The preparation method of the plant essential oil microcapsule comprises the following steps: (1) pre-mixing essential oil: mixing and stirring 2 parts of spearmint essential oil, 1 part of gardenia essential oil, 3 parts of cedar essential oil and 3 parts of ylang-ylang essential oil uniformly in a sealed state for later use; (2) preparing a porous microcapsule carrier: 3 parts of the raw materials are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 2: 1: 1, putting a mixture of limestone, attapulgite, basalt and waste coal lime into a ball mill for ball milling for 60min, transferring the mixture into a high-temperature calcining furnace, heating to 1000 ℃ at a heating rate of 10 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 1h, quenching and cooling by using liquid nitrogen, then micronizing to within 10um, adding 5 parts of environment-friendly elastomer, stirring and mixing uniformly, heating to 100 ℃ at a heating rate of 6 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 6h, pulverizing to within 10um, and naturally cooling to room temperature; (3) preparing plant essential oil microcapsules: adding the porous microcapsule carrier prepared in the step (2) into the essential oil mixture prepared in the step (1), adding starch accounting for 5% of the total mass of the two, and sealing, stirring and mixing for 3 hours; the preparation process of the environment-friendly elastomer comprises the following steps: mixing the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.6: heating the mixture of 0.9 polyester elastomer, polycarbonate and poly-4-methylpentene-1240 cellulose acetate to 80 deg.C, stirring, mixing and reacting for 45min, heating to 110 deg.C, adding urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, stirring at constant temperature for 60min, cooling to 70 deg.C at the rate of 5 deg.C/min, filtering, and washing.
The material for the thin rock slice and the preparation method thereof are that the raw materials comprise 60 parts of pure acrylic polymer emulsion, 25 parts of filler, 3 parts of pigment, 30 parts of water and 4 parts of auxiliary agent according to the parts by weight, the raw materials are added into a stirring tank according to the parts by weight and are uniformly stirred at the rotating speed of 560rpm, the auxiliary agent is slowly added, the stirring is continued for 10min, the pure acrylic polymer emulsion is added, the stirring is uniformly carried out until the viscosity is 1000cp, and the thin rock slice paint is obtained; coating the thin rock slice paint on a carrier in a spraying mode, standing for 30s, and then heating, drying, stripping and crushing to obtain thin rock slices; the thickness of the prepared thin rock slice is controlled to be 0.02mm, and the maximum diameter is not more than 0.06 mm; the pigment is selected and prepared according to different required colors, wherein the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent is 1: 0.9: 0.7: 1: 0.5 of polyethylene wax dispersant, dimethyl silicone oil defoamer, polyurethane thickener, alcohol ester dodecafilming agent and dimethyl silicone polymer flatting agent; the filler is one or a mixture of multiple of heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder and bentonite.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the ultrathin 6D lychee rock, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) cleaning a base surface, removing large-particle substances and serious concave-convex points, uniformly coating putty paint on the base surface by adopting a reciprocating blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, and standing for 30min to obtain a putty layer with the thickness of 0.03 mm;
(2) uniformly coating base color paint on the putty layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, controlling the thickness of the coating film to be 0.03mm, standing for 5min, then uniformly spreading thin rock slices on the putty layer, flattening the thin rock slices by using 100N pressure, and then drying the thin rock slices at the temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain thin rock slices with the thickness of 1 mm;
(3) and coating finish paint on the thin rock slice layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying manner, controlling the thickness to be 0.05mm, and then drying at the temperature of 70 ℃ to obtain the coating.
Example 3
An ultra-thin 6D litchi rock and a preparation method thereof, wherein the base surface, the putty layer, the primer layer, the thin rock slice layer and the finish paint layer are respectively arranged from inside to outside;
the base surface can be wood board, marble, glass, cement, heat-insulating integrated board, plastic and stainless steel;
the putty layer is waterproof putty and meets the N-type standard in JG/T298-2010 putty for building interior; the primer layer is amino alkyd primer; the surface paint layer is polyester-polyurethane resin surface paint.
The thin rock slice layer comprises the following contents: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:

