China is a large world consuming country of electronic and electric products, millions of tons of electronic wastes are generated every year, and the increasing and rapid growth of the electronic wastes brings huge pressure to the environment and the society. In order to reduce the influence of electronic waste on the environment and the society as much as possible and effectively realize the recycling, the recycling technology research of various countries in the world is developed. The circuit board contains abundant metal and nonmetal resources, and the collection of metal and nonmetal is very important to resources and environment.
In recent years, reuse of materials, components and products has become increasingly popular for environmental and legislative reasons. The short innovation cycle of the electronic industry and the use of electronics in almost all technical equipment has led to the emphasis on recycling of waste circuit board components. However, in the existing component disassembling technology and equipment, the recycling of resources is emphasized, the components on the circuit board are disassembled at the same time, the value of part of the reusable components is neglected, the components are damaged greatly during disassembling, the usability of the disassembled components is difficult to ensure, and the resource waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waste circuit board treatment device, which is used for firstly disassembling components with reuse values on a waste circuit board, then integrally treating the waste circuit board to obtain the components and a substrate, and classifying and treating the components through identification of the components.

In the scheme, the clamping device comprises two opposite-pushing pneumatic cylinders, each pneumatic cylinder comprises a push head, a push rod and a cylinder body, and each push head comprises a rectangular baffle; the clamping devices are arranged on two sides of the recognizing and disassembling conveyor.
In the scheme, the box body comprises the scraping and disassembling component equipment, and the box body is arranged at the discharge end of the recognition and disassembly conveyor.

The automation degree of equipment is high, greatly reduced the cost of labor, improve and disassemble efficiency.

The invention provides a waste circuit board treatment device, as shown in fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a waste circuit board treatment device provided by an embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic isometric view of a waste circuit board treatment facility according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a left side view of a waste circuit board disposal apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic view of a clamping device of the waste circuit board processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. The identifying and disassembling servo motor 25 drives the identifying and disassembling conveyor 21 to move, the waste circuit board horizontally lies on the waste circuit board supporting table 24 of the identifying and disassembling conveyor 21 to move forwards, the identifying and disassembling servo motor 25 intermittently moves under the control of the central control system 10, and the waste circuit board moves forwards for a certain distance every time along with the identifying and disassembling conveyor 21. When the waste circuit board reaches the position below the processing and recognizing disassembly camera 28, the processing and recognizing disassembly camera 28 takes a picture and transmits the picture to the central control system 10, the shape and the position of the component are recognized through image processing, the picture is compared with the prestored circuit board template information, if the reusable component exists, the position of the reusable component is fed back to the laser desoldering manipulator 29 and the recognizing and disassembling pick-up manipulator 27, the reusable component and the recognizing and disassembling pick-up manipulator are controlled to reach the corresponding positions, and meanwhile, the central control system 10 controls the push head 231 of the clamping device 23 to clamp the circuit board. After the laser desoldering manipulator 29 disassembles the components, the recognizing and dissembling picking manipulator 27 picks the components and puts the components into the recognizing and dissembling collection box, the clamping device 23 loosens the circuit board, the circuit board continues to move forward along with the recognizing and dissembling conveyor 21 to enter the integral processing system 30 for disassembling, and the disassembled components and the substrate enter the component classification system 40 together. The central control system 10 controls the intermittent movement of the component sorting conveyor 41 through a component sorting servo motor 44, the component sorting camera 43 recognizes and takes a component picture and transmits the component picture to the central control system 10, the shape and the position of the component are recognized through image processing, the position information of a copper-containing component, an iron-containing component, a precious metal-containing component and a toxic component-containing component is respectively recognized through comparison with pre-stored circuit board information, and the position information is fed back to the component sorting and picking manipulator 42, and the 4 component sorting and picking manipulators 42 pick up components of corresponding categories and place the components into corresponding component sorting and collecting boxes. The substrate is not recognized and moves into the corresponding component sorting collection box along with the component sorting conveyor 41.
The waste circuit board processing equipment provided by the invention is used for identifying and disassembling different types of reusable components, is flexible equipment, adopts a laser technology, has better control on the welding and disassembling temperature, has higher disassembling speed and smaller generated thermal stress, and does not damage the recycling value of the components while efficiently disassembling the components.
