本发明公开了一种负压感知型自动温控启闭防火排烟阀,包括阀筒,所述阀筒的内壁内上下对称开设有两个驱动腔,所述阀筒的内壁转动插设有控制管轴,每个所述驱动腔远离阀筒内壁的一侧壁上均安装有空心轴套,所述控制管轴的两端分别延伸至两个驱动腔内并分别转动插设在两个空心轴套内。本发明通过活塞片感应排烟风机产生的负压并通过滑杆、槽柱和驱动齿轮带动控制管轴和空心密封盖开启阀筒排烟,通过压力胶囊受热膨胀将压力槽内液压流体吸收使锁舌解锁活塞片,且活塞片失去排烟风机的负压复位驱动控制管轴和空心密封盖反转关闭阀筒,实现了负压感知自动温控启闭的功能,且无需电力控制以及无需经常检修,稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及排烟阀领域,尤其涉及一种负压感知型自动温控启闭防火排烟阀。
背景技术
排烟阀是建筑消防常用设备之一,通常安装在各个楼层的吊顶上,多个排烟阀通过排烟管道与排烟风机连通,使得单个排烟风机能够控制多个排烟阀开启排烟,常闭型排烟阀设置在建筑中能够保证室内的相对封闭,降低空调设备的能耗,而常闭型排烟阀在排烟时需要打开,在烟雾温度过高时能够及时关闭,因此需要对排烟阀进行控制。
现有的常闭型排烟阀通常为电子驱动式,通过电机和多种传感器构成动作机构控制排烟阀的启闭,但电子驱动需要消耗额外电能,且电子驱动在高温烟雾中易受到高温影响失效,稳定性较差,且使用一次过后为了确保能够正常工作需要经常对其进行检修,较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在电子驱动易受到高温干扰,稳定性差,且重复使用率较低,需要经常检修的缺点,而提出的一种负压感知型自动温控启闭防火排烟阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种负压感知型自动温控启闭防火排烟阀,包括阀筒,所述阀筒的内壁内上下对称开设有两个驱动腔,所述阀筒的内壁转动插设有控制管轴,每个所述驱动腔远离阀筒内壁的一侧壁上均安装有空心轴套,所述控制管轴的两端分别延伸至两个驱动腔内并分别转动插设在两个空心轴套内,所述控制管轴位于两个驱动腔内的一段分别安装有两个驱动齿轮,每个所述驱动腔内均滑动安装有槽柱,每个所述槽柱上均开设有齿槽,两个所述驱动齿轮分别与两个齿槽啮合,所述阀筒的内壁上下对称开设有两个负压槽,每个所述槽柱靠近负压槽的一端均安装有滑杆,每个所述滑杆远离槽柱的一端均延伸至对应侧负压槽内并安装有活塞片,每个所述负压槽的槽壁上均对称开设有多个压力槽,每个所述压力槽内均密封滑动插设有锁舌,每个所述空心轴套上均插设有集束导压管,所述集束导压管远离空心轴套的一端分别连接多个压力槽。
优选地,所述控制管轴位于阀筒内的一段套设安装有空心密封盖,所述空心密封盖内对称安装有多个压力管,每个所述压力管远离空心密封盖的一端均与控制管轴连通安装,每个所述压力管远离控制管轴的一端均安装有压力胶囊。
优选地,所述齿槽的长度大于锁舌到负压槽槽底的距离。
优选地,多个所述集束导压管均嵌设在阀筒的内壁内。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过风机在排烟管内产生的较高的负压,使得负压槽内的活塞片以及阀筒内的空心密封盖受到负压作用,则活塞片快速移动并拉动滑杆使得槽柱通过齿槽和驱动齿轮驱动控制管轴转动,则使得空心密封盖瞬间旋转打开,无需电子控制,不消耗电能,开启速度块,且无任何电路,在高温中使用稳定性高,能够实现多次重复使用且无需经常检修。
2、当空心密封盖完全打开时,阀筒内的负压降低,则使得负压槽内的负压降低,通过在负压槽内设置的压力槽和锁舌,使得活塞片移动越过锁舌后能够被锁舌锁定,使其在负压降低后无法反向移动,则使得空心密封盖始终保持较大开合角度,增加排烟量,提高排烟的稳定性。
