The hot air system 2 is arranged on one side of the curing chamber body 1, the hot air system 2 comprises a filter 21, an air suction pump 22 and a heater 23 which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, and the heater 23 is connected with the curing chamber body 1 through a pipeline. The getter pump 22 and the heater 23 are both electrically connected with the control panel 7, and the control panel 7 controls the getter pump 22 and the heater 23 to work. The inner wall of the curing chamber body 1 is provided with a temperature detector 12, the temperature detector 12 is electrically connected with the control panel 7, and the temperature detector 12 transmits signals to the control panel 7.
When the device works, the door of the curing chamber body 1 is opened, the composite membrane coiled material is placed on the slideway 11, the door of the curing chamber body 1 is closed, the heater 23, the air suction pump 22 and the water pump 4 are sequentially started through the control panel 7, the air filtered by the filter 21 is sucked by the air suction pump 22 from the filter 21 and sent into the heater 23 for heating, the heating control is sent into the curing chamber body 1 through a pipeline for curing the composite membrane coiled material, hot air in the curing chamber body 1 is discharged through the air outlet pipe 6 to heat water in the water tank 3, the water pump 4 sends the water in the water tank 3 into the water pipe 5 and then flows into the water tank 3 through the pipeline from the other end of the water pipe 5 to form hot water circulation, the heat is sent into the curing chamber body 1 again, when the temperature in the curing chamber body 1 reaches the highest temperature set by the control panel 7, the control panel 7 closes the heater 23, the residual temperature in the curing chamber body 1 and the temperature of the hot water in the water tank, when the temperature inside the chamber body 1 reaches the minimum temperature set by the control panel 7, the control panel 7 restarts the heater 23.
The waste heat utilization device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, waste heat in the curing chamber body 1 can be fully utilized, the production cost of enterprises can be reduced, energy is saved, and heat emission is reduced; moreover, the air sucked by the air suction pump 22 is filtered by the filter 21, and the hot air conveyed into the curing chamber body 1 is cleaned, so that the composite membrane is prevented from being polluted.
