Abstract
本发明公开了滴灌管回收装置技术领域的一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,包括拖拉机、车架、固定架和收卷辊,所述拖拉机一端设置有车架,所述车架顶端固定连接有固定架,所述固定架上安装有收卷辊,所述固定架右侧位于车架顶端设有导向机构,所述车架右侧活动连接有掘土铲,所述掘土铲右侧均匀连接有滚轮,所述车架底端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱内前后贯穿连接有转杆,所述转杆上安装有车轮,所述支撑柱右侧位于车架底端活动连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆输出端与掘土铲左侧活动连接,本发明设置有导向机构,通过导向框带动牵引机构移动,使得滴灌管能够有序的收卷在收卷辊上,充分的利用率收卷辊的收卷空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及滴灌管回收装置技术领域,具体为一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置。
背景技术
现有的猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收方式一般是通过拖拉机带着收卷辊进行收卷,在收卷时,滴灌管只会在收卷辊的一个位置附近绕,导致最后收卷辊外围没有充分利用,同时滴灌管在收卷辊外围堆积很高,容易散开,收卷辊一般通过电机传动连接进行收卷,这样没有利用好拖拉机本身的驱动,导致了资源的浪费,为此,我们提出一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,包括拖拉机、车架、固定架和收卷辊,所述拖拉机一端设置有车架,所述车架顶端固定连接有固定架,所述固定架上安装有收卷辊,所述固定架右侧位于车架顶端设有导向机构,所述导向机构右侧位于车架顶端通过支架连接有导辊,所述导辊右侧位于车架右侧活动连接有掘土铲,所述掘土铲右侧均匀连接有滚轮,所述车架底端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱内前后贯穿连接有转杆,所述转杆上安装有车轮,所述支撑柱右侧位于车架底端活动连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆与外接电源线性连接,所述电动伸缩杆输出端与掘土铲左侧活动连接。
优选的,所述导向机构包括固定座、导向框、顶板、支撑杆、牵引机构、不完全齿轮、连接杆和从锥齿轮,所述固定座固定在车架顶端,所述固定座内侧连接有导向框,所述导向框顶端固定连接有顶板,所述顶板顶端固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆连接有牵引机构。
优选的,所述导向框两侧均均匀固定连接有套杆,所述套杆贯穿固定座,所述导向框内侧顶端和底端均均匀固定连接有齿块,所述导向框下方位于车架顶端贯穿有连接杆,所述连接杆顶端固定连接有不完全齿轮,所述不完全齿轮与齿块相互啮合,所述连接杆底端固定连接有从锥齿轮,所述从锥齿轮下方位于转杆外围固定套接有主锥齿轮,所述主锥齿轮与从锥齿轮相互啮合。
优选的,所述牵引机构包括矩形框和导向辊,所述矩形框固定连接在支撑杆顶端,所述矩形框内横向连接有导向辊。
优选的,所述支撑柱左侧位于车架底端均匀固定连接有支杆,所述支杆上贯穿连接有转轴,所述转轴外围分别固定连接有从齿轮和主皮带轮。
优选的,所述转杆外围固定套接有主齿轮,所述主齿轮与从齿轮相互啮合,所述收卷辊上设置有收卷辊轴,所述收卷辊轴外围固定套接有从皮带轮,所述从皮带轮通过平皮带与主皮带轮传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设置有导向机构,通过导向框带动牵引机构移动,使得滴灌管能够有序的收卷在收卷辊上,充分的利用率收卷辊的收卷空间。
