In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a method for blending a flavoring wine for fruit wine, which can reduce labor intensity, automate production and improve product quality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a blending method of fruit wine flavoring wine comprises the following steps:
s1, adding various flavoring wines into a plurality of high flavoring wine adding devices in advance;
s2, confirming that the whole blending system is washed clean by pure water in the previous round of flavoring wine adding operation;
s3, inputting the finished fruit wine to be added with the flavoring wine into a high-position flavoring wine washing tank from the finished fruit wine tank valve array;
s4, adding various flavoring wines of the high-level flavoring wine adding device into the low-level flavoring wine adding tank in a gravity flowing mode;
s5, washing the flavoring wine adding pipeline by using part of finished fruit wine in the flavoring wine washing tank in a gravity flowing mode, and conveying the washed wine liquid and the added flavoring wine to a finished fruit wine tank valve array to be added with the flavoring wine;
s6, washing the residual finished fruit wine in the tank by using the high-level flavoring wine in a gravity self-flowing mode, washing a blending system, and conveying the washed wine liquid to a valve array of a finished fruit wine tank;
s7, washing the blending system by using pure water treatment equipment, and conveying the washed wine liquid to a finished fruit wine tank valve array added with seasoning wine;
and S8, repeating the operations S3-S7 to complete the continuous addition of the flavoring wine of various finished fruit wines.
Further, in the step S2, if the whole blending system is not washed clean by pure water in the previous round of flavoring wine adding operation, the blending system should be washed clean by pure water of the pure water treatment device in time, and a washing liquid discharge port is arranged at the valve array of the finished fruit wine tank to collect the washing liquid.
Further, in the step S3, the finished fruit wine to be added with flavoring wine in the finished fruit wine can valve array is input into the high flavoring wine washing can by controlling the wine pump.
Further, in the step S4, the respective flavoring liquors in the high-order flavoring liquor adding device are allowed to flow into the low-order flavoring liquor adding tank by gravity by controlling the bottom valve connected to the respective high-order flavoring liquor adding device, and the addition amount of the respective flavoring liquors is detected and the addition amount information is transmitted to the controller.
Further, in the step S5, by means of gravity flow, part of the finished fruit wine in the flavoring wine flushing tank is used to flush the flavoring wine adding pipeline, the flushed finished fruit wine enters the low-level flavoring wine adding tank and is uniformly mixed with the added flavoring wine, and the uniformly mixed wine is conveyed to the valve array of the finished fruit wine tank to be added with the flavoring wine by the wine pump, so as to complete the preliminary addition of the flavoring wine.
Further, in the step S6, directly adding the remaining finished fruit wine in the high-level flavoring wine flushing tank into the low-level flavoring wine adding tank in a gravity-fed manner, conveying the wine liquid in the flavoring wine adding tank into a finished fruit wine tank valve array through a wine pump, and repeating the step for multiple times until the finished fruit wine in the high-level flavoring wine flushing tank is used up.
Further, in the step S7, the pure water in the pure water treatment device is precisely metered into the high-level flavoring wine washing tank, the flavoring wine adding pipeline and the adding tank are washed in a gravity-fed manner, and the washed wine is delivered to the finished fruit wine tank valve array to which the flavoring wine is added by the wine pump.
Further, the deployment system is located in the operating room and includes:
a plurality of flavoring wine adding devices which are positioned at the high level and are used for storing various flavoring wines;
the seasoning wine flushing tank is positioned at a high position and is used for temporarily storing flushing liquid, and the flushing liquid comprises pure water and finished fruit wine to be added with seasoning wine;
the seasoning wine adding tank is positioned at a low position and is used for receiving seasoning wine and flushing liquid which flow from top to bottom in the seasoning wine adding device and the seasoning wine flushing tank, stirring the seasoning wine and the flushing liquid, and conveying the stirred wine liquid to a finished fruit wine tank valve array;
the finished fruit wine tank valve array is filled with finished fruit wine to be added with flavoring wine and is connected to a flavoring wine washing tank and a flavoring wine adding tank through pipelines;
and the pure water treatment equipment is connected to the flavoring wine washing tank through a pipeline.
Further, the deployment system further comprises:
the pneumatic ball valves are used for controlling the on-off of each pipeline of the allocation system;
the plurality of bottom valves are used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the adding pipelines of the flavoring wine adder;
the flowmeter is used for detecting the flow of the added flavoring wine;
the first wine pump is used for conveying the wine liquid in the seasoning wine adding tank to the finished fruit wine tank valve array;
the second wine pump is used for conveying the finished fruit wine in the finished fruit wine tank valve array to the flavoring wine washing tank;
and the controller is used for controlling the operation of the blending system.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. and automatic control is adopted, the operation mode of manual addition at present is omitted, and the labor intensity is reduced.

The blending system is arranged in the operation room, so that the condition that flavoring wine is added when a person enters or exits the wine cellar in the traditional production is effectively avoided, and the potential safety hazard is reduced; meanwhile, the wine storage management is convenient.
