after the first pole piece strip 100 is attached to a set length, the first pole piece slicing device 5 cuts off the first pole piece strip 100 to complete a unit pole piece patch, and before the first pole piece slicing device 5 cuts off the first pole piece strip 100, the first clamping device 13 clamps the first pole piece strip 100 and the diaphragm strip 200; so that the remaining first pole piece strip 100 continues to enter the first rolling device 6 under the guidance of the first guiding device 7 and continues to be attached to the diaphragm strip 200, thereby completing the first pole piece patch in a circulating manner.
According to the pole piece pasting method disclosed by the embodiment 4 of the invention, the pole piece is sliced after being bonded with the diaphragm, so that a pole piece carrying mechanism is reduced, namely the pole piece is pasted immediately after being cut, the pasting efficiency is improved, continuous production is realized, and the enterprise cost is reduced; in addition, adhesive glue is smeared on the surface of the pole piece before the pole piece is wound, so that the accuracy and stability of the patch can be improved; meanwhile, the first guide device 7 and the first clamping device 13 can guide the first pole piece strip 100 to enter the first rolling device 6, so that the first pole piece strip 100 is ensured to smoothly enter the first rolling device 6, the first pole piece strip 100 is prevented from being wrinkled, and the quality of the patch is improved.
The pole piece attaching method provided by the embodiment 4 of the invention further comprises the following steps:
after the semi-finished pole piece is formed, the second pole piece unreeling device 3 unreels the second pole piece strip 300, and the second pole piece strip 300 passes through the second guiding device 11;
the second rubberizing device 8 applies adhesive glue on the second pole piece strip 300 or the isolation strip 200; the rubberized side is the opposite side of the second pole piece strip 300 or the separator strip 200; as shown in fig. 1, adhesive glue is respectively applied on the first pole piece strip 100 and the second pole piece strip 300 by the first rubberizing device 4 and the second rubberizing device 8; as shown in fig. 2, adhesive is applied to both sides of the membrane strip 200 by the first rubberizing device 4 and the second rubberizing device 8, respectively.
The second pole piece strip 300 enters the second rolling device 10 so that the second pole piece strip 300 coated with the adhesive is attached to the isolation strip passing through the first rolling device 6;
after the second pole piece strip 300 is attached to a set length, the second pole piece slicing device 9 cuts off the second pole piece strip 300 to complete a unit pole piece patch, and before the second pole piece slicing device 9 cuts off the second pole piece strip 300, the second clamping device 14 clamps the second pole piece strip 300 and the semi-finished pole piece; so that the remaining second sheet tape 300 continues to enter the second rolling device 10 under the guide of the second guide device 11 and continues to be attached to the separator tape 200, thereby completing the second sheet attachment in this cycle.
Further, when the first rubberizing device 4 and the second rubberizing device 5 smear laminating glue on the diaphragm belt material 200, the glue is smeared at equal intervals in a staggered way or smeared continuously; staggered equal length application refers to intermittent application on both sides of the diaphragm strip 200, with staggered application on both sides, and the length of each section of application being the same; continuous uninterrupted application refers to continuous application on both sides of the separator strip 200.

the first clamping device is arranged between the first rubberizing device and the first pole piece slicing device and is used for clamping the diaphragm strip and the first pole piece strip to be cut;

the first rubberizing device smears adhesive glue on the first pole piece strip material or the diaphragm strip material, and a rubberizing surface is the opposite surface of the first pole piece strip material and the diaphragm strip material;
the first pole piece strip material and the diaphragm strip material are rolled and attached by a first rolling device;
after the first pole piece strip is attached to a set length, cutting off the first pole piece strip by a first pole piece slicing device to form a semi-finished pole piece;
