Abstract

本发明公开了一种温和的卸妆液，涉及日用化妆品技术领域。本发明所述卸妆液分三层，上层包含酯类溶剂，中层包含水醇类溶剂，下层包含全氟有机溶剂；其重量份如下：酯类溶剂10～40份、水醇类溶剂15～50份、全氟有机溶剂20～60份。由所述配方制备的卸妆液具有独特的三层分层结构，并且兼具良好的卸妆、补水性能，制备方法简单，适于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域，尤其涉及一种温和的卸妆液。
背景技术
随着社会科技水平的发展和消费水平的提升，消费者越来越注重对自身的容颜的修饰与保护，同时也对护肤品提出了更高的要求，促进了化妆品行业的飞速发展，各种功效，剂型等不同的化妆品相续问世，化妆品琳琅满目。在众多的化妆品种类中，水剂化妆品是化妆品护肤的基础，占据护肤品消费重要位置。但水剂化妆品的卸妆效果相对较差，需要与酯类混合使用，传统的水油类护肤品中往往需要添加表面活性剂以使两者混合均匀，保证产品具有良好的稳定性，但表面活性剂的添加往往会增加产品对肌肤的刺激性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种静置后可完美分层，使用时通过摇晃又能均匀混合的温和的卸妆液，所述卸妆液可快速卸妆、并且具有良好的补水效果，肤感舒适、清爽。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采取的技术方案为：一种温和的卸妆液，所述卸妆液分三层，上层包含酯类溶剂，中层包含水醇类溶剂，下层包含全氟有机溶剂；其重量份如下：酯类溶剂10～40份、水醇类溶剂15～50份、全氟有机溶剂20～60份。
本发明通过通过添加酯类溶剂来增强卸妆液的卸妆效果，使用户可在90s内快速卸妆；同时，通过添加一定量的水醇类溶剂，使卸妆液具有补水的效果，改善卸妆液的油腻感；此外，在卸妆液中添加一定的全氟有机溶剂，肤感更清爽；三种溶剂按比例混合，静置后可分为三层，使用时通过摇晃，又可快速混匀。
优选地，所述酯类溶剂的含量为20～30份、水醇类溶剂为25～35份、全氟有机溶剂为30～40份。
优选地，所述酯类溶剂包含椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、新戊二醇二辛酸酯、季戊四醇四乙基己酸酯、碳酸二辛酸酯中的至少一种；所述水醇类溶剂包含水、甘油、二元醇中的至少一种；所述全氟有机溶剂包含全氟庚烷、全氟己烷、全氟辛烷、全氟环己烷、全氟萘烷、全氟全氢化菲、全氟二甲基环己烷中的至少一种。
优选地，所述酯类溶剂为椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯和新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯的复配物；所述椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯和新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯的重量比为：椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯：棕榈酸乙基己酯：新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯＝(2～3)：(1～2)：(1～2)。本发明申请人通过多次试验证实，以所述配比复配制备的卸妆液具有最优卸妆性能，可快速卸妆。
优选地，所述椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯和新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯的重量比为：椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯：棕榈酸乙基己酯：新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯＝2.5：1.5：1。
优选地，所述全氟有机溶剂为全氟己烷、全氟二甲基环己烷、全氟庚烷的复配物，所述全氟己烷、全氟二甲基环己烷、全氟庚烷的重量比为：全氟己烷：全氟二甲基环己烷：全氟庚烷＝(2～4)：(5～15)：(1～3)。本发明申请人通过多次试验证实，全氟有机溶剂以所述配比复配制备的卸妆液肤感最为清爽。
优选地，所述卸妆液的中层还含有防腐剂0.2～0.5份。
优选地，所述上层可添加油溶性添加剂、色素和香精；所述中层可添加水溶性添加剂和色素，以使每层形成不同的颜色，增加产品的层次感和美观性。
优选地，所述酯类溶剂的密度≤1.0g/mL，所述水醇类溶剂的密度为1.0～1.5g/mL，所述全氟有机溶剂的密度≥1.6g/mL。
相比于现有技术，本发明的有益效果为：本发明采用互不相溶、比重不同的三种溶剂作为主要成分。所述酯类溶剂比重低，具有良好的透气性、铺展性、分散性，对皮肤温和无刺激、对彩妆颜料有良好的浸润性，可以快速溶解粉体，有良好的卸妆效果。所述水醇类溶剂给肌肤补充水分，保持肌肤湿度，减缓肌肤老化，防止肌肤变得粗糙和干燥。所述全氟有机溶剂沸点，容易挥发，给肌肤带来清爽感。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点，下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1～11
本发明所述温和的卸妆液的实施例，实施例1～11的配方如表1所示，制备方法如下：首先将酯类溶剂、水溶性溶剂、全氟有机溶剂分别混合均匀，然后将三种液体混合，得到所述温和的卸妆液。