3. The seasoning wine can be added and measured on line, the pipeline residue of the seasoning wine can be avoided, the quality of the finished fruit wine can be improved, the seasoning wine can be continuously added into a plurality of finished fruit wines with different styles, and the phenomenon of taint of flavor can not occur.

Example 1
A fruit wine flavoring wine preparing system is shown in figure 1, and comprises:
a plurality of flavoring wine adding devices 1 which are positioned at a high position and are used for storing various flavoring wines;
a seasoning wine washing tank 2 which is positioned at a high position and is used for temporarily storing washing liquid, wherein the washing liquid comprises pure water and finished fruit wine to be added with seasoning wine;
and the seasoning wine adding tank 3 is positioned at a low position and used for receiving seasoning wine and flushing liquid flowing from top to bottom in the seasoning wine adding device 1 and the seasoning wine flushing tank 2, stirring the seasoning wine and the flushing liquid, and conveying the stirred wine liquid to a finished fruit wine tank valve array.

As an optimized scheme of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, pneumatic ball valves 4 are installed on the main pipeline, the branch pipeline directly connected to the flavoring wine adding tank 3, the upper and lower ends of the other branch pipeline connected to the pipelines of the plurality of flavoring wine adding devices 1, and the pipeline connected to the outlet of the flavoring wine adding tank 3, so as to realize automatic control.
As an optimized scheme of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of pipelines connected with the flavoring wine adder 1 are connected to branch pipelines connected with the flavoring wine flushing tank 2 through a bottom valve 5, a manual ball valve 6 and a flow meter 7 are installed on the pipeline at the rear end of the branch pipelines, and the flow meter 7 is used for metering the adding amount of the flavoring wine.
As an optimization scheme of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a flavoring wine adding device 1, a flavoring wine washing tank 2 and a flavoring wine adding tank 3 are arranged in an operation room, so that production management is facilitated, and manual ball valves 6 are arranged on pipelines connected with outlets of the flavoring wine adding device, the flavoring wine washing tank and the flavoring wine adding tank, so that the manual ball valves are normally opened during normal use, so that equipment maintenance is facilitated, and the manual ball valves are also used as safety valves; the side walls of the three devices are connected with a pressure display meter and a liquid level display meter, so that the filling conditions of the flavoring wine adding devices 1, the flavoring wine washing tank 2 and the flavoring wine adding tank 3 can be monitored in real time.
As an optimized scheme of the embodiment, the outlet of the branch pipeline directly connected with the flavoring wine adding tank 3 is in a spray head shape, so that the liquor in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 can be conveniently washed by the washing liquor; the flavouring wine adding tank 3 is internally provided with a stirring mechanism which can uniformly mix various flavouring wines.
As an optimization of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the flavouring wine adding tank 3 is connected to the valve array of finished wine cans to which flavouring wine is to be added by a first wine pump 8, and the valve array of finished wine cans to which flavouring wine is to be added is connected to the flavouring wine flushing tank 2 by a second wine pump.
According to the similarity and intermiscibility principle, before the wine liquid in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 is pumped into the finished fruit wine tank valve array through the first wine pump 8, the wine liquid in the finished fruit wine tank to be added with the flavoring wine is pumped into the high-position flavoring wine flushing tank 2 through the second wine pump connected with the finished fruit wine tank valve array, and the high-position flavoring wine flushing tank 2 flushes the valve array connected with the flavoring wine adding device 1 repeatedly in a self-flowing mode until the flavoring wine in the valve array is flushed completely. The finished fruit wine without the seasoning wine is washed to play a role in diluting, so that the influence of the residual seasoning wine on the finished fruit wine to be added is avoided. Waiting to season wine and adding the wine of flavouring in jar 3, after adding finished product fruit wine jar valve battle array through first wine pump 8, through pneumatic ball valve 4 control, high-order taste modulation wine washes jar 2 and washes repeatedly that season wine adds jar 3 through the mode that flows automatically, and the washing wine liquid at every turn is all beaten back to original finished product fruit wine jar valve battle array through first wine pump 8 in, avoids influence and the wine loss that cluster wine caused in the pipeline.
As a preferable solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a pure water treatment device is further included, and the pure water treatment device is connected to the washing tank 2 for the flavoring wine; preferably, pneumatic ball valves 4 are installed on pipelines connecting the finished fruit wine tank valve array and the pure water treatment equipment to the flavoring wine flushing tank 2.
After the flavoring wine of the finished fruit wine is added, the whole blending system is full of the finished fruit wine without the flavoring wine, and in order to not influence the addition of the flavoring wine of the next finished fruit wine, the high-level flavoring wine flushing tank 2 is connected with pure water treatment equipment and connected with a pure water repeated flushing system. The addition of pure water needs to be measured and comprehensively considered with the pure water for the slurry addition (degree reduction) in the previous section.
