a condenser (4) connected to the compressor (8).
7. Ice making system according to claim 6, wherein the condensers (4) of the first and second condensing means (2, 5) share a common compressor (8).