3、控制管轴通过空心轴套和集束导压管与多个压力槽连接,则使得压力槽内的液压流体能够通过集束导压管和空心轴套反流进入控制管轴内,而控制管轴连通压力管和压力胶囊,压力胶囊在较高温度下膨胀,使得压力胶囊内产生负压,则使得锁舌吸入压力槽内解锁活塞片,而风机检测到高温停止排烟,则阀筒内负压消失,则使得活塞片受到负压槽内的负压往回移动,通过滑杆、槽柱、齿槽和驱动齿轮转动控制管轴反向转动,则使得空心密封盖反转关闭,实现烟气温度过高时,能够跟随风机关闭排烟,无需电力控制,实现负压感知温控自动启闭功能,稳定性更高,且使用寿命更长。
综上所述,本发明通过活塞片感应排烟风机产生的负压并通过滑杆、槽柱和驱动齿轮带动控制管轴和空心密封盖开启阀筒排烟,通过压力胶囊受热膨胀将压力槽内液压流体吸收使锁舌解锁活塞片,且活塞片失去排烟风机的负压复位驱动控制管轴和空心密封盖反转关闭阀筒,实现了负压感知自动温控启闭的功能,且无需电力控制以及无需经常检修,稳定性高。

参照图1-5,一种负压感知型自动温控启闭防火排烟阀,包括阀筒1,阀筒1的内壁内上下对称开设有两个驱动腔11,阀筒1的内壁转动插设有控制管轴2,每个驱动腔11远离阀筒1内壁的一侧壁上均安装有空心轴套6,控制管轴2的两端分别延伸至两个驱动腔11内并分别转动插设在两个空心轴套6内,控制管轴2位于两个驱动腔11内的一段分别安装有两个驱动齿轮21,每个驱动腔11内均滑动安装有槽柱4,每个槽柱4上均开设有齿槽41,两个驱动齿轮21分别与两个齿槽41啮合,阀筒1的内壁上下对称开设有两个负压槽12,每个槽柱4靠近负压槽12的一端均安装有滑杆5,每个滑杆5远离槽柱4的一端均延伸至对应侧负压槽12内并安装有活塞片51,每个负压槽12的槽壁上均对称开设有多个压力槽7,每个压力槽7内均密封滑动插设有锁舌71,每个空心轴套6上均插设有集束导压管61,集束导压管61远离空心轴套6的一端分别连接多个压力槽7;
活塞片51在负压槽12内滑动安装,受到排烟风机的负压吸力时,活塞片51瞬间被负压吸力拉动并越过锁舌71,而阀筒1打开后负压降低,活塞片51反向移动被锁舌71阻挡锁定,则能够使其开启面较大,增加排烟速度,无需电力控制,且高温稳定性较高,减少检修次数。
控制管轴2位于阀筒1内的一段套设安装有空心密封盖3,空心密封盖3内对称安装有多个压力管31,每个压力管31远离空心密封盖3的一端均与控制管轴2连通安装,每个压力管31远离控制管轴2的一端均安装有压力胶囊32,压力胶囊32为高温热膨胀材料,在较高高温烟气中,压力胶囊32膨胀使得内部压力降低,则通过压力管31、控制管轴2、空心轴套6和集束导压管61将压力槽7内的液压流体吸收,则使得锁舌71进入压力槽7内解锁活塞片51,空心密封盖3能够避免压力胶囊32被高温烟气直接接触而损坏,且能够在关闭时提供优良的隔热效果。
齿槽41的长度大于锁舌71到负压槽12槽底的距离,能够保证活塞片51在实现最大位移后驱动齿轮21与齿槽41的两侧壁不接触,即避免出现机械碰撞,增加可靠性。
多个集束导压管61均嵌设在阀筒1的内壁内,能够避免集束导压管61裸露在阀筒1外,即能够降低免集束导压管61的氧化速度,增加集束导压管61的使用寿命,即增加排烟阀的使用寿命。
本发明在使用时,当发生火灾需要排烟时,排烟风机启动,通过排烟管道在阀筒1内产生负压,则使得活塞片51移动,则活塞片51通过滑杆5、槽柱4和齿槽41使得驱动齿轮21和控制管轴2转动,则空心密封盖3转动开启排烟,而活塞片51移动越过锁舌71,使得锁舌71先压入压力槽7内再弹出,锁住活塞片51使其不能反向移动,则能够使得空心密封盖3始终保持较大的开合角排烟;
当烟气温度过高时,压力胶囊32受热膨胀,使得内部产生负压,通过压力管31、控制管轴2、空心轴套6和集束导压管61将压力槽7内的液压流体吸收,则使得锁舌71进入压力槽7内解锁活塞片51,且由于排烟风机在高温下停止工作,则阀筒1内负压消失,则使得活塞片51受到负压槽12内的负压反向移动,则通过滑杆5、槽柱4和齿槽41使得驱动齿轮21和控制管轴2反向转动,则使得空心密封盖3反转关闭。