The base material formula is as follows: 800 parts of water, 400 parts of emulsion, 15 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of mildew preventive and 6 parts of ethylene glycol;
the film-forming auxiliary agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 1: 0.6: 0.8: 0.8 of a mixture of a dispersant, a defoamer, a leveling agent, a thickener and a neutralizer, wherein the mixture is as follows: the dispersant is sodium salt aqueous solution of copolymer of maleic anhydride and diisobutylene; the defoaming agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 1: 1, a mixture of silicone emulsion and polydimethylsiloxane; the flatting agent is a fluorine modified polyacrylic acid flatting agent; the thickening agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: 2 propylene glycol alginate and attapulgite with the granularity of less than 10 um; the neutralizer is potassium hydroxide; the emulsion is silicone-acrylate emulsion.
The mildew preventive comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 20 parts of modified polyisobutylene, 25 parts of plant essential oil microcapsules, 7023 parts of kasons DL and 5043 parts of kasons DL; mixing the modified polyisobutylene with the plant essential oil microcapsule, placing into a stirring tank, stirring at 700rpm and 40 deg.C for 3h, reducing the rotation speed to 300rpm, slowly adding the Kathon DL702 and the Kathon DL504, stirring for 2h, and storing in a dark sealed condition; the preparation method of the modified polyisobutene comprises the following steps: placing 60 parts of polyisobutylene, 30 parts of polycarbonate, 15 parts of polylactic acid and 3 parts of epoxy soybean octyl oleate into a stirring tank, heating to 108 ℃, stirring and mixing for 2 hours, adding 1.5 parts of polyacrylamide stabilizer, heating to 200 ℃, stirring and blending for 50 minutes under 30KHZ ultrasonic wave, naturally cooling to 90 ℃, transferring to a screw machine for extrusion granulation, then performing superfine ball milling and crushing to within 10um, and storing for later use.
The preparation method of the plant essential oil microcapsule comprises the following steps: (1) pre-mixing essential oil: mixing and stirring 5 parts of spearmint essential oil, 3 parts of gardenia essential oil, 5 parts of cedar essential oil and 6 parts of ylang essential oil uniformly in a sealed state for later use; (2) preparing a porous microcapsule carrier: mixing 6 parts of a mixture in a mass ratio of 1: 2: 1: 1, putting a mixture of limestone, attapulgite, basalt and waste coal lime into a ball mill, carrying out ball milling for 60min, transferring the mixture into a high-temperature calcining furnace, heating to 1200 ℃ at a heating rate of 15 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 2h, quenching and cooling by using liquid nitrogen, then carrying out ultrafine grinding to within 10um, adding 8 parts of environment-friendly elastomer, stirring and mixing uniformly, heating to 115 ℃ at a heating rate of 10 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 8h, grinding to within 10um, and naturally cooling to room temperature; (3) preparing plant essential oil microcapsules: adding the porous microcapsule carrier prepared in the step (2) into the essential oil mixture prepared in the step (1), adding starch accounting for 15% of the total mass of the two, and sealing, stirring and mixing for 6 hours; the preparation process of the environment-friendly elastomer comprises the following steps: mixing the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.6: heating the mixture of 0.9 polyester elastomer, polycarbonate and poly-4-methylpentene-1240 cellulose acetate to 100 deg.C, stirring, mixing and reacting for 45min, heating to 115 deg.C, adding urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, stirring at constant temperature for 60min, cooling to 80 deg.C at the speed of 10 deg.C/min, filtering, and washing.
The material for the thin rock slice and the preparation method thereof are that the raw materials comprise 85 parts of pure acrylic polymer emulsion, 35 parts of filler, 1 part of pigment, 22 parts of water and 1 part of auxiliary agent by weight, the raw materials are added into a stirring tank according to the parts by weight and are uniformly stirred at the rotating speed of 800rpm, the auxiliary agent is slowly added, the stirring is continued for 15min, the pure acrylic polymer emulsion is added, the stirring is uniformly carried out until the viscosity is 1500cp, and the thin rock slice paint is obtained; coating the thin rock slice paint on a carrier in a spraying mode, standing for 1min, and then heating, drying, stripping and crushing to obtain thin rock slices; the thickness of the prepared thin rock slice is controlled to be 0.1mm, and the maximum diameter is not more than 0.06 mm; the pigment is selected and prepared according to different required colors, wherein the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent is 1: 0.9: 0.7: 1: 0.5 of polyethylene wax dispersant, dimethyl silicone oil defoamer, polyurethane thickener, alcohol ester dodecafilming agent and dimethyl silicone polymer flatting agent; the filler is one or a mixture of multiple of heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder and bentonite.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the ultrathin 6D lychee rock, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) cleaning a base surface, removing large-particle substances and serious concave-convex points, uniformly coating putty paint on the base surface by adopting a reciprocating blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, and standing for 60min to obtain a putty layer with the thickness of 0.3 mm;
(2) uniformly coating base color paint on the putty layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, controlling the thickness of the coating film to be 0.3mm, standing for 10min, then uniformly spreading thin rock slices on the putty layer, flattening the thin rock slices by using 200N pressure, and then drying the thin rock slices at the temperature of 120 ℃ to obtain thin rock slices with the thickness of 3 mm;
(3) and coating finish paint on the thin rock slice layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying manner, controlling the thickness to be 0.3mm, and then drying at the temperature of 85 ℃ to obtain the coating.

