the microbial liquid filler is a high-temperature high-humidity domesticated microbial strain group, a composite strain in the microbial strain group comprises one or more of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, lactic acid bacteria, lactobacillus acidophilus, white rot fungi, ethyl pseudomonas chloride, nitrosomonas bacterium, nitrosospirillum, nitrosococcus, nitrosophyllum bacterium, nitrococcus and pseudomonas putida, and the composite strain, a culture medium and clear water are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1: 2.25: 200, activating the strains, wherein the activation and domestication environment comprises the following steps: dissolved oxygen is 0.5-2 mg/L, temperature is 50-65 ℃, humidity is 70%, pH is 5.5-9, and the concentration of the domesticated bacteria liquid is 127-129 hundred million/ml;
