Description

一种新型过滤袋
本发明属于液体和气体过滤技术领域。这是一种在不增大过滤袋的体积的情况下，增大了过滤面积的新型过滤袋。
已有的过滤袋主要是利用其单个圆柱形表面积进行过滤，因而存在着过滤面积较小，过滤袋处理量不大等缺陷。本发明的目的，就是为了克服现有过滤袋的上述缺陷。即在过滤袋体积不变的情况下，实现了增大过滤面积，提高过滤袋的处理量，并具有节省原材料，减少过滤袋占用空间，使用周期延长，维修方便等特点。可适用于液体和气体的过滤。
本发明主要由n个直径不同的过滤筒、一个滤盖、(n-1)个滤环所构成(这里n大于或等于2)。其特征是：滤筒1的上端与滤盖结合为一体，滤筒1的下端通过滤环1与滤筒2的下端结合为一体。而滤筒2的上端再通过滤环2和滤筒3的上端结合为一体。以此类推，使这n个直径不同的滤筒结合成一个整体，形成一个凹形迷宫式的过滤网面。工作时，液(气)体进入过滤袋内，然后通过凹形迷宫式过滤网面，排出袋外。
发明的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
附图是根据本发明的原理而设计的特例，即由两个滤筒所构成的过滤袋结构原理图。图中1.内滤筒、2.外滤筒、3.滤盖、4.支承环、5.滤环、A表示待过滤液(气)体、B表示过滤后液(气)体。
下面结合附图详细说明一种新型过滤袋的结构细节及工作原理。
如附图所示，内滤筒1的上端与滤盖3结合为一体，内滤筒1的下端通过滤环5与外滤筒2的下端结合为一体，外滤筒2的上端与支承环4结合为一体；从而构成一个凹形迷宫式过滤袋。工作时，待过滤液(气)体进入过滤袋内，并通过凹形迷宫式过滤网面，排出过滤袋外，从而完成了液(气)体的过滤。

  1. 一种过滤袋，该过滤袋主要由1个滤盖、(n-1)个滤环和n个直径不同的滤筒所构成，这里n大于或等于2；其特征在于：滤筒1的上端与滤盖结合为一体，滤筒1的下端通过滤环1与滤筒2的下端结合为一体，而滤筒2的上端通过滤环2又与滤筒3的上端结合为一体，以次类推，从而使这n个滤筒构成一个完整的整体，形成一个凹形的迷宫式过滤网面。