As an optimized scheme of this embodiment, the pneumatic ball valve 4, the bottom valve 5, the flow meter 7, the first wine pump 8, and the second wine pump are all connected to the controller, this embodiment is a computer, and the addition of various control flavoring wines is realized by controlling the pneumatic ball valve 4, the bottom valve 5, the flow meter 7, the first wine pump 8, and the second wine pump, and the addition amount of various flavoring wines is determined according to the production process conditions.
Example 2
A blending method of fruit wine flavoring wine adopts the blending system in the embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps:
s1, adding various flavoring wines into the plurality of high flavoring wine adding devices 1 in advance. The filling amount of the flavoring wine adding device is not more than 90 percent of the volume of the whole flavoring wine adding device 1 as much as possible, one flavoring wine adding device 1 can only contain one flavoring wine, or a plurality of flavoring wine adding devices 1 contain the same flavoring wine, and the flavoring wine adding devices 1 are provided with obvious marks to avoid confusion. The number of flavoured wine applicators 1 is determined by the actual process requirements.
S2, confirming that the whole blending system is washed clean by pure water in the previous round of flavoring adding operation (the washing can be judged by experience and can be carried out for several times, and the principle is to dilute the residual wine before the wine as much as possible and avoid the wine mixing), and avoiding mixing the residual flavoring wine or finished fruit wine in the previous round in the flavoring wine adding process; if whole allotment system does not use the pure water to wash totally in last round of wine of flavouring adds the operation, should in time use pure water treatment facilities's pure water to wash totally, sets up the flush fluid discharge port in finished product fruit wine jar valve battle array department to collect the flush fluid, the flush fluid of collection is utilized according to the circumstances is synthesized.
And S3, controlling a pneumatic ball valve 41 connected with the finished fruit wine tank valve array through a computer, and inputting the finished fruit wine to be added with the flavoring wine into the flavoring wine washing tank 2 through a second wine pump from the finished fruit wine tank valve array to be added with the flavoring wine, wherein the purpose is to wash the flavoring wine, the adding amount does not need to be accurately measured, and the adding amount can be estimated approximately according to pressure display. The finished fruit wine without the seasoning wine is washed to play a role in diluting, so that the influence of the residual seasoning wine on the finished fruit wine to be added with the seasoning wine is avoided.
S4, the adding and blocking of various flavoring wines are realized by controlling the bottom valve 5 through the computer, so that various flavoring wines in the flavoring wine adding device 1 enter the flavoring wine adding tank 3, and the power is from gravity flow.
Wherein, flowmeter 7 detects the flow (a kind of flavouring wine adds, flowmeter 7 detects the flow of this kind of flavouring wine, and then adds another kind of flavouring wine) and transmit flow information to the computer, and the computer receives the interpolation data of all kinds of flavouring wines and carries out the calculation.
S5, enabling the flavoring wine to automatically flow into the flavoring wine adding tank 3. At the moment, the bottom valve 5 contains a small amount of flavoring wine, the pneumatic ball valve 42 is controlled by the computer, part of the finished fruit wine in the flavoring wine flushing tank 2 automatically flows into the bottom valve 5 and finally enters the flavoring wine adding tank 3, and the small amount of flavoring wine in the bottom valve 5 is flushed. Simultaneously, the stirring mechanism in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 uniformly mixes wine liquid, and the wine liquid in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 is conveyed to a finished fruit wine tank valve array to be added with flavoring wine by controlling the pneumatic ball valve 43 and opening the first wine pump 8, so that the primary addition of the flavoring wine is completed.
S6, washing a part of wine in the residual wine in the flavoring wine washing tank 2, and directly gravity-flowing the part of wine into the flavoring wine adding tank 3 through the pneumatic ball valve 44 controlled by the computer, so as to achieve the effect of washing the flavoring wine adding tank 3. And the pneumatic ball valve 43 is controlled by the computer and the first wine pump 8 is started, the wine liquid in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 is conveyed to the finished product fruit wine tank valve array, and the operations are repeated for a plurality of times until the wine liquid in the flavoring wine flushing tank 2 is used up.
S7, filling the whole system with wine (containing a very small amount of flavoring wine), accurately metering pure water in the pure water treatment equipment into the flavoring wine flushing tank 2 through the computer-controlled pneumatic ball valve 45, flushing the whole system through the computer-controlled pneumatic ball valves 42 and 44, and finally conveying the wine in the flavoring wine adding tank 3 into a finished fruit wine tank valve array added with flavoring wine finished fruit wine through controlling the pneumatic ball valve 43 and starting the first wine pump 8. Optionally repeating above steps several times, and considering the effect of the accumulated pure water addition on wine dilution, the degree of reduction value in the previous stage should be higher than the target value.
And S8, repeating the operations S3-S7 to complete the continuous addition of the flavoring wine of various finished fruit wines.
