主观有效率：通过实验问卷进行有效率调研，实验组明显感觉肌肤状态改善并且水润的人为55人，感觉不明显的为15人，有效率为78.57％；对照组明显感觉肌肤皱纹改善并且水润的人为11人，感觉不明显的为58人，有效率为15.94％，两组存在明显差异。
测试数据：利用德国Courage Khazaka公司MC760型皮肤测试仪分别对实验组和对照组志愿者的肌肤进行了实验前后的含水度及弹性值测试，平均数据如下：

酪氨酸：2.52份、色氨酸：0.5份、缬氨酸：2.52、苏氨酸：2.57份、丝氨酸：1.36份、精氨酸：7.2份、谷氨酰胺：22.3份、脯氨酸：0.71份、天冬酰胺：0.32份、蛋氨酸：0.33份、亮氨酸：2.88份、赖氨酸：4.41份、异亮氨酸：2.57份、组氨酸：1.44份、甘氨酸：0.93份、苯丙氨酸：1.9份、谷氨酸：0.22份、天冬氨酸：0.3份、半胱氨酸：0.82份、丙氨酸：0.2份、亚油酸：0.5份、氯化钠：1.3份、氯化钾：1.3份、氯化钙：3.6份、肌醇：1份、葡萄糖：5份；维生素H:0.4份、叶酸：0.4份、维生素B3：0.1份、维生素B6：2份、维生素B2：2份、维生素B1：2份。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的具有滋养嫩肤作用的护肤组合物，其特征在于，所述溶质与溶液的混合步骤为：
先取无菌去离子水700份，投入带有搅拌装置的恒温反应釜中，然后再分别将溶质投入，在20℃恒温条件下，搅拌1小时，待彻底溶解完全后补足无菌去离子水至总质量份数为1000份。
