as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the polishing device for the cut surfaces of the wood boards for furniture manufacturing, provided by the invention, comprises an operation table 2, a first horizontal plate 4 and support columns 5, wherein the support columns 5 are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the operation table 2, and the wood boards to be polished are horizontally placed on the operation table 2; the first horizontal plate 4 is horizontally arranged above the operating platform 2, the top end of the supporting column 5 is fixedly connected with the first horizontal plate 4 through a bolt, the bottom of the first horizontal plate 4 is provided with a first electric telescopic rod 6, the bottom end of the first electric telescopic rod 6 is connected with the cutting surface polishing component 1, the cutting surface grinding component 1 is lifted or descended through the first electric telescopic rod 6, the operating platform 2 is fixedly provided with a first dust hood 7 through bolts, the bottom of the first dust hood 7 is provided with a second dust suction pipe 19, the first dust hood 7 is located right below the cutting surface grinding assembly 1, the second dust collection pipe 19 is provided with a control valve, the first dust hood 7 adsorbs wood dust gas generated in the grinding process, and wood dust generated in the grinding process is discharged through the second dust collection pipe 19, so that potential safety hazards caused by diffusion of the wood dust are avoided, and harm to the health of operators due to the diffusion of the dust is reduced;

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the cutting surface polishing assembly 1 descends through the first electric telescopic rod 6 until the middle part of the polishing belt 105 and the top end face of the operating platform 2 are in the same horizontal plane, a wood plate to be polished is horizontally placed on the operating platform 2, the cutting surface of the wood plate abuts against the polishing belt 105, the two-way screw 903 is rotated by the second motor 902, the two groups of moving blocks 904 move in opposite directions until the two groups of guide clamping plates 901 clamp the wood plate, effective fixing of the wood plate is realized, the wood plate is prevented from sliding and being not beneficial to polishing in the polishing process of the cutting surface, and the polishing efficiency and the polishing effect are improved;
the first motor 112 enables one group of the rotating rollers 103 to rotate, the other group of the rotating rollers 103 synchronously rotate under the action of the transmission belt 104, the polishing belt 105 moves along with the transmission belt 104, the polishing belt 105 polishes the cut surface of the wood board, the whole cut surface can be repeatedly polished at the same time, the cut surface of the wood board is not needed to be polished manually one by one, and the polishing effect and the polishing efficiency are further improved;
during polishing, the contact position of the wood plate and the polishing belt 105 is located between the two groups of pressing rollers 108, the first spring 1073 is in a compressed state and applies thrust to the limiting block 1074, the movable rod 1072 applies thrust to the pressing rollers 108, so that the upper group of pressing rollers 108 and the lower group of pressing rollers 108 are pressed against the transmission belt 104, the contact position of the wood plate and the polishing belt 105 is prevented from being in an excessively bent state, and the contact part of the polishing belt 105 and the wood plate wraps the cutting surface of the wood plate, thereby being beneficial to improving the polishing effect;
in the process of polishing, the adnexed debris of area 105 surface will be polished to brush down to brush roller 110 to avoid influencing effect of polishing and the efficiency of polishing because of polishing 105 surface is covered with debris, first dust absorption cover 7 adsorbs the wooden dust gas that the in-process of polishing produced, the wooden dust that the in-process of polishing produced with the clearance brush is swept and is discharged through first dust absorption pipe 111 and second dust absorption pipe 19, not only help avoiding wooden dust to diffuse everywhere and bring the potential safety hazard, still help reducing because of the dust is diffused and the harm brought to operating personnel health.

A wood cutting surface polishing device for furniture manufacturing comprises an operating table (2), a first horizontal plate (4) and supporting columns (5), wherein the supporting columns (5) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the operating table (2), the first horizontal plate (4) is horizontally arranged above the operating table (2), the top ends of the supporting columns (5) are fixedly connected with the first horizontal plate (4) through bolts, the wood cutting surface polishing device is characterized in that a first electric telescopic rod (6) is installed at the bottom of the first horizontal plate (4), the bottom end of the first electric telescopic rod (6) is connected with a cutting surface polishing assembly (1), a first dust hood (7) is fixedly installed on the operating table (2) through bolts, a second dust suction pipe (19) is installed at the bottom of the first dust hood (7), and the first dust hood (7) is located under the cutting surface polishing assembly (1), a control valve is arranged on the second dust absorption pipe (19);
