Abstract
本发明公开了一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,采用以下制备步骤:步骤一:将乳白色树脂原材料加入到压制设备中进行热压成型,得到第一次内胆结构;步骤二:将与内胆异色的树脂原材料放置到内胆的表面,再次进行热压成型,在内胆的上端成型一层装饰层;步骤三:再次将乳白色树脂原材料加入到装饰层的表面,进行第三次热压成型,在装饰层的上端热压一层面板层;步骤四:在面板层上贴附一层贴花膜片,进行第四次热压成型,将贴花膜片与三色餐具坯料热压一体成型,得到三色餐具坯料;步骤五:对三色餐具坯料的表面进行加金处理,而后取出进行研磨修边处理,研磨处理完成后进行抛光处理,得到三色餐具。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐具领域,尤其是涉及一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法。
背景技术
美耐皿全名为美耐皿树脂:以其名取其义一一美观耐用之器皿,也称嘧胺,仿瓷,塑瓷,是一种化学原料的加工产品,也是一种在中国流行的新型餐具.学名是三聚氰胺树脂,因为有美观、摔不破等优点,近年来成为各餐厅、小吃店常用餐具;
为了提升美耐皿餐具的格调,一般都会在其边沿位置涂料一层金色或银色的装饰条,但是目前的装饰条都是通过涂料的方式进行生产的,在长时间使用后容易发生掉色的情况影响美观度,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足,旨在提供一种能解决上述问题的技术方案。
一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,采用以下制备步骤:
步骤一:将乳白色树脂原材料加入到压制设备中进行热压成型,得到第一次内胆结构;
步骤二:将与内胆异色的树脂原材料放置到内胆的表面,再次进行热压成型,在内胆的上端成型一层装饰层;
步骤三:再次将乳白色树脂原材料加入到装饰层的表面,进行第三次热压成型,在装饰层的上端热压一层面板层;
步骤四:在面板层上贴附一层贴花膜片,进行第四次热压成型,将贴花膜片与三色餐具坯料热压一体成型,得到三色餐具坯料;
步骤五:对三色餐具坯料的表面进行加金处理,而后取出进行研磨修边处理,研磨处理完成后进行抛光处理,得到三色餐具。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过三色压合的方式进行美耐皿三色餐具的制,改变传统的美耐皿餐具的单次压制成型,通过三次压制成型的方式不仅提高了餐具的抗摔能力,同时通过中层的异色层实现传统装饰边的制造,同时因其原本就为金色或银色,故不会发生掉色的情况,有效避免因掉色而影响美观度的情况发生。

图1所示。一种三色餐具,包括:内胆3、装饰层2、面板层1,其中内胆 3为底层,装饰层2设置于内胆3上端,而面板层1则设置于装饰层2上端,内胆3、装饰层2、面板层1通过热压成型贴合一体,且装饰层2的边缘设有沿三色餐具边沿设置的装饰边5,所述面板层1上端设置贴花层4。
本发明实施例中,一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,采用以下制备步骤:
步骤一:将乳白色树脂原材料加入到压制设备中进行热压成型,得到第一次内胆结构;
步骤二:将与内胆异色的树脂原材料放置到内胆的表面,再次进行热压成型,在内胆的上端成型一层装饰层;
步骤三:再次将乳白色树脂原材料加入到装饰层的表面,进行第三次热压成型,在装饰层的上端热压一层面板层;
步骤四:在面板层上贴附一层贴花膜片,进行第四次热压成型,将贴花膜片与三色餐具坯料热压一体成型,形成贴花层,得到三色餐具坯料;
步骤五:对三色餐具坯料的表面进行加金处理,而后取出进行研磨修边处理,研磨处理完成后进行抛光处理,得到三色餐具。
所述步骤二中的异色的树脂原材料为金色和银色中的一种。
所述树脂原材料为三聚氰胺树脂。
所述步骤二中热压成型的装饰层的直径大于内胆的直径,步骤三中的面板层直径小于装饰层的直径,确保装饰层覆盖着内胆与包裹着面板层,从而使得热压成型后的三色餐具的边沿为金色的装饰边。

1.一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,其特征在于,采用以下制备步骤:
步骤一:将乳白色树脂原材料加入到压制设备中进行热压成型,得到第一次内胆结构;
步骤二:将与内胆异色的树脂原材料放置到内胆的表面,再次进行热压成型,在内胆的上端成型一层装饰层;
步骤三:再次将乳白色树脂原材料加入到装饰层的表面,进行第三次热压成型,在装饰层的上端热压一层面板层;
步骤四:在面板层上贴附一层贴花膜片,进行第四次热压成型,将贴花膜片与三色餐具坯料热压一体成型,得到三色餐具坯料;
步骤五:对三色餐具坯料的表面进行加金处理,而后取出进行研磨修边处理,研磨处理完成后进行抛光处理,得到三色餐具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中的异色的树脂原材料为金色和银色中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,其特征在于,所述树脂原材料为三聚氰胺树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种美耐皿三色餐具的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中热压成型的装饰层的直径大于内胆的直径,步骤三中的面板层直径小于装饰层的直径。
