Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据独立权利要求的前序部分所述的用于锁紧RJ接口的固定装置。
背景技术
RJ(注册插孔)连接器通常用于电话、数据终端和数据传输服务,特别是在工业中,例如在各种过程控制服务或类似服务中,可用的RJ连接器类型的值得注意的示例有:
-RJ10(4/4)=4-pin,
-RJ11(6/4)=4-pin(宽度,如RJ12),
-RJ12(6/6)=6-pin,
-RJ45=8-pin(UTP,STP),和
-RJ48=10-pin 10/10(UTP)。
在上文中,代码UTP(非屏蔽双绞线)代表未保护的,而STP(屏蔽双绞线)则代表受保护的。
RJ接口用于例如台式计算机、WiFi路由器、交换机、防火墙和许多其他计算机网络组件中,通常来说用于电动致动器的RJ端口和配备RJ连接器的线缆之间的互连。在这种情况下,实际问题主要是由于作为RJ端口和RJ连接器之间的机械连接的RJ联接的“松弛”容许配备RJ连接器的线缆的微小移动,导致RJ端口和RJ连接器之间的电接触出现紊乱。因此,例如,网络线缆的分离是可能的,这在实践中可能导致难以检测到故障。
在工业中,基于以太网的现场总线包括例如以太网/IP、Profinet、Ethercat(以太网控制自动化技术)等。工业中RJ接口问题的一个值得注意的实际示例是,与例如对于引擎或致动器的逆变器操作有关的,一个或更多个RJ通信卡与可连接至该一个或更多个RJ通信卡的RJ线缆之间的互连,前者能够以可释放的方式连接至可编程逻辑控制器/PLC和/或逆变器的控制单元,所述互连暴露于振动和从环境中散发出来的污染物中。在这里,电接触干扰导致不确定的故障,如果电接触被切断,则最坏的情况是需要重新启动过程装置。

发明内容
本发明用于锁紧RJ接口的固定装置的目的是提供关于上述问题的决定性改进,从而实质性地提高可用的技术水平。为了达到这一目的,根据本发明的固定装置主要特征在于针对其的独立权利要求的特征条款中呈现的内容。
根据本发明的固定装置的最重要的优点应该是其结构和使用的简单性和有效性,因为它借助于结构极为简单、并且容易用最适合于每个给定应用的材料制造的固定装置,并可快速安装到其服务位置,从而可以消除数据传输过程中由于电接触问题而引起的一些紊乱和服务中断。
本发明的固定装置能够预防例如振动引起的紊乱,尤其是与所谓的机车车辆和/或暴露于振动的应用有关的紊乱。此外,本发明抑制了故意破坏行为并防止了RJ线缆的意外分离。在将固定装置附接到每个给定的电动致动器以及连接到可连接至电动致动器的一个或更多个RJ线缆时,通过使用例如致动器内包含的冷却通风孔或通过在连接线缆时简单地使用例如束线带等,来利用相互压接接头和/或对相互压接接头的螺钉锁定是可能的。此外,借助于本发明中使用的调节元件,所述固定装置适于与最多样化的(尤其在电动致动器的宽度方面)彼此不同的电动致动器连接使用。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于锁紧RJ接口的固定装置,所述固定装置用于对电动致动器(1)的RJ端口(1a)与设置有RJ连接器(2a)的线缆(2)之间的互连进行锁紧,以消除由于所述RJ端口和所述RJ连接器之间发生电接触时的干扰而引起的问题,所述固定装置的特征在于,所述固定装置(x)包括:框架构件(x1),所述框架构件(x1)能够通过第一紧固元件(y1)以不可移动的方式固定至所述致动器(1);以及支撑构件(x2),所述支撑构件(x2)用于将配备所述RJ连接器的线缆(2;2a)通过第二紧固元件(y2)以不可移动的方式固定至所述致动器(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置的框架构件(x1)和支撑构件(x2)通过结构上刚性的金属、塑料、增强塑料、陶瓷、复合材料和/或类似物而构造成整体的实体件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置的框架构件(x1)设置有用于所述第一固定元件(y1)的紧固布置结构(x4),用于所述第一固定元件(y1)的紧固布置结构(x4)用于将所述固定装置以螺钉锁定(R)或类似的方式联接至所述致动器(1)和/或联接至支撑所述致动器的基部。
