Claims (6)

1. A high accuracy leather measuring machine which characterized in that: comprises a workbench (1), a sensor (2) and a fixing unit (3); the sensor (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the workbench (1), and the sensor (2) is connected with a computer; a pair of rollers (11) is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the workbench (1); the roller (11) is connected with the roller (11) through a conveying belt (12), and the roller (11) is driven through a motor; the fixing unit (3) is arranged at the top of the conveyor belt (12); the fixing unit (3) comprises a U-shaped block (31), a first push plate (32), a first push rod (33), a second push plate (34), a rectangular block (35), a stacked air bag (36), a piston cylinder (37) and a third push plate (38); the U-shaped block (31) is fixedly connected to the top of the conveyor belt (12); the second push plate (34) is connected to the inner side wall of the U-shaped block (31) in a sliding manner; one end of the first push rod (33) is fixedly connected to the top of the second push plate (34), and the other end of the first push rod is rotatably connected to the first push plate (32); the piston cylinders (37) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the bottom of the U-shaped block (31); the overlapped air bag (36) is fixedly connected to the top of the piston cylinder (37) and is communicated with the piston cylinder (37); the third push plate (38) is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the piston cylinder (37).

A high-precision leather measuring machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: a first magnet (41) is symmetrically and fixedly connected to the side wall of the first push plate (32); the top of the U-shaped block (31) is fixedly connected with a rectangular plate (42); a second magnet (43) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the rectangular plate (42), and the magnetism of the first magnet (41) is opposite to that of the second magnet (43); the top of the first push plate (32) is fixedly connected with a handle (44).

A high-precision leather measuring machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: a first groove (51) is formed in the side wall of the U-shaped block (31); a guide rod (52) is fixedly connected in the first groove (51); the guide rod (52) penetrates through the second push plate (34) and is in sliding connection with the second push plate (34); an opening of the first groove (51) is fixedly connected with an elastic cloth (53).

A high-precision leather measuring machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: a lubricating mechanism is arranged in the first groove (51); the lubricating mechanism comprises a straight rod (61), a first cavity (62), a sliding plate (63), an oil bag (64), a guide pipe (65), a second cavity (66) and a through hole (67); the straight rod (61) is fixedly connected to the top of the second push plate (34); the first cavity (62) is arranged inside the U-shaped block (31); the first cavity (62) is communicated with the first groove (51) through a round hole (68); the straight rod (61) is in sliding fit with the round hole (68); the sliding plate (63) is arranged on the inner side wall of the first cavity (62) through a spring connecting block; the oil bag (64) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the first cavity (62) and is positioned at the top of the sliding plate (63); the second cavity (66) is arranged inside the guide rod (52); one end of the flow guide pipe (65) is communicated with the oil bag (64), and the other end of the flow guide pipe is communicated with the second cavity (66); the through holes (67) are arranged on the side wall of the guide rod (52), and the second cavity (66) is communicated with the first groove (51) through the through holes (67); sponge (69) are fixedly connected to the top and the bottom of the second push plate (34) at the positions of the guide rods (52).

The high-precision leather measuring machine according to claim 4, wherein: the bottom of the first groove (51) is provided with a trapezoidal groove (71); the bottom end of the guide rod (52) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the trapezoidal groove (71); the trapezoidal groove (71) is communicated with the outside through a through groove (72); the through groove (72) is obliquely arranged, and the bottom of the through groove (72) and the bottom of the trapezoidal groove (71) are in the same straight line.
