Abstract
本发明涉及一种复方软膏，尤其是涉及一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏。该药膏是由鱼肝油，氧化锌，滑石粉，呋喃西林，羊毛脂，液状石蜡和黄凡士林组成。该发明通过处方对比、筛选，能更安全有效的满足临床婴幼儿安全用药的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复方软膏，尤其是涉及一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏。
背景技术
鱼肝油是从鲨鱼、鳕鱼等的肝脏中提炼出来的脂肪，黄色，有腥味，含有维生素A和维生素D。
氧化锌是锌的一种氧化物，难溶于水，可溶于酸和强碱。它是一种常用的化学添加剂，广泛地应用于塑料、硅酸盐制品、合成橡胶、润滑油、油漆涂料、药膏、粘合剂、食品、电池、阻燃剂等产品的制作中。
复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏可用于治疗急慢性皮炎、湿疹、冻疮、程度较轻的烧伤、烫伤。
目前已报道的关于复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏的文献不多。
中国专利CN 201210046360.6介绍了一种复方鱼肝油软膏和制备方法及应用。其技术方案是选取原料鱼肝油80-120份，氧化锌35-65份和乳酸依沙吖啶3.5-6.5份，配合辅料冰片，以油脂性基质为载体制备。该发明对于肛周痛痒红肿有显著疗效。
但是除了肛周痛痒疾病的治疗外，儿童用药安全也是临床需要考虑的重要因素之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述问题，提供一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，该药膏通过处方对比、筛选，能更安全有效的满足临床婴幼儿安全用药的需求。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，是由6-20%鱼肝油，15-25%氧化锌，3.2-3.8%滑石粉，0.09-0.13%呋喃西林，3.7-4.3%羊毛脂，7.7-8.3%液状石蜡和余量黄凡士林组成。
本发明提供的复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，更优选地，是将上述方案中所述鱼肝油含量控制在9-15%，氧化锌含量控制在17-23%。
上述的复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，所述组合物的配制方法如下：
（1）将黄凡士林加热熔化后备用；
（2）称取黄凡士林、羊毛脂加热至75℃以上，两者使用真空乳化机搅拌至均匀，保温；
（3）将处方量的氧化锌、滑石粉、呋喃西林加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀；
（4）真空乳化机温度在60℃以下时，将称好的鱼肝油、液状石蜡依次加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀成淡黄色软膏后，冷却成膏。
膏体可以灌装入铝塑管中。
由于优选了所得软膏处方，使得本发明提供的全新的复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏更加稳定，临床安全性更好，更适宜婴幼儿使用。
具体实施方式
下面将通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述，这些描述并不是对本发明内容作进一步的限定。本领域的技术人员应理解，对本发明的技术特征所作的等同替换，或相应的改进，仍属于本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
选取10%鱼肝油，17%氧化锌，3.5%滑石粉，0.1%呋喃西林，3.9%羊毛脂，7.8%液状石蜡、适量黄凡士林，共制得10Kg。
将黄凡士林加热熔化，称取黄凡士林、羊毛脂加热至75℃以上，两者使用真空乳化机搅拌至均匀；将处方量的氧化锌、滑石粉、呋喃西林加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀；当真空乳化机温度在60℃以下时，将称好的鱼肝油、液状石蜡依次加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀成淡黄色软膏后，冷却成膏。
膏体灌装入铝塑管中。
按以上配比精确称量，得到稳定性数据如下
实施例2
选取18%鱼肝油，20%氧化锌，3.5%滑石粉，0.1%呋喃西林，3.9%羊毛脂，7.8%液状石蜡、适量黄凡士林，共制得10Kg。
将黄凡士林加热熔化，称取黄凡士林、羊毛脂加热至75℃以上，两者使用真空乳化机搅拌至均匀；将处方量的氧化锌、滑石粉、呋喃西林加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀；当真空乳化机温度在60℃以下时，将称好的鱼肝油、液状石蜡依次加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀成淡黄色软膏后，冷却成膏。
膏体灌装入铝塑管中。
按以上配比精确称量，得到稳定性数据如下
Claims (3)
1.一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，其特征在于由6-20%鱼肝油，15-25%氧化锌，3.2-3.8%滑石粉，0.09-0.13%呋喃西林，3.7-4.3%羊毛脂，7.7-8.3%液状石蜡、和余量黄凡士林组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏，其特征在于所述鱼肝油含量为9-15%，氧化锌含量为17-23%。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏的制备方法，其特征是步骤如下：
（1）将黄凡士林加热熔化后备用；
（2）称取黄凡士林、羊毛脂加热至75℃以上，两者使用真空乳化机搅拌至均匀，保温；
（3）将处方量的氧化锌、滑石粉、呋喃西林加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀；
（4）真空乳化机温度在60℃以下时，将称好的鱼肝油、液状石蜡依次加入真空乳化机中，搅拌均匀成淡黄色软膏后，冷却成膏。
