具有空心外形特征的水下超空泡航行体
技术领域
本发明涉及军民两用装备领域,具体是一种具有空心外形特征的水下超空泡航行体。
背景技术
空心弹是指弹头为中空圆柱体的一种枪弹。弹头外表面为圆柱体,内有较大的中心通孔,中心孔前部和后部为内锥形,中间为圆柱形。为使弹头在发射过程中能够获得较大的推力并密闭火药气体,空心弹头上需要配置塑料弹托。发射后,弹托与空心弹头分离。空心弹头质量很轻,初速极高。美国试验的7.02mm空心弹,弹头质量为1.7—2.13g,弹头长16.51—18.24mm,初速高达1676m/s。破片杀伤弹药。
从原理上说空心弹沿弹丸的中心轴线为通孔,几乎所有靠近圆管前端面的空气都可以从中流过,因此,与传统的实心弹相比,空心弹丸的头部激波阻力和尾部涡流阻力都大大减小。使得空心弹具有速度高、命中精度高以及对目标侵彻能力强等优异特性。
当水下航行体高速运动时,在一定条件下会产生空泡现象。空泡现象通常是指在液体流场的低压区,当其局部压力达到液体的饱和蒸汽压时, 液体介质因气化而出现“空洞”, 我们把这一“空洞”称为“空泡”。一般而言,对于流场包裹的水下航行体,当产生的空泡长度小于该航行体长度时称为局部空泡;而当产生的空泡长度达到或超过该航行体的长度时称为超空泡。
超空泡由于尺度大于航行体,将整个航行体包裹在其内部,使得航行体与水体的接触面积减到最小,从而大大降低了水体对航行体的粘性阻力,减阻率可达90%以上。其中俄罗斯取得成绩最为引人注目,速度可达90~100m/s的“暴风雪”水下超空新型泡航行器,已经装备部队,并投放国际武器市场。这也导致了美、德、英和法国等西方国家从20世纪90年代初至今的第二次研究热潮。
对于带空泡的水下航行体的运动随着速度的增加存在四种稳定模式:(1)双空泡流动状态(航速约 0~ 70m/s)。(2)沿着空泡内壁滑移(航速约50m/s~200m/s)(3)与空泡边界发生碰撞作用(航速约 300m/s~900m/s)。(4)与空泡内的蒸汽及射流相互作用(航速约 900m/s~1000m/s 或更高)。对于后三种状态,整个航行体都被包裹在空泡中,处于超空泡状态,阻力大为减弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有空心特征的水下超空泡航行体,通过添加合适的空心特征使水下超空泡航行体航行更加稳定。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种具有空心特征的水下高速航行体,由航行体前端、平行式中部和裙式尾部依次固连而成,空心管贯通整个航行体。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点:(1)空心特征可以让水流从中穿过,减小尾部涡流阻力,与此同时不破坏原有的空泡结构,从而达到水下高速航行体的稳定性要求。(2)弹身结构进行了特殊设计,与传统空心弹不同的是,弹身中部一小段和尾部保持相同直径,因此不需要再加装弹托,简化了装弹结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明一种具有空心特征的水下高速航行体,由航行体前端1、平行式中部2和裙式尾部3依次固连而成,空心管5贯通整个航行体。
平行中部2的最大直径与裙式尾部3的尾端最大直径相同,这样才能保证航行体发射时的稳定性。
空心管5的直径为头部外径的90%。保证航行时由空泡发生器4形成的内空泡7不会密闭,水流能顺利穿过从而起到稳定航行体的作用。
根据现有的实验数据,所述航行体最大航行速度不超过1500m/s。
如图3所示,弹以极高的速度在水中发射,当弹在水中高速航行时会产生图中6所示超空泡包裹弹身,在弹头部位中空管内部会形成一圈小型空泡7。水流会以较高速度穿过中空管从而降低头部激波阻力以稳定身型。

1.一种具有空心特征的水下高速航行体,其特征在于:由航行体前端(1)、平行式中部(2)和裙式尾部(3)依次固连而成,空心管(5)贯通整个航行体;平行中部(2)的最大直径与裙式尾部(3)的尾端最大直径相同;空心管(5)的直径为头部外径的90%;所述航行体最大航行速度不超过1500m/s。
