(2) adding the second part of water into a container, starting a dispersion machine, setting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 500r/min, adding the dispersant, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the PH regulator into the second part of water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 3min to obtain a first mixed solution; the total amount of the first part of water and the second part of water is the addition amount of water in the water-based ready mixed paint;
(3) adding titanium dioxide into the first mixed solution, increasing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 1000r/min, cleaning the cylinder wall of the pull cylinder and the residual titanium dioxide on a dispersion shaft of the dispersion machine by using clear water, and dispersing for 10min until the fineness of the titanium dioxide is less than or equal to 40 mu m to obtain a second mixed solution;
(4) reducing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 500r/min, adding a film forming aid, a preservative, an anti-flash rust agent and a water-based acrylic emulsion in a formula amount, stirring for 3min for the first time, adding the lithium magnesium silicate powder solution and the thickening agent, and stirring for 5min for the second time to obtain a third mixed solution;
(5) and adding the color paste with the formula amount into the third mixed solution to obtain the water-based ready-mixed paint.
The preparation of the aqueous ready-mixed paint of example 2 is as follows:
(1) mixing the sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder with the formula amount and the first part of water according to the mass ratio of 1:7, and dispersing until the solution is transparent and free of impurities to obtain a lithium magnesium silicate powder solution;
(2) adding the second part of water into a container, starting a dispersion machine, setting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 600r/min, adding the dispersant, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the PH regulator into the second part of water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 5min to obtain a first mixed solution; the total amount of the first part of water and the second part of water is the addition amount of water in the water-based ready mixed paint;
(3) adding titanium dioxide into the first mixed solution, increasing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 1200r/min, cleaning the cylinder wall of the pulling cylinder and the residual titanium dioxide on a dispersion shaft of the dispersion machine by using clear water, and dispersing for 30min until the fineness of the titanium dioxide is less than or equal to 40 mu m to obtain a second mixed solution;
(4) reducing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 700r/min, adding a film forming aid, a preservative, an anti-flash rust agent and a water-based acrylic emulsion in a formula amount, stirring for 5min for the first time, adding the lithium magnesium silicate powder solution and the thickening agent, and stirring for 10min for the second time to obtain a third mixed solution;
(5) and adding the color paste with the formula amount into the third mixed solution to obtain the water-based ready-mixed paint.
The preparation of the water-based ready-mixed paint of example 3 is as follows:
(1) mixing the sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder with the formula amount and the first part of water according to the mass ratio of 1:10, and dispersing until the solution is transparent and free of impurities to obtain a lithium magnesium silicate powder solution;
(2) adding the second part of water into a container, starting a dispersion machine, setting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 600r/min, adding the dispersant, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the PH regulator into the second part of water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 4min to obtain a first mixed solution; the total amount of the first part of water and the second part of water is the addition amount of water in the water-based ready mixed paint;
(3) adding titanium dioxide into the first mixed solution, increasing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 1100r/min, cleaning the cylinder wall of the pull cylinder and the residual titanium dioxide on a dispersion shaft of the dispersion machine by using clear water, and dispersing for 25min until the fineness of the titanium dioxide is less than or equal to 40 mu m to obtain a second mixed solution;
(4) reducing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 600r/min, adding a film forming aid, a preservative, an anti-flash rust agent and a water-based acrylic emulsion in a formula amount, stirring for 4min for the first time, adding the lithium magnesium silicate powder solution and the thickening agent, and stirring for 8min for the second time to obtain a third mixed solution;
(5) and adding the color paste with the formula amount into the third mixed solution to obtain the water-based ready-mixed paint.
Examples 4 to 10 and comparative examples 2 and 3 were prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
The method for preparing the water-based ready-mixed paint in comparative example 1 is different from that of example 1 only in that step (1) is not performed and lithium magnesium silicate powder solution is not added in step (4).
The process for preparing the water-based ready-mixed paint of comparative example 4 differs from that of example 1 only in that in step (3), titanium dioxide is replaced with ground calcium carbonate.
Performance testing
The performance tests in table 2 were performed on the aqueous ready-mixed paints of the above examples and comparative examples, and the results are shown in table 2. Wherein "Ok" represents no abnormality by the test and "\" represents paint film cracking and could not be tested.

