When the air after the heater 30 is heated is transmitted to the first connecting pipe 33, the heating cylinder 80 heats the air in the first connecting pipe 33 for the second time, the arc-shaped baffle plate 82 can avoid the heating cylinder 80 from hurting people, meanwhile, the pressure release valve 301 discharges redundant air in the curing box 21 into the cylinder 83 through the second connecting pipe 84, the heating cylinder 80 heats the air again, the air heated again is discharged from the air outlet pipe 85, and the air can be used for other places for people.
The air inlet pipe air purifier further comprises a filtering component 9, wherein the filtering component 9 comprises a filtering plate 90, fixing blocks 91 and screws 92, the screws 92 are uniformly and spirally arranged at the rear part of the air inlet pipe 31, the fixing blocks 91 are uniformly and spirally arranged at one side close to the screws 92, the filtering plate 90 is arranged between the front sides of the fixing blocks 91, and the filtering plate 90 is in contact with the rear part of the inner wall of the air inlet pipe 31.
When the heater 30 sucks air through the intake duct 31, the filter sheet 90 can filter dust and foreign materials in the air.

Claims (9)

1. An energy-conserving cable material curing device, characterized by including:
the device comprises a base (1) and a curing mechanism (2), wherein the curing mechanism (2) is arranged at the top of the base (1);
a heating mechanism (3), and a heating mechanism (3) is arranged between the top of the base (1) and the curing mechanism (2).
2. An energy efficient cable material curing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the curing means (2) comprises:
the bracket (20) is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the top of the base (1);
a curing box (21) for curing the cable material is arranged between the tops of the supports (20);
the side part of the curing box (21) is provided with the cover plate (22) in a sliding way, and square holes are formed in corners on one side of the cover plate (22);
the handle (23) is arranged in the middle of the top of the cover plate (22).
3. An energy efficient cable material curing device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the heating means (3) comprises:
the middle of one side of the top of the base (1) is provided with a heater (30) for heating air;
an air inlet pipe (31) is arranged at the upper part of one side of the heater (30);
the middle parts of two sides of the curing box (21) are respectively provided with an air inlet valve (32);
the air inlet valve (32) is provided with a first connecting pipe (33), and one end of the first connecting pipe (33) is connected with the upper part of one side of the heater (30);
a pressure relief valve (301), wherein the middle of the lower part of one side of the curing box (21) is provided with the pressure relief valve (301).
4. An energy efficient cable material curing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a placement member (4), the placement member (4) comprising:
the bottom of the inner wall of the curing box (21) is provided with a rectangular frame (40);
the sliding rails (41) are symmetrically and uniformly arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the rectangular frame (40);
the sliding blocks (42) are arranged on the sliding rails (41) in a sliding manner;
the cable placing device comprises placing frames (43), wherein the placing frames (43) used for placing cable materials are arranged between opposite sides of sliding blocks (42) at the same height;
the fixing rods (44) are symmetrically arranged on four sides of the inner wall of the curing box (21);
the fixed baffle plates (45) are arranged between the adjacent sides of the fixed rods (44) on the same side.
5. An energy-saving cable material curing device as claimed in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a locking assembly (5), wherein the locking assembly (5) comprises:
the rectangular sleeve (50) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the curing box (21);
the sliding rods (51) are arranged on the rectangular sleeves (50) in a sliding mode, and the sliding rods (51) are connected with the square hole in one side of the cover plate (22) in a clamping mode;
a connecting rod (53) is arranged between one sides of the tops of the sliding rods (51);
and the extension springs (52) are arranged between one sides of the upper parts of the sliding rods (51) and one sides of the rectangular sleeves (50) on the same side.
6. An energy-saving cable material curing device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a pedal assembly (6), wherein the pedal assembly (6) comprises:
a sliding sleeve (60) is arranged in the middle of one side of the top of the curing box (21);
the first reels (61) are arranged on two sides of one side of the top of the ripening tank (21);
the sliding shafts (62) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base (1);
a sliding plate (63), wherein the sliding plate (63) is arranged between the upper parts of the sliding shafts (62) in a sliding way;
a top plate (64), wherein the top plate (64) is arranged on one side of the bottom of the sliding plate (63);
the pedal (65) is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper part of the base (1), and one side of the bottom of the pedal (65) is in contact with one side of the top plate (64);
the pull rope (66) is arranged on one side of the top of the sliding plate (63), the other end of the pull rope (66) bypasses the two first reels (61), the other end of the pull rope (66) is connected with the sliding sleeve (60) in a sliding mode, and the other end of the pull rope (66) is connected with the middle of one side of the connecting rod (53);
a compression spring (67) is arranged between the middle of one side of the connecting rod (53) and the upper part of one side of the sliding sleeve (60), and the compression spring (67) is sleeved on the outer side of the pull rope (66).

a return spring (73), wherein the return spring (73) is arranged between one side of the inner wall of the special-shaped sleeve (72) and one end of the sliding rod (71);
a guide rail (74), wherein one side of the guide rail (70) is provided with the guide rail (74);
a sliding block (75) is arranged on one side of the guide rail (74) in a sliding manner, and the side part of the sliding block (75) is connected with the sliding rod (71) in a sliding manner;
a sliding shaft (76), wherein the side part of the sliding block (75) is provided with the sliding shaft (76) in a sliding way, and one side of the sliding shaft (76) is connected with one side of the sliding rod (71);
a first spring (77), the first spring (77) is arranged between the side part of the sliding shaft (76) and one side of the sliding block (75);
the middle part of one side of the curing box (21) is uniformly and slidably provided with a push rod (78), the push rod (78) is matched with the special-shaped sleeve (72), and one end of the push rod (78) is in contact with the middle of one side of the placing frame (43) on the same side;
the second springs (79) are arranged between the side parts of the push rods (78) and one side of the curing box (21), and the second springs (79) are sleeved on the outer sides of the push rods (78) on the same side;
the middle of one side of the upper part of the guide rail (70) and one side of the top of the ripening tank (21) is provided with a second reel (710);
