Background
The most remarkable characteristic of the bioactive glass and the glass ceramic is that after the bioactive glass and the glass ceramic are implanted into a human body, the surface condition dynamically changes along with time, and a bioactive Hydroxyapatite (HCA) layer is formed on the surface, so that a bonding interface is provided for tissues. Most bioactive glass is a class A bioactive material, has osteogenesis and bone guiding effects, has good binding property with bones and soft tissues, and BAG is considered to be a good biomaterial applicable to the field of repair. The application of the restorative material is extremely wide, and the restorative material has irreplaceable miraculous effects on professional products in various fields, such as skin care, whitening and wrinkle removal, burns and scalds, oral ulcer, gastrointestinal ulcer, skin ulceration, fungus killing, bone repair, bonding of soft tissues and bone tissues and the like, and the occurrence of the restorative material is believed to make a remarkable contribution to human health. In addition, BAG also has a rapid surface reaction; the amorphous two-dimensional structure causes low strength and fracture toughness; the elastic modulus (30-35MPa) is low and is close to that of cortical bone; the invention discloses a medical liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof, and aims to provide a medical liquid dressing which has long-acting broad-spectrum antibacterial property, reduces scar formation and has good treatment effect on wound healing, wherein the machinable bioglass has good processing performance and the application number is CN 201310240323.3; the technical key points are as follows: the medical liquid dressing contains 0.02-1% of solid components and the balance of water; the solid components comprise 10-80% of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 20-90% of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and 6-30% of auxiliary materials; the preparation method comprises the following steps: filling water into a stirring tank, setting the stirring speed of a stirrer to be 30-35 r/min, adding the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and stirring to completely dissolve the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt for about 2-3 hours; adding the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt solution and the chlorhexidine gluconate solution while stirring, and fully stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed solution; filtering the mixed solution, placing in a container, removing bubbles overnight, measuring the next day, obtaining a semi-finished product with solid content of 0.02-1% and pH value of 4.1-7.5, and subpackaging in a bottle body after the semi-finished product is qualified in aseptic test to obtain a finished product; belongs to the technical field of medicine preparation.
