本发明提供了一种龙头出水构件,包括:安装通道,所述安装通道上设置限位装置;阀组件,所述阀组件可从所述安装通道的入口装入,所述限制装置限制所述阀组件的轴向运动;压盖,所述压盖盖设在所述安装通道的入口,所述压盖轴向固定所述阀组件;所述阀组件包括阀座体,所述阀座体包括阀部位和与所述阀部位一体成型的管部位,所述阀部位在毗邻所述安装通道的入口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第一密封件,所述管部位在毗邻所述安装通道的出口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第二密封件。应用本技术方案可实现安装方便、防止漏水的功效。

一种龙头出水构件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫浴的领域,具体是指一种龙头出水构件。
背景技术
典型的出水龙头皆包括一龙头出水构件,其大致呈H状,而具有二个分别位于左、右侧的通水部件、相连于所述通水单元间的一连接部件。所述通水部件底端各具有一入水口,通常一个为冷水入水口,另一个为热水入水口,并可分别藉由一内部流道流向相对的通水部件。所述通水部件主要用以提供一阀体安装定位,所述阀体再分别受一把手旋转控制。所述连接部位中段通常设置有至少一出水口,用以连接水龙头出水管。
现有技术中的阀体在装设进所述通水单元时,需要一一装入多个组件,最后再用把手衬套压紧阀芯,这种方式不仅装配麻烦,而且在装设阀芯时的轴向定位不准确,需要用户调整。
本申请人申请的中国实用新型专利CN206860955U,揭露了一种龙头出水构件,其使用单独设置进水管,并在所述进水管的上下两个部位设置密封圈结构防止漏水。然而在装设阀芯时,如果采用现有技术中的依次装入阀芯组件的方式,这不容易对进水管进行轴向定位固定,如果进水管发生轴向移动,则容易发生漏水等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种安装方便、防止漏水的龙头出水构件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种龙头出水构件,包括:
安装通道,所述安装通道上设置有限位装置;
阀组件,所述阀组件可从所述安装通道的入口装入,所述限制装置限制所述阀组件的轴向运动;
压盖,所述压盖盖设在所述安装通道的入口,所述压盖轴向固定所述阀组件;
所述阀组件包括阀座体,所述阀座体包括阀部位和与所述阀部位一体成型的管部位,所述管部位在毗邻所述安装通道的出口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第一密封件。
优选地,所述阀部位在毗邻所述安装通道的入口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第二密封件。
优选地,所述安装通道包括第一安装通道和第二安装通道,所述阀部位装设在所述第一安装通道内,所述管部位装设在所述第二安装通道内。
优选地,所述第一安装通道的内径大于所述第二安装通道,所述第一安装通道和所述第二安装通道的连接处设置有所述限位装置。
优选地,所述限位装置为限位台阶,所述阀部位的外径大于所述管部位的外径,所述阀部位和所述管部位的连接处设置有配合台阶,所述配合台阶顶抵所述限位台阶。
优选地,所述阀组件还包括设置在所述阀部位内的阀芯,所述管部位内设置进水通道,所述进水通道连通所述阀芯的阀芯入口。
优选地,所述阀部位设置有阀安装槽,所述阀芯装设在所述阀安装槽内,所述阀安装槽的底壁具有阀槽入口,所述阀槽入口连通所述进水通道。
优选地,所述阀部位还设置有与所述阀安装槽连通的阀槽出口,所述阀芯的阀芯出口与所述阀槽出口连通。
优选地,所述阀芯在高于所述阀槽出口的位置沿着周向设置有第三密封件,所述第三密封件顶抵所述阀安装槽的内壁。
优选地,还包括出水口和与所述出水口连通的出水通道,所述出水通道与所述阀壳出口连通。
优选地,所述阀槽入口沿其周缘凸伸有容纳周壁,所述阀组件还包括设置在所述容纳周壁内的阀密封件和顶抵所述阀密封件和所述阀安装槽底壁间的弹性件,所述阀密封件顶抵在所述阀芯和所述容纳周壁之间。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1.龙头出水构件的安装通道上设置有限位装置,可以对阀组件的轴向进行定位;
2.阀座体的阀部位和管部位一体成型,若采用注塑工艺,加工简单、成本低;
3.阀座体的阀部位和管部位一体成型,不用担心阀部位和管部位的连接处漏水;
4.阀座体的阀部位和管部位在毗邻所述安装通道的入口和出口处分别设置有密封件,可以防止水进入阀座体和安装通道之间的间隙;
5.阀组件被轴向固定后,在接通外界水源时,管部位被外界水源顶抵时,管部位不会发生轴向移动,防止漏水。

