throwing waste materials, namely throwing the waste chopsticks in batches from the blanking frame 2 to enable the waste chopsticks to be concentrated in the material containing frame 201, then pushing the material containing frame 201 to the lower cavity 102 in the cleaning box body 1 to enable the material containing frame 201 to be placed in the material washing frame 104, and after the material containing frame 201 is completely pushed, pouring clean water into the cleaning box body 1 by utilizing the water pipe 301 to enable the clean water to spread to the material pushing plate 107 and then stop;
cleaning waste, starting a large motor 105, driving the washing frame 104 to rotate by the large motor 105, stirring clear water in the lower cavity 102 by an arc-shaped blade 1041 on the washing frame 104, mixing and stirring waste chopsticks together, cleaning and stirring the waste chopsticks, and enabling the waste chopsticks to float below the partition plate 101;
pushing out the waste, after the waste is cleaned, starting a lead screw motor 111, driving a sliding block 112 to move backwards by the lead screw motor 111, enabling a toothed bar 110 to move backwards, driving a pinion 1011 to rotate, enabling a partition plate 101 to rotate by 90 degrees, enabling the waste chopsticks to pass through the partition plate 101 to float, then starting a small motor 113, starting a first transmission rod 118 by the small motor 113 to rotate, enabling a first transmission belt wheel 120 to contract a first rope 122, enabling the first rope 122 to pull a material pushing plate 107, enabling the material pushing plate 107 to push the floating waste chopsticks forwards to an emptying block 116, then discharging clear water from a water outlet 106, driving the material pushing plate 107 to push out a baffle 114, and enabling the waste chopsticks to fall into a material conveying frame 4;
crushing waste materials, namely, the waste chopsticks fall into a material conveying frame 4 and then pass through an inclined plate 401 to a squeezing roller 402, the squeezing roller 402 squeezes and crushes the waste chopsticks and falls onto a transmission belt 6, and the transmission belt 6 forwards transports the crushed waste chopsticks to a frame material block 701;
the waste material is extruded, the second air cylinder 502 is started, the frame material block 701 frames the broken waste chopsticks, then the third air cylinder 704 is started to drive the two sides of the second extrusion plate 703 to extrude in, finally the first air cylinder 501 is started to drive the first extrusion plate 702 to press down, so that the waste chopsticks are extruded and flattened, water is pressed out, and the waste chopsticks are conveyed out through the conveying belt 6.

The environment-friendly waste chopstick recycling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a large motor is arranged on the right side of the washing box body and connected with the washing frame, a grab handle is arranged on the left side of the containing frame, a water leakage hole is formed in the containing frame, a large disc is arranged on the left side of the washing frame, a circular ring plate is fixedly arranged inside the left side of the washing box body, a roller is arranged in the circular ring plate, and the roller is attached to the inner side of the large disc.

cleaning waste, starting a large motor, driving a washing frame to rotate by the large motor, stirring clear water in a lower cavity by arc-shaped blades on the washing frame, mixing and stirring the waste chopsticks together, cleaning and stirring the waste chopsticks, and floating the waste chopsticks under a partition plate;
pushing out waste materials, starting a lead screw motor after cleaning is finished, driving a sliding block to move backwards by the lead screw motor, enabling a rack rod to move backwards, driving a pinion to rotate, enabling a partition plate to rotate 90 degrees, enabling waste chopsticks to pass through the partition plate to float, then starting a small motor, starting a first transmission rod to rotate by the small motor, enabling a first transmission belt wheel to contract a first rope, pulling a material pushing plate by the first rope, enabling the material pushing plate to push the floating waste chopsticks forwards to an emptying block, then discharging clear water from a water outlet, driving the material pushing plate to push the baffle plate out, and enabling the waste chopsticks to fall into a conveying frame;
crushing the waste, namely dropping the waste chopsticks into a conveying frame, then conveying the waste chopsticks to a squeezing roller through an inclined plate, squeezing and crushing the waste chopsticks by the squeezing roller, dropping the waste chopsticks onto a conveying belt, and conveying the crushed waste chopsticks to the lower part of a frame material block by the conveying belt;
the waste material is extruded, the second air cylinder is started, the frame material blocks frame the broken waste chopsticks, then the third air cylinder is started to drive the two sides of the second extrusion plate to extrude in, finally the first air cylinder is started to drive the first extrusion plate to press down, so that the waste chopsticks are extruded and flattened, water is pressed out, and the waste chopsticks are conveyed out through the conveying belt.
