Description

Biomass fuel combustor based on kiln
Technical Field

Background
At present, all countries in the world, especially developed countries, are dedicated to developing efficient and pollution-free biomass energy utilization technology so as to achieve the purposes of protecting mineral resources, guaranteeing national energy safety, realizing CO2 emission reduction and protecting national economic sustainable development. As a developing big country, China has abundant biomass resources and application markets which are being developed, develops and utilizes a large amount of biomass energy as soon as possible, is beneficial to strategic adjustment of the country and industry, and is one of important ways for building a conservation-oriented society and developing circular economy. In recent years, China has developed a series of energy-saving and emission-reducing policies for encouraging development of novel materials and comprehensive utilization of resources, green, environment-friendly, economic cycle and low-carbon development are the directions of future development, industrial solid wastes, mineral tailings, sludge, agricultural and forestry wastes and the like are encouraged to replace primary energy, the comprehensive utilization range of resources is further expanded, the consumption of natural energy is reduced, biomass is a high-quality material of green novel fuels with good performance, and the biomass is an indispensable resource for future economic development.
The biomass fuel is a renewable carbon source and has the characteristics of large yield, wide distribution, low sulfur, low nitrogen, quick growth and low CO2 emission. The biomass fuel combustion is mainly controlled by the following conditions:
a certain temperature;
a quantity of air (oxygen);
the degree of mixing of the fuel with the air (oxygen);
the time during which the combustibles in the fuel undergo a vigorous chemical reaction with the oxygen in the air.
The ignition temperature of the biomass fuel is 250-400 ℃ lower than that of coal (the ignition temperature of coal is 400-500 ℃), and the temperature is increased by ignition heat. The combustion process of biomass fuel is a process in which volatile components and combustible components are strongly combined with oxygen in the air and heat is released, and thus the supply amount of oxygen determines the process of combustion reaction. By controlling the oxygen supply amount, the combustion reaction can be well controlled. If the existing industrial kiln is directly used without modification, the kiln can seriously smoke, has low efficiency, dust pollution and the like.