参阅图1,一种龙头出水构件100,用于龙头出水装置,包括两通水部件1和连接在所述通水部件1间的连接部件2,所述通水部件1包括座本体11和从所述座本体11的中间部位凸伸的出水管12,所述座本体11包括从其中间部位竖直向下延伸一段距离的下座体111,所述通水部件1还包括套设在所述下座体111外周壁的安装部位13,所述安装部位13为铜材质,在本实施例中,所述座本体11为塑料材质,所述座本体11通过二次注塑的方式与所述安装部位13结合。所述安装部位13外周壁设置有外螺纹结构,其用于将穿过待安装的台面,使所述龙头出水构件100固设在所述台面上。
所述座本体11还包括从其中间部位竖直向上延伸的一端距离的上座体112,所述上座体112与所述下座体111同轴设置,所述上座体112的延伸长度小于所述下座体111的延伸长度。所述上座体112的沿着竖直方向上的末端的外周壁沿着周向设置有外螺纹结构。
所述通水部件1还包括延伸并贯穿座本体11的安装通道,所述安装通道上设置限位装置141,所述安装通道包括延伸在所述上座体112的第一安装通道142和延伸在所述下座体111的第二安装通道143,所述第一安装通道142的内径大于所述第二安装通道143,所述第一安装通道142和所述第二安装通道143的连接处设置有所述限位装置141,所述限位装置141是限位台阶,所述出水管12还包括设置在内并与所述第一安装通道142连通的出水通道121,所述出水通道121贯通所述出水管12。

需注意的是所述龙头出水构件100可以是如上所述的由所述通水部件1和所述连接部件2组装而成,在一些简单替换中,也可以采用所述通水部件1和所述连接部件2一体成型的方式生产制造,在一些简单替换中,对所述通水部件1的所述出水通道121也可以采用圆弧抽芯的方式生产制造,所述龙头出水构件100只要具有所述安装通道即可。
所述龙头出水构件100还包括装设在所述安装通道内的阀组件,所述阀组件包括阀座体31,所述阀座体31从所述安装通道的入口延伸至所述安装通道的出口,所述阀座体31在毗邻所述安装通道的入口处沿着周向设置有第二密封件313,所述阀座体31在毗邻所述安装通道的出口处沿着周向设置有第一密封件314,所述第二密封件313顶抵所述第一安装通道142,所述第一密封件314顶抵所述第二安装通道143,所述第二密封件313和所述第一密封件314可以保证水不进入所述阀座体31和所述安装通道之间的间隙内,在本实施例中,所述第二密封件313和所述第一密封件314是O型密封圈。

所述阀芯34在高于所述阀槽出口3113的位置沿着周向设置有第三密封件343,所述第三密封件343顶抵所述阀安装槽3111的内壁,所述第三密封件343可以防止从所述阀安装槽3111溢出,所述第三密封件343是O型密封圈。
所述阀组件还包括盖设在所述阀安装槽3111的入口的阀盖体35,所述阀盖体35通过卡扣连接所述阀安装槽3111的入口,在一些简单替换中,也可以通过其他固定方式。在所述阀盖体35装设至所述阀安装槽3111的入口,压抵所述阀座体31,使所述配合台阶315压抵所述限位台阶,所述阀座体31被轴向定位,另外所述阀盖体35也压抵所述阀芯34,使得所述阀芯34定位。

Claims (11)

1.一种龙头出水构件,其特征在于,包括:
安装通道,所述安装通道上设置限位装置;
阀组件,所述阀组件可从所述安装通道的入口装入,所述限位装置限制所述阀组件的轴向运动;
压盖,所述压盖盖设在所述安装通道的入口,所述压盖轴向固定所述阀组件;
所述阀组件包括阀座体,所述阀座体包括阀部位和与所述阀部位一体成型的管部位,所述管部位在毗邻所述安装通道的出口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第一密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀部位在毗邻所述安装通道的入口处沿着周向设置有与所述安装通道顶抵的第二密封件。
3.如权利要求2所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述安装通道包括第一安装通道和第二安装通道,所述阀部位装设在所述第一安装通道内,所述管部位装设在所述第二安装通道内。
4.如权利要求3所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述第一安装通道的内径大于所述第二安装通道,所述第一安装通道和所述第二安装通道的连接处设置有所述限位装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述限位装置为限位台阶,所述阀部位的外径大于所述管部位的外径,所述阀部位和所述管部位的连接处设置有配合台阶,所述配合台阶顶抵所述限位台阶。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀组件还包括设置在所述阀部位内的阀芯,所述管部位内设置进水通道,所述进水通道连通所述阀芯的阀芯入口。
7.如权利要求6所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀部位设置有阀安装槽,所述阀芯装设在所述阀安装槽内,所述阀安装槽的底壁具有阀槽入口,所述阀槽入口连通所述进水通道。
8.如权利要求7所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀部位还设置有与所述阀安装槽连通的阀槽出口,所述阀芯的阀芯出口与所述阀槽出口连通。
9.如权利要求8所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀芯在高于所述阀槽出口的位置沿着周向设置有第三密封件,所述第三密封件顶抵所述阀安装槽的内壁。
10.如权利要求9所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:还包括出水口和与所述出水口连通的出水通道,所述出水通道与所述阀壳出口连通。
11.如权利要求7-10中任一项所述的龙头出水构件,其特征在于:所述阀槽入口沿其周缘凸伸有容纳周壁,所述阀组件还包括设置在所述容纳周壁内的阀密封件和顶抵所述阀密封件和所述阀安装槽底壁间的弹性件,所述阀密封件顶抵在所述阀芯和所述容纳周壁之间。
