The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when dust and waste gas needs to be treated, firstly, dust and waste gas enters from the air inlet pipe 6, the dust and waste gas in the air inlet pipe 6 enters into the auxiliary cylinder body 20 from the second filtering hole 24, the second filtering hole 24 primarily filters the dust and waste gas, then the dust and waste gas in the auxiliary cylinder body 20 enters into the guide cylinder body 12 from the first filtering hole 19, the dust and waste gas is further filtered by the first filtering hole 19, then the waste gas guided into the cylinder body 12 enters into the chemical solution at the bottom of the box body 1 through the air outlet groove 10, then the waste gas after reaction with the chemical solution passes through the activated carbon filtering box 5 at the top of the box body 1 and is discharged from the air outlet pipe 7, when the second filtering hole 24 needs to be cleaned, firstly, the double-shaft extension asynchronous motor is started, the double-shaft extension asynchronous motor rotates to drive the rotating frame 26 to rotate, and when the rotating frame 26 is contacted with the wedge block 27, the wedge block 27 is forced to move upwards, the wedge block 27 moves upwards to drive the scraping frame 25 to move upwards, the scraping frame 25 moves upwards to enable the first spring 23 to be stressed and shortened and generate elastic force, when the rotating frame 26 is out of contact with the wedge block 27, the first spring 23 rebounds and returns to drive the scraping frame 25 to move downwards and return, thereby leading the scraping frame 25 to scrape and clean the second filtering holes 24, avoiding the situation that the second filtering holes 24 are blocked to cause poor dust and waste gas treatment effect, meanwhile, the rotation of the double-shaft extension asynchronous motor enables the first belt wheel 11 to drive the second belt wheel 18 to rotate, the rotation of the second belt wheel 18 enables the reciprocating screw rod 13 to drive the slide block 15 to move up and down along the first sliding groove 14, the slide block 15 moves up and down, the connecting shaft 9 drives the shifting plate 8 to swing through the pull rope 16, the torsion spring 17 assists the connecting shaft 9 to rotate and reset, thereby make and dial board 8 and carry out the vortex to the solution of box 1 bottom, and then make solution and waste gas carry out more abundant reaction.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.
