Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a canning device for layered canning comprises a vertically-arranged rotating disc 1, and a storage box 2 which is nested laterally with the rotating disc 1; one side of the rotating disc 1 is provided with a containing cavity, the containing cavity is used for nesting the storage box 2, a plurality of fan-shaped interlayers 20 are arranged in the storage box 2, materials with different densities are distributed in the fan-shaped interlayers 20, and the rotating disc 1 rotates in a set direction and is canned according to the set direction. A plurality of can heads 3 which can be inserted with beverage bottles are arranged on the periphery of the rotating disc 1, and the can heads are arranged corresponding to the fan-shaped interlayer 20. The liquid filling head 31 and the air extracting head 32 are connected with the beverage bottle along with the canning head 3 and are placed in the beverage bottle, the liquid outlet of the liquid filling head 31 is positioned between the bottle neck and the bottle body of the beverage bottle, the air extracting opening of the air extracting head 32 is positioned between the bottle mouth and the bottle neck of the beverage bottle, and the height of the liquid outlet is lower than that of the air extracting opening. Through setting up the extraction head 32, play three roles: firstly, a certain saturated pressure is formed in the bottle, and the release amount of froth and gas is reduced through the pressure in the bottle; secondly, gas in the bottle is extracted, so that the over-high pressure generated by gas release is reduced, and the canning difficulty is reduced; thirdly, before canning is finished, the liquid surface floating foam in the beverage bottle can be cleaned through the extension and retraction of the air suction head 32, so that the beverage bottle has aesthetic property in the packaging process. The flexibility of the liquid filling head 31 can reduce the height difference between the liquid outlet end of the liquid filling head 31 and the bottom of the bottle, and also has the effects of reducing impact force and reducing the foam generation amount.