the preparation method of the ultrathin 6D lychee rock comprises the following specific steps:
(1) cleaning a base surface, removing large-particle substances and serious concave-convex points, uniformly coating putty paint on the base surface by adopting a reciprocating blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, and standing for 45min to obtain a putty layer with the thickness of 0.15 mm;
(2) uniformly coating base color paint on the putty layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, controlling the thickness of the coating film to be 0.15mm, standing for 8min, then uniformly spreading thin rock slices on the putty layer, flattening the thin rock slices by using 150N pressure, and then drying the thin rock slices at the temperature of 110 ℃ to obtain thin rock slices with the thickness of 0.9 mm;
(3) and coating finish paint on the thin rock slice layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying manner, controlling the thickness to be 0.15mm, and then drying at 78 ℃ to obtain the coating.

Example 13
An ultra-thin 6D litchi rock and a preparation method thereof, wherein the base surface, the putty layer, the primer layer, the thin rock slice layer and the finish paint layer are respectively arranged from inside to outside;
the preparation method of the ultrathin 6D lychee rock comprises the following specific steps:
(1) cleaning a base surface, removing large-particle substances and serious concave-convex points, uniformly coating putty paint on the base surface by adopting a reciprocating blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, and standing for 45min to obtain a putty layer with the thickness of 0.15 mm;
(2) uniformly coating base color paint on the putty layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying mode, controlling the thickness of the coating film to be 0.15mm, standing for 8min, then uniformly spreading thin rock slices on the putty layer, flattening the thin rock slices by using 150N pressure, and then drying the thin rock slices at the temperature of 110 ℃ to obtain thin rock slice layers with the thickness of 3.1 mm;
(3) and coating finish paint on the thin rock slice layer in a blade coating, roller coating or spraying manner, controlling the thickness to be 0.15mm, and then drying at 78 ℃ to obtain the coating.

The properties of the 6D litchi rock prepared in the above examples were compared in terms of the national standard JG/T24-2000 synthetic resin emulsion sand wall building coating, as shown in tables 1 and 2 below:

A comprehensive comparison of the above tables 1, 2 leads to the following conclusions:
(1) the comprehensive properties are relatively uniform in examples 1, 2 and 3, and particularly the best performance is shown in example 1;
(2) in the embodiment 4, the addition amount of the mildew preventive is small, the mildew phenomenon occurs slightly after the mildew preventive is stored thermally, the mildew resistance grade does not reach the standard, the embodiment 5 is opposite to the case, the addition amount of the mildew preventive is excessive, although the mildew prevention effect is good, slight condensation occurs after the mildew preventive is stored thermally, and the slow release of the essential oil exceeds the standard; the mildew preventive of the embodiment 6 and the embodiment 7 has the same effect as that of the embodiment 4 and the embodiment 5 because the addition amount of the plant essential oil microcapsule is small and large;
(3) the mildew preventive of example 8 has a small amount of modified polyisobutylene added, and the mechanical properties are inferior to those of example 1, while example 9 has a slight agglomeration phenomenon in a heat storage experiment;
(4) comparing examples 10-13 with example 1, it is known that the tensile strength is affected by too large or too small a thin rock slice size, while example 10 has too large a thin rock slice size, large gaps between rock slices and smaller tensile strength; example 11 the thin rock slice has small size and insufficient corresponding stereoscopic impression; the thin rock slice layer of example 12 is thin, affecting the stereoscopic impression; example 13 shows slight cracking in early drying due to the thin rock layer being too thick.
