Further, the transverse plate and/or the vertical plate are/is fixed on the laminating machine.
Further, still include the camera, the camera lens towards outer sign reticle and interior sign reticle position for wait to laminate OPP protection film border and outer sign reticle, the control shooting of interior sign reticle position, realize real-time positional deviation control through shooting the control, be favorable to realizing timely position correction.
The application of the jig in the process of attaching the conductive cloth coiled material comprises the following steps:
cutting the OPP protective film into required width on a slitting machine;
clamping the release film attached with the conductive cloth product between transverse plates of the jig, and continuously discharging and winding under the guidance of the jig;
and the edges of the two ends of the OPP protective film are positioned between the outer identification mark line and the inner identification mark line, so that the edge positioning is realized, the OPP protective film is adhered to the release film under the positioning of the gap between the outer identification mark line and the inner identification mark line, and a finished product is obtained after rolling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) through the guiding and positioning functions of the jig in the technical scheme, the trimming process is avoided, namely, one step of working time is saved, and therefore the 1/4 productivity is improved.
2) The technical scheme has the advantages that the OPP protective film is not trimmed in the attaching process, and a layer of protective film does not need to be coated below the OPP protective film, so that the protective film material is doubled, and the material cost and the process cost are saved.
