When the second input shaft 3 is input, the pinion is meshed with the outer gear ring 12 of the planet carrier 9, the planet carrier 9 drives the planet wheel 14 to rotate, the planet wheel 14 performs planetary motion between the inner gear ring 13 and the sun gear 10, the rotating shaft 15 of the planet wheel 14 drives the planet carrier gear 11 to rotate, and the planet carrier gear 11 is meshed with the output gear 16 to drive the output shaft 5 to output.
