本发明涉及一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置。更具体地，本发明涉及一种装置，该装置可以使新的骨组织从可用的骨组织的量非常小的状况开始再生。
众所周知，人类骨骼由骨和关节组成。由久坐的生活方式引起的体重增加、年龄增加等均导致诸如关节病的疾病更普遍。
因此，创造了人工关节，假体被插入在两个骨部件之间以替代自然关节。最初，使用粘固剂进行假体和两个骨部件之间的结合。后来，使用无粘固剂的关节假体，其中人工关节由骨传导材料和覆盖物制成。特定类别的人工假体以用于“重大灾难”的假体为代表：这些假体是用于癌症患者或用于为了全面检查先前假体而经历多次介入的患者的假体。在这两种情况下，可用的骨组织的量显著减少。
通常在无粘固剂的假体中，努力将假体与骨之间的接触面积增大到最大值。在用于“重大灾难”的假体中，除了寻求最大的接触面积之外，还致力于满足纤维软骨性骨痂的要求。
充当修复组织的纤维软骨性骨痂是在创伤(如去除受肿瘤影响的骨组织)或骨折后出现的常见状况。创伤事件后大约四周，骨痂的第一征候(即，所形成的新组织)使两个断端愈合，并且随着时间的推移，该骨痂响应于施加在其上的机械力而变化，逐渐变得越来越坚固和耐用。
具体地，存在外围发育的骨膜骨痂和在骨髓腔中形成的骨内骨痂。
本发明的目标是提供一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置，该装置可以被插入骨的髓管中。
在此目标内，本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置，该装置有利于在外部形成骨膜骨痂和在内部形成骨内骨痂。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种在可用的骨组织的量非常小的状况下用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置，该装置可以用于身体的任何解剖部位中。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置，该装置高度可靠、实施容易且实用并且成本低。
在下文中将变得更明显的这个目标以及这些和其他目的是通过一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置来实现的，该装置的特征是包括本体，该本体限定了上部部分和下部部分，所述下部部分具有基本上平截头体的形状，所述上部部分具有基本上圆柱形的形状，所述下部部分适于插入骨的髓管中。

参考附图，根据本发明的装置(总体上由参考标号1表示)包括上部部分2和下部部分3。下部部分3与上部部分2之间的区别是为了指示适于插入骨的髓管中的部分(下部部分)，从而将该部分与适于从髓管突出的上部部分2区分开。
有利地，根据本发明的装置被构造为具有顶部开口4和底部开口5的内部中空的本体。
方便地，根据本发明的装置的下部部分3为平截头体形状，以允许插入到髓管中。相反，上部部分2被制成基本上圆柱形或圆锥形的形状。
这不仅促进骨膜骨痂(在上部部分处)的形成而且促进骨内骨痂(在平截头体形状的下部部分处)的形成，从而克服了已知技术的限制。
方便地，上部部分2通过弯曲区段6与下部部分3接合。
有利地，中空的上部部分2内部轮廓呈朝向本体的轴线的阶梯的方式，以便从上向下(即，从上部部分2朝向下部部分3)限定第一阶梯8以及第二阶梯11，该第一阶梯通过弯曲部分将第一上部部分9连接到第二上部部分10，该第二阶梯将第二上部部分10连接到下部部分3的内表面12。
下部部分3的内表面12是圆柱形的。
顶部开口4方便地成形有由两个弯曲区段15和16连接的直的且平行的两个区段。
根据本发明的装置是通过从钛合金粉末或铬-钴钼合金粉末、特别适合于促进骨再生的材料开始的增材技术而提供的。
通过这样的技术和这样的材料，可以获得能够促进新的骨组织的形成的多孔外表面。
根据本发明的装置适于定位在可用骨的残余部分的顶端，并且利用两种类型的纤维软骨性骨痂，即：
-在外部骨与根据本发明的装置的上部部分2(圆柱形或圆锥形)之间形成的外部(骨膜)纤维软骨性骨痂；
-在根据本发明的装置的下部部分3(平截头体形)(该下部部分插入骨的髓管中)与骨干腔的骨内骨之间形成的内部(骨内)纤维软骨性骨痂。
以此方式，通过根据本发明的装置实现了外部纤维软骨性骨痂与内部纤维软骨性骨痂之间的一种连接部分。
该装置能够实现高水平的骨结合，并且可以治疗由于骨的大量移除或由于多次全面检查介入而使得骨量非常低的那些患者。
由此设想的装置容许许多修改和变化，所有这些修改和变化都在所附权利要求的范围内。
此外，所有细节可以由其他技术上等同的元件代替。
实际上，所使用的材料以及视情况而定的形状和尺寸可以是根据要求和现有技术的任何材料。
本申请要求意大利专利申请第102018000007049号的优先权，其公开内容通过引证结合于此。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于促进新的骨组织的形成的装置(1)，其特征在于，所述装置包括本体，所述本体限定上部部分(2)和下部部分(3)，所述下部部分(3)具有基本上平截头体状的形状，所述上部部分(2)具有基本上圆柱形的形状，所述下部部分(3)适于插入到骨的髓管中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述上部部分(2)通过弯曲区段(6)与所述下部部分(3)接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述本体是具有顶部开口(4)和底部开口(5)的内部中空的本体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述装置是通过粉末增材技术提供的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述装置涂覆有羟基磷灰石。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述下部部分(3)和所述上部部分(2)具有多孔外表面，以促进骨结合。
7.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述装置适于在人体的任何解剖部位中使用。
8.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述下部部分(3)具有比所述上部部分(2)小的直径。