According to the test data, the water-based ready-mixed paint provided by the invention does not generate the phenomena of layering and precipitation after being stored for 30 days at 50 ℃. By data: the covering power can reach more than 80, the color difference delta E is less than 2, the early water resistance is passed, the surface drying time is less than or equal to 15min, the leveling property is good, the freeze-thaw stability is passed, and the product system is stable, strong in covering power, high in drying speed and convenient to construct. The long-term storage stability of the product is prolonged. In conclusion, the water-based ready mixed paint obtained by the invention improves the problem of floating or precipitation of color paste and powder after long-term storage, does not cause harm to users, is environment-friendly, and has certain referential significance and industrial value for related research, development, production and sales personnel.
Compared examples 1 and 2 respectively do not add sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder or only add 0.1% sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder, the water-based ready mixed paint still has obvious layering and precipitation phenomena, and compared example 3 adds 0.5% sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder, leveling property becomes poor, and construction difficulty is big. It is known that the optimum stability and leveling effects can be obtained only when the amount of the flaky lithium magnesium silicate powder added is within the range of 0.2 to 0.4%.
Comparative example 4 the use of ground limestone instead of titanium dioxide clearly worsens the hiding power of the water-borne ready-mixed paint, which demonstrates that titanium dioxide can further improve the hiding power in the specific system of the invention.
From examples 3 and 6-7, it can be seen that lithium magnesium silicate is still helpful for system stability when the content of powder and color paste is changed and different types of color pastes are replaced.
It is clear from examples 4 to 5 that too low a viscosity of the acrylic emulsion (example 4) results in poor freeze-thaw stability, and too high a viscosity (example 5) results in poor water resistance.
From examples 8 to 9, it can be seen that when the addition amount of the film forming aid is 2 to 4%, the effect is best, and the content of the film forming aid is too small (example 8), so that the lowest film forming temperature of a paint film is higher than room temperature, the anti-cracking performance is poor, and the paint film cracks after being dried; too much film-forming aid content (example 9) resulted in slow open time of the coating film due to high boiling point of the film-forming aid.
The specific surface area of the sheet-like lithium magnesium silicate powder used in example 10 was > 340m2g, the levelling of the aqueous ready-mixed paint worsens, it is thus evident that a specific surface area of < 340m is chosen2And g, the flaky lithium magnesium silicate powder is more favorable for improving the leveling property of the water-based ready mixed paint.

4. The aqueous ready-mixed paint according to claim 3, wherein the film forming aid comprises an ester solvent and/or an ether solvent;
preferably, the dispersant comprises a copolymer solution containing pigment affinic groups;
preferably, the wetting agent comprises a siloxane-based wetting agent;
preferably, the antifoaming agent comprises a polyether siloxane type antifoaming agent and/or a mineral oil type antifoaming agent;
preferably, the anti-flash rust agent comprises a metal organic chelate;
preferably, the PH adjusting agent comprises 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol;
preferably, the preservative comprises an isothiazolinone preservative;
preferably, the thickener comprises a nonionic hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheology agent.
5. The aqueous ready-mixed paint according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the addition amount of the film forming aid is 2-4%;
preferably, the addition amount of the dispersant is 0.8-1.5%;
preferably, the addition amount of the wetting agent is 0.1-0.3%;
preferably, the addition amount of the defoaming agent is 0.2-0.4%;
preferably, the addition amount of the flash rust inhibitor is 0.2-1%;
preferably, the addition amount of the pH regulator is 0.1-0.2%;
preferably, the addition amount of the preservative is 0.1-0.2%;

(3) adding titanium dioxide into the first mixed solution, increasing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine, and dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(4) reducing the rotating speed of a dispersion machine, adding a film forming aid, a preservative, an anti-flash rust agent and a water-based acrylic emulsion in a formula amount, stirring for the first time, adding the lithium magnesium silicate powder solution and the thickening agent, and stirring for the second time to obtain a third mixed solution;
(5) and adding the color paste with the formula amount into the third mixed solution to obtain the water-based ready-mixed paint.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (1), the mass ratio of the sheet lithium magnesium silicate powder to the first part of water is 1 (7-10);