对比例1
一种卸妆液，酯类溶剂为椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯4份、棕榈酸乙基己酯2.4份、新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯1.6份，中层和下层的成分与实施例1相同。
对比例2
一种卸妆液，全氟有机溶剂为全氟己烷3份、全氟二甲基环己烷10份、全氟庚烷2份，上层和中层的成分与实施例1相同。
对比例3
一种卸妆液，水醇类溶剂为水4.8份、丙二醇2.4份、甘油4.8份，防腐剂、上层和下层的成分与实施例1相同。
性能测试
对实施例1～11和对比例1～3制备的卸妆液进行补水性、卸妆效果和用户体验测试和调查。
补水性测试：采用德国CK公司的皮肤水分测试仪Cornermeter测试皮肤含水率。受试者为身体健康，年龄在20～40岁的志愿者70名，随机分为14组，每组5人，每组使用一种待测样品。测试场所室温(25±1)℃，相对湿度(45±5)％，测试前受试者应保持机体为稳定状态，使用35℃左右的清水擦拭受试者双臂后，于测试环境下静坐30min后开始测试。在受试者手臂内侧距手掌基部5cm处标记受测区域(4cm×4cm)，左臂涂抹上述卸妆液1mL，右前臂作为空白对照，不涂抹任何物质，于0.5h后测定受试区域的皮肤含水率，每组去测试结果取平均值，结果如表1所示。
卸妆效果测试：对3名面部大小相似、身体健康的志愿者进行测试，1名专业化妆师进行上妆和卸妆，每天测试1种受试样品，分14天进行测试，试验期间，志愿者不使用其他护肤品。记录对3名志愿者进行卸妆的时间，取平均值，结果记录在表1中。
用户体验调查：对5名志愿者进行用后清爽感调查，清爽感评估方法为，同一名志愿者分别取1mL实施例1～11和对比例1～3的卸妆液涂抹于左臂内侧，对用后清爽感进行评分，分数等级由低到高分别为1、2、3、4、5，取5名志愿者的平均分记录在表1中。

从表1中的测试结果可知，实施例1～11制备的卸妆液兼具良好的卸妆性能、补水性能以及清爽的肤感，而对比例1～3或多或少存在一定缺陷，这一结果也表明，本发明公开的配方可有效提升卸妆液的综合性能。
实施例2～4的组分在优选范围，卸妆效果比其他实施例与对比例要好。本发明选用的酯类溶剂的密度≤1.0g/mL，属于较轻质油脂，轻薄透气，对比例1的酯类溶剂组分较少，因而卸妆效果一般，清爽感不太好。对比例2的全氟有机溶剂组分挥发性油脂具有清爽感，但是含量少因而卸妆效果一般，清爽感不太好。对比例3水醇类溶剂具有保湿效果，但含量少所以组分比较油腻不够清爽，保湿效果也不佳。
最后所应当说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，但并不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种温和的卸妆液，其特征在于，所述卸妆液分三层，上层包含酯类溶剂，中层包含水醇类溶剂，下层包含全氟有机溶剂；其重量份如下：酯类溶剂25份、水醇类溶剂30份、全氟有机溶剂34.6份；
所述酯类溶剂为椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯和新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯的复配物，所述椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯和新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯的重量比为：椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯：棕榈酸乙基己酯：新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯＝12.5：7.5：5；
所述水醇类溶剂包含水、丙二醇、甘油，所述水、丙二醇、甘油的重量比为水：丙二醇：甘油＝12：6：12；
所述全氟有机溶剂为全氟己烷、全氟二甲基环己烷、全氟庚烷的复配物，所述全氟己烷、全氟二甲基环己烷、全氟庚烷的重量比为：全氟己烷：全氟二甲基环己烷：全氟庚烷＝7：23：4.6。
2.如权利要求1所述的温和的卸妆液，其特征在于，所述中层还含有防腐剂0.2～0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的温和的卸妆液，其特征在于，所述酯类溶剂的密度≤1.0g/mL，所述水醇类溶剂的密度为1.0～1.5g/mL，所述全氟有机溶剂的密度≥1.6g/mL。
