本发明公开了一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,属于纺染面料领域。本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,步骤如下:将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性染料、促染剂、固色剂、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中染色固色后经水洗、皂洗烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。本发明提高混纺织物的同色性。

技术领域
本发明属于纺染面料领域,更具体地说,涉及一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法。
背景技术
牛奶蛋白纤维是一种不经常被用于工业的绿色纤维,目前对于高粱纤维的工业利用手段及方法还比较少。高粱纤维可与棉纤维混纺,使得到的混纺织物兼具两种纤维的优点,但两种纤维性能的差异使混纺织物的染色加工变的复杂,传统上采用的染色工艺使高粱纤维棉混纺织物的同色性较差。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,为了提高混纺织物的同色性。
2.技术方案
本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
步骤一、将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤二、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤三、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性染料、促染剂、固色剂、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中染色固色后经水洗、皂洗烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的促染剂为氯化钠,所述的固色剂为碳酸钠。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的步骤三中染色固色具体步骤为:将牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性燃料和氯化钠加入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:40~1:45,45℃~55℃条件下保温20~30min,以每分钟1.5℃升温至65℃~70℃,加入碳酸钠保温40~45min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的中性染料相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的步骤三中水洗、皂洗烘干的具体步骤为:将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至45℃~55℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至70~80℃条件下保温10min,在60~70℃条件下水洗后烘干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤二中预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维混纺比例为82:18~77:23。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤一中将棉纤维通过20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下显著效果:
(1)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,增加棉纤维的固色率,减缓牛奶蛋白纤维的固色率,分别处理之后混纺织物染色同色性得到了提高。
(2)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,采用中性燃料,固色剂采用碳酸钠,减少了碱物质对牛奶蛋白纤维的损害。
(2)本发明的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,工艺中选取的温度为低温、分批加入助剂、延长工艺时间,保证染色均匀。

实施例1
本实施例的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将棉纤维通过质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤二、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后以82:18的比例混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤三、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:40,45℃条件下保温20min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至65℃,加入碳酸钠保温40min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至45℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至70℃条件下保温10min,在60℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
实施例2
本实施例的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将棉纤维通过质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤二、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后以8:2的比例混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤三、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:43,50℃条件下保温25min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至68℃,加入碳酸钠保温43min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至48℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至75℃条件下保温10min,在65℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
实施例3
本实施例的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将棉纤维通过质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤二、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后以77:23的比例混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤三、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)的中性染料、氯化钠、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:45,55℃条件下保温30min染色,以每分钟1.5℃升温至70℃,加入碳酸钠保温45min固色,然后将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至55℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至80℃条件下保温10min,在70℃条件下水洗,烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。

步骤一、将棉纤维通过氢氧化钠溶液预处理,水洗至中性、烘干;将牛奶蛋白纤通过弱酸性防染剂预处理,烘干;
步骤二、将预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维经过清棉和梳棉工序后混合并条,通过粗纱机、细纱机得到牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物;
步骤三、将上述牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性染料、促染剂、固色剂、放入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中染色固色后经水洗、皂洗烘干得染色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:
所述的促染剂为氯化钠,所述的固色剂为碳酸钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤三中染色固色具体步骤为:将牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物、中性燃料和氯化钠加入盛有水的恒温水浴锅中,浴比1:40~1:45,45℃~55℃条件下保温20~30min,以每分钟1.5℃升温至65℃~70℃,加入碳酸钠保温40~45min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的中性染料相对织物质量分数为1%(o.w.f)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤三中水洗、皂洗烘干的具体步骤为:将染过色的牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物热水清洗后温度降至45℃~55℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至70~80℃条件下保温10min,在60~70℃条件下水洗后烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:步骤二中预处理后的棉纤维与预处理后的牛奶蛋白纤维混纺比例为82:18~77:23。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种牛奶蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的染色方法,其特征在于:步骤一中将棉纤维通过20%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理。
