The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the locking piece that sets up keeps the normal locking state with the brake disc under the condition that does not have external force input for the mobile device can be in the braking state automatically when not using, and is safer. When needs use mobile device, can make wheel body free rotation through unlocking piece unblock brake disc, the brake disc of setting can rotate along with the rotation of wheel body, can brake immediately removing the external force of applying to unlocking piece, greatly reduced the operating procedure and the degree of difficulty of braking.

the brake disc 300 is fastened with the wheel body 500 of the mobile device 100, the locking member 200 is rotatably connected with the mobile device 100, a return spring is arranged between the locking member 200 and the mobile device 100, one end of the locking member 200 abuts against the brake disc 300 under the action of the return spring, one end of the locking member 200 abutting against the brake disc 300 is provided with a clamping member, the other end of the locking member 200 is movably connected with the unlocking member 400 without being separated, and when the mobile device 100 needs to travel, external force is applied to the locking member 200 through the unlocking member 400, so that the locking member 200 overcomes the elastic force of the return spring to release the brake disc 300.
The locking member 200 is provided to maintain a normally locked state with the brake disc 300 without an external force input, so that the mobile device 100 can be automatically in a braking state when not in use, and is more safe. When the mobile device 100 needs to be used, the wheel body 500 can rotate freely by unlocking the brake disc 300 through the unlocking piece 400, the arranged brake disc 300 can rotate along with the rotation of the wheel body 500, and the brake can be performed immediately after the external force applied to the unlocking piece 400 is removed, so that the operation steps and the difficulty of braking are greatly reduced.
In order to ensure the smoothness of the brake disc 300 during braking, the brake disc 300 is a toothed disc, and the tooth grooves of the toothed disc are matched with the clamping pieces. The fluted disc has continuous tooth's socket for in the joint spare can block into the fluted disc in very little displacement, and then can block dead wheel body 500 in time when making the brake. The preferred number of teeth in the fluted disc of this embodiment is 12, the width of the teeth is 25mm, the thickness of the teeth is 16mm, the diameter of the addendum circle is phi 180, and the diameter of the dedendum circle is phi 150.
The locking member 200 is a flat rod member, and the clamping member is a hook protruding from the rod member. The unlocking member 400 is an operating rod, the end of the operating rod is provided with an installation fork corresponding to the rod, and a rotating pin connected with the rod is arranged in the installation fork.
For the effective installation of the locking member 200, the bottom of the mobile device 100 is provided with a brake support 110 for installing the locking member 200, the brake support 110 is provided with a rotating hole, and the rotating hole is internally provided with a pin shaft for connecting the locking member 200.
In order to ensure the reciprocating (locking and unlocking) movement of the locking member 200, the reset spring comprises a pressure spring 210 and a tension spring 230, the pressure spring 210 and the tension spring 230 are both made of manganese steel materials, the pressure spring 210 and the tension spring 230 are respectively made of manganese steel materials, the locking member 200 extends towards two opposite sides and is fixed with the mobile device 100, and the connection points of the pressure spring 210 and the tension spring 230 on the locking member 200 are both positioned between the pin shaft and the unlocking member 400. The compression spring 210 and the tension spring 230 can apply elastic force to the locking member 200 when unlocking and locking, so that the locking member 200 can be forcefully clamped into the toothed disc when the unlocking member 400 removes the external force.
As a preferred embodiment, the clamping member is located above the brake disc 300, the tension spring 230 is disposed between the locking member 200 and the bottom of the mobile device 100, the bottom of the mobile device 100 is further provided with a spring mounting seat 220 corresponding to the compression spring 210, and the spring mounting seat 220 extends from the mobile device 100 to below the locking member 200. The unlocking member 400 needs to be pressed downward when unlocking. The spring mount 220 and the brake spider 110 are made of Q235A material.
In order to fix the pressure spring 210 and not interfere with the unlocking member 400, the spring mounting base 220 includes two side plates 222 fastened to the mobile device 100, the two side plates 222 are respectively disposed on two sides of the clamping member, a bottom plate 221 is fixedly disposed at the bottom end of each side plate 222, a fixing cylinder 223 for placing the pressure spring 210 is disposed on the bottom plate 221, and a space for the clamping member to move is reserved between the top end of the fixing cylinder 223 and the bottom of the mobile device 100.

1. An unpowered mobile device braking apparatus, comprising: a brake disc (300), a locking member (200), and an unlocking member (400);
the brake disc (300) is fixedly connected with a wheel body (500) of a mobile device (100), the locking piece (200) is rotatably connected with the mobile device (100), a return spring is arranged between the locking piece (200) and the mobile device (100), one end of the locking piece (200) abuts against the brake disc (300) under the action of the return spring, a clamping piece is arranged at one end of the locking piece (200) abutting against the brake disc (300), the other end of the locking piece (200) is movably connected with the unlocking piece (400) without being separated, and when the mobile device (100) needs to travel, external force is applied to the locking piece (200) through the unlocking piece (400) so that the locking piece (200) overcomes the elastic force of the return spring to release the brake disc (300).
2. The brake device for the unpowered mobile device as recited in claim 1, wherein the brake disc (300) is a toothed disc, and a toothed groove of the toothed disc is matched with the clamping member.
3. The unpowered mobile device braking apparatus of claim 2, wherein the locking member (200) is a flat bar and the catch is a hook projecting from the bar.
4. The unpowered mobile device braking apparatus of claim 3, wherein the unlocking element (400) is a lever having a mounting fork at an end thereof corresponding to the lever, the mounting fork having a pivot pin therein to which the lever is connected.

The brake device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the mobile device (100) is provided with a brake support (110) for mounting the locking member (200), the brake support (110) is provided with a rotating hole, and the rotating hole is internally provided with a pin shaft for connecting the locking member (200).

The unpowered moving device braking device according to claim 5, wherein the return spring comprises a compression spring (210) and a tension spring (230), the compression spring (210) and the tension spring (230) are respectively extended from the locking member (200) to two opposite sides and fixed to the moving device (100), and connection points of the compression spring (210) and the tension spring (230) on the locking member (200) are located between the pin and the unlocking member (400).