本发明设置有转杆,通过车轮转动使转杆转动,从而使主锥齿轮和主齿轮转动,主锥齿轮通过从锥齿轮带动连接杆转动,连接杆使不完全齿轮转动,从而使导向框循环往复移动,主齿轮通过从齿轮、主皮带轮、平皮带和从皮带轮的相互配合,使得收卷辊转动进行收卷,收卷辊和导向框均没有连接电力驱动机械进行驱动,减少了能源的使用,节省了资源,充分的利用了拖拉机的驱动,提高了本装置的节能性。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,包括拖拉机1、车架2、固定架6和收卷辊7,拖拉机1一端设置有车架2,车架2顶端固定连接有固定架6,固定架6上安装有收卷辊7,固定架6右侧位于车架2顶端设有导向机构8,导向机构8右侧位于车架2顶端通过支架连接有导辊11,导辊11右侧位于车架2右侧活动连接有掘土铲9,掘土铲9右侧均匀连接有滚轮12,车架2底端固定连接有支撑柱3,支撑柱3内前后贯穿连接有转杆4,转杆4上安装有车轮5,支撑柱3右侧位于车架2底端活动连接有电动伸缩杆10,电动伸缩杆10与外接电源线性连接,电动伸缩杆10输出端与掘土铲9左侧活动连接,通过电动伸缩杆10伸缩使得掘土铲9可以转动,从而来调整掘土铲9与土地之间的距离。
请参阅图2,导向机构8包括固定座81、导向框82、顶板83、支撑杆84、牵引机构85、不完全齿轮86、连接杆87和从锥齿轮88,固定座81固定在车架2顶端,固定座81内侧连接有导向框82,导向框82顶端固定连接有顶板83,顶板83顶端固定连接有支撑杆84,支撑杆84连接有牵引机构85。
请参阅图2-3,导向框82两侧均均匀固定连接有套杆821,套杆821贯穿固定座81,导向框82内侧顶端和底端均均匀固定连接有齿块822,导向框82下方位于车架2顶端贯穿有连接杆87,连接杆87顶端固定连接有不完全齿轮86,不完全齿轮86与齿块822相互啮合,连接杆87底端固定连接有从锥齿轮88,从锥齿轮88下方位于转杆4外围固定套接有主锥齿轮41,主锥齿轮41与从锥齿轮88相互啮合。
请参阅图4,牵引机构85包括矩形框851和导向辊852,矩形框851固定连接在支撑杆84顶端,矩形框851内横向连接有导向辊852,牵引机构85在支撑杆84的驱动下移动,从而使穿过导向辊852的滴灌管能够有序的收卷在收卷辊7上。
请参阅图5-6,支撑柱3左侧位于车架2底端均匀固定连接有支杆13,支杆13上贯穿连接有转轴132,转轴132外围分别固定连接有从齿轮131和主皮带轮133。
请参阅图5,转杆4外围固定套接有主齿轮42,主齿轮42与从齿轮131相互啮合,收卷辊7上设置有收卷辊轴71,收卷辊轴71外围固定套接有从皮带轮72,从皮带轮72通过平皮带14与主皮带轮133传动连接,平皮带14贯穿车架2,车架2上开设有与平皮带14相匹配的通槽。
工作原理:使用时,将拖拉机1开到滴灌管的一端,使掘土铲9对着滴灌管,通过启动电动伸缩杆10使掘土铲9底端向下转动并使掘土铲9底端低于滴灌管,开始前,将滴灌管的一端分别穿过滚轮12、导辊11和导向辊852后固定缠绕在收卷辊7上,然后启动拖拉机1前进,掘土铲9将滴灌管表面额图拨开,同时车轮5带动转杆4转动,从而使主锥齿轮41和主齿轮42转动,主齿轮42通过从齿轮131使转轴132转动,转轴132使主皮带轮133转动,主皮带轮133通过平皮带14带动从皮带轮72转动,从而使收卷辊7转动对滴灌管进行收卷,主锥齿轮41通过从锥齿轮88和连接杆87带动不完全齿轮86转动,不完全齿轮86间歇的与两边的齿块822啮合,从而使导向框82左右移动,进而使支撑杆84带动牵引机构85左右移动,这样滴灌管在收卷的同时会左右移动,使得滴灌管能够有序的收卷在收卷辊7上。

1.一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,包括拖拉机(1)、车架(2)、固定架(6)和收卷辊(7),其特征在于:所述拖拉机(1)一端设置有车架(2),所述车架(2)顶端固定连接有固定架(6),所述固定架(6)上安装有收卷辊(7),所述固定架(6)右侧位于车架(2)顶端设有导向机构(8),所述导向机构(8)右侧位于车架(2)顶端通过支架连接有导辊(11),所述导辊(11)右侧位于车架(2)右侧活动连接有掘土铲(9),所述掘土铲(9)右侧均匀连接有滚轮(12),所述车架(2)底端固定连接有支撑柱(3),所述支撑柱(3)内前后贯穿连接有转杆(4),所述转杆(4)上安装有车轮(5),所述支撑柱(3)右侧位于车架(2)底端活动连接有电动伸缩杆(10),所述电动伸缩杆(10)与外接电源线性连接,所述电动伸缩杆(10)输出端与掘土铲(9)左侧活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃种植灌溉用地埋式滴灌管回收装置,其特征在于:所述导向机构(8)包括固定座(81)、导向框(82)、顶板(83)、支撑杆(84)、牵引机构(85)、不完全齿轮(86)、连接杆(87)和从锥齿轮(88),所述固定座(81)固定在车架(2)顶端,所述固定座(81)内侧连接有导向框(82),所述导向框(82)顶端固定连接有顶板(83),所述顶板(83)顶端固定连接有支撑杆(84),所述支撑杆(84)连接有牵引机构(85)。
